All the apps in the ZIP are currently the latest ones from Sony.
NOTES:
- Walkman is just a bare player , it doesn't have visuals nor equlizer , the reason for this is because it would require FLASHING which is something i don't want , the point of all this was simply to install APKS and use it , Tho walkman still works perfectly fine and can be used to control DSP such are : DSP Manager , MusicFX , Viper4Android and so on.
- SocialLifeNews : There are 3 parts in the zip , actually 3 versions , install them by the order 1/2/3.
- World Clock : if you want this one you gotta push it to ''system/app'' or for some devices ''system/priv-app'' and set the permission to "RW-R-R" then reboot , that's it.

NOTES:
Walkman sound effects / movies / SRS / xLoud / dynamic normalizer / Clear Audio + :
- The only way to have WORKING xLoud / SRS / Dynamic normalizer via WALKMAN and MOVIES = Settings > Sound > music effects > sound enchantments If the xLoud starts making CRACKLING NOISE = your speaker can't handle it , the best thing would be to EITHER volume down a bit or change to whatever DSP you're using. If you don't care for these just don't bother even enabling sound enchaments in music effects , everything will work except the sound benefits from sony.
- Lastly don't hold me responsible if xLOUD breaks your speakers lol
- Lyrics Extension will work ONLY if you have your songs CORRECTLY NAMED

- Walkman MIGHT show from TIME to TIME *music album art failed* or something like that.
- Manual sound enchantment from sony via walkman FC for now THO they work just fine and give us the effects ... Anyway i'll try to fix this when i have time.

Yes it does... at least running android 4.4, whit low ram switch off.
Another thing... is it possible to also put the walkman widget?
The widget that I have from another ported xperia launchers does not work whit this one... Thanks in advance
Works on nexus 7 2013 4.4.2, but navbar and status bar aren't transparent, and with the dock background it looks kinda ugly.

it's kinda like that for now , it should be transparent on 4.4 while on 4.4.2 we get that damn black status bar. I managed to fix it but requires older version of xperia launcher which leads into borken widgets so it's better to have black bar and all widgets then none with transparent status bar.
Btw would you guys be interested into z1 4.3 keyboard? (tho it would require flashing )

Here's the z1 keyboard kinda work in progress , but here the snapshots how it looks like.
Anyway if you guys are interested i'll get it working , keep in mind it'll work most likely only on 4.3+ and requires flashing odex/deodex works.

That's too bad, I love the launcher, but the status and nav bar are too annoying.

I'll see what can be done , it's annoying ! , for example for me on 4.4.2 on the lockscreen i get the transparent nav bar while asap i unlock it it's back to black :banghead:

I'll need a tad bit more info here , 1st it must be in your end since on all other devices works just fine, try for first clearing calendar app data, 2nd it'd be useful to give me some more info like the Android version of the rom you use / device.

I'm using both on daily bases, haven't seen any crash on music player and I use it alot, as for social life.. I've got fc few days ago. It's quiet messy app to port especially cuz of the fact it's not even meant to be on kitkat yet. I guess this will have to wait for kitkat since fc happens randomly not at specific situation.

Well I've got it working, tho it has fc with emotions button and settings, most likely due kitkat, it probably works perfectly fine on 4.3, even with this 2 fcs the keyboard is working perfect in general, only these 2 issues struggle me.
Anyway I'm still thinking whether to post it or not, no one is really asking for it, you can see that via downloads, there's over 1500 downloads no one bothers really to post a feedback or appreciate all of this and hit the "thanks button" isn't really inspiring Lol :sly:

Because they are two different files made for different devices. What I'm having trouble understanding is...why is all the bloat necessary? Facebook plugins?

First Of All Let Me Clear All your Doubts
- It was first Tested on Micromax A110 and Micromax A116 in which it was working fine.
- Then This MOD was tried on other 2 Devices with 4.0+ android and they also Responded well so I have put it in General Sections Also.
- So DO NOT GET CONFUSED.
- JUST FLASH IT AND ENJOY.

EveryThing is OKKK jUST FLASh AND ENJOY. IT is not compulsory to remove Musicfx or whatever just flash and everything will work fine.

Audio seems choppy compared to Poweramp...because its downloading album covers maybe? Everything else works fine there are no conflicts or anything. D2VZW GS3 running Carbon 1.5 (4.2.2)

MAN!! this is awesome, i've tried all day to install Walkman, clearaudio+ on my Droid Razr M with no success(FC, bootloops, etc), now that im going to sleep u post this and i give it a last try to my M, and boom!! Well there is no FC on visualizer .... it's not virtualisation ....

Yes. Visualizer crashes and I get this weird bug where it hangs for 30 sec after a song when shuffling. It changes when I turn the screen on. Super weird. Otherwise I'm loving this. With clear audio+ the music sounds better than the ac!d mod and much easier to get up and running. Thanks dev

1- I can't change battery icon. When I try to open 3minit it force closes.
2-Google play services has stopped every I open my phone.

Go to settings app all -3 minit battery clear data
Go to settings app - services google play - clear data force stop or remove
I use app google play update blocker. New services google no stability or battery use. Rom included stability services google. Go to play market setting - no auto update apps

Today I'm presenting you my first ROM, Z4 eXPERIence, using the latest Sony UI NXT8 (used by the M4 Aqua and the Z4).
This rom has a special feature, and it's that it's made for both locked and unlocked bootloaders, having both advantages and disadvantages.
In the absence of lollipop for the M2, it's great at least to have their updated UI.
LiTE Edition (3.0) Features:
- Stock based, 18.3.1.C.1.17, Deodexed, rooted, zipaligned and with SuperUserMod.
- Implemented using the theme "Material NXT 2.6" from niaboc79, modded by me.
- Icon pack ported by me to all apps. (So that there aren't any apps with old icons).
- Implemented the 'Update Centre', Launcher (with transparent Google app), Z3+ Live wallpaper, and the Digital Clock Widget from the Xperia Z3, modded to work on M2.
- All apps updated to day 11/07/15, so that we don't have to wait until Google Play Store updates them
- It's more fluid, more stable and the size has been reduced considerably. The system has been optimized the most I could.
- IT DOESN'T USE XPOSED.
- And the recovery included in the rom is PhilZ Touch 6.59.
Complete Edition (2.0) Features:

What version you should choose?
- If you are looking for a complete rom, with all Sony stock Apps and with an appearance the most similar possible to the Xperia Z4, the you should choose the Complete Edition (2.0)
- But, if you're looking for a stable and fluid rom, and you can go without some not so important features, like colored statusbars and the xposed modules, then you should go for the LiTE Edition (3.0)

Install Instructions: (WARNING: NOT WORKING IN D2305).
- Flash an FTF of the compilation 18.3.1.C.1.17, like this one (https://mega.co.nz/#!GsxWjSzS!vUutnx15R9GjPW-NPjMXld_tNNOvNFjzJ7xMuxFOfmM)
- Root and then install PhilZ recovery using this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-m2/general/xperia-m2-aua-2403-root-philz-touch-t3072833
- Copy the nxt8-z4experienceX_X.zip to your SD-card or Internal Memory. Reboot your device and when you see blue/cyan LED while in the Sony Logo, tap many times the Vol- button.
- Go to Wipe and Format and do a factory reset. After that, go to Custom Format Options and format /system.
- Go back and choose Install Zip, Choose from /sdcard if it is in the Internal Memory or /sdcard1 if it's in the SD.
- Choose the nxt8-z4experienceX_X.zip and install it. After 4~5 minutes it will be ready to go
- If you have a Xperia M2 Dual Sim variant, apply the patch for your device plus the WiFi patch in case it's not working for you. (Thanks to @RTz_GauRaV & @FunSucker for doing it)
- Reboot and, in case you installed version 3.0, install the Base theme update apk normally (via a file explorer).

Corrected some problems with Liveware Manager & Sony Entrance.

Fixed some bugs that made the rom unstable. First public release.

Known bugs:
- (2.0) Google Play Store always returns an error while trying to install an App. (Error "RPC:S-7:AEC-7 <Serial Number>")
+ It's a very weird and uncommon error, because it's induced by the Google Account.
To solve it, go to Settings, Apps, and in All tab, look for Google Play Framework and clear it's data.
Now look for Google Play Services, clic on Administrate Storage, and, at the end, tap on Clear all Data.
Finally look for Google Play Store and clear it's data. Now reboot your device.
If it has been solved, then that's it.
But if it didn't, unlink your Google Account and Sign in again.
If Play Store is still returning errors like 'Not connected, check your connection', try switching between WiFi and Mobile Data.
Try also to Force close the Play Store.

Ok, I know I didn't modified a bunch of things, but the goal of this is having a rom, or at least a set of mods, for people with locked bootloader, this cannot be compared with the work of erikcas, galaxyfreak and many others!
It's just my contribution for those who can't use those roms, and at least have something to choose from...

Uh, I hate that lockscreen with those stars... But it's the actual lockscreen from the M4, so I will consider it. :silly:
EDIT: Also, seems a little buggy: "-Screen Lock "Password" will not work with this mod. so earlier if u r using Password screen lock mode please change it before installtion.".

That's what should happen actually. While screen is blinking, connect to your pc and open RootXperiaToolkit.
BTW please use the respective thread for questions about the root method

Uh nope, because it will mess up with your actual apps. However, maybe for future updates, I'll try to make it installable without loosing your data

I think it might work, but as I don't have this model I Cannot confirm, so try it
The worse thing can happen is that you have to reflash the entire FTF of the dualsim model

In Nougat the Album,photo editor and sketcher are not working for me. The weather APP is working

PhotEditor is included alongside on Album app.

You can Delete easy all this apps use TWRP Revovery, Root Uninstaller app and Root Explorer app.
But
You need have full Root.

for simple uninstallation: just use a root uninstaller, i.e. System App Remover, and pick the app from the list.
