My very own customized chrome bezel. - Galaxy S 4 Accessories

My old chrome bezel started to leave wear on it and I decided to go ahead and buy a new bezel which was pretty cheap. So when my new bezel came in I replaced it for the old bezel. When I took the old one out I didn't want to throw it away, so I decided to customize the old one and see how it would go. I wasn't losing anything but time. Turns out it came out pretty nice and I wanted to share it with you guys because you guys can do it too. :good::good:
If interested in buying original chrome bezels, here is the link.

It would look really cool if it was and black(grey) s4 and would kinda have the monster theme going on. Pretty cool anyway!

This looks absolutely amazing! Good job! :good:

I used regular spray paint. I first primed it and then spray painted it. After that I coated it with a clear coat so it can stay smooth and not sticky.

Red Trim "White" EVO ;)

So I found myself with some free time and decided to take an original Black Htc Evo and reveal that wonderful Red Trim that you have most likely scene around. Then slap a white Evo cover on it to give it one original kinda look (I Think lol) So I'm sharing with you guys for comments and ideas =)
Sweet. How's it look with black cover?

You that a razor and scrape it off you some fine sand paper and sand it off. I have heard most using 400 fruit to sand it off then using 1000 grit and wet sanding it

You have to take the phone apart and sand the paint off the one section. This thread has the directions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=794451&highlight=black/red/black+evo
wow, they both look really amazing but the white one is slightly better.

If I can get my hands on someones fresh EVO.. heck yeah i'd do a tutorial on it.. took me about 20 mins to get it all done..
I didnt take the whole thing apart like many people suggested.. I liked the look of the black still going around the headphone jack.. details
Funny thing about it is i used a sharpened pocket knife rather than a razor lol

SGP Leather Case Valencia Swarovski ?

Premium case, but looks reallllllllllly good(atleast I think so)
Anyone have any first hand experience with this? I'm in the market for a premium case.
I'm not allowed to post any outside links due to my low post count but a simple google search will go a long way if you're interested in how this case looks.

Ordered a Fly grip!!!

Yeah buddy!!! I know they might seem a little unnecessary, but I need one as much as I tend to drop things.
Here is a link to their website if you wanna try it out.
www.flygrip.com and use the code QBKING77 for free shipping. I am in no way officiated with them, I am simply vouching for them.
Edit: I received it in the mail yesterday. I popped it on and it is amazing!

Looks pretty cool. But without a case and you're prone to dropping it. What's to prevent that when pulling your phone out of your pocket?

never seen or heard of them until now... cool idea... I imagine it would not attach to an Otterbox case, I have to use one of these because of the harsh conditions at my work. I have dropped my phone from two stories with an Otterbox case and the phone is still working without a scratch! And the Otterbox case makes this already quite large phone HUGE... making it less susceptible to dropping.
My wife might like one of these... thanks for sharing!!!
...man... why didn't I think of something like this...
This actually does seem really useful, I know I drop my phone the most when it is in use too. Can give you a much better grip for one-handed text messaging.

BTW, I've tested the 3M screen protector, and it did not cover the whole front bezel... very disappointed.
I know I applied it wrong, I know it was meant to be dry application but I prefer to do it like this cause I can still move it.. I'm more used to it like this...

To move a dry screen protector, apply it using two 'handles' made of tape. Lift it and move it to your heart's content. Or use the hinge method.
I'm not saying the protector you got is any good, we might never know. But your review is kind of pointless. It's like painting a car with a paint roller because you're used to painting ceilings, then saying the paint sucks because your car looks like **** now.

But it really doesn't point out why you shouldn't buy it. We don't even know that it's crappy since your conclusion is based on improper use.

'You're doing it wrong' isn't very harsh. OP doesn't help the situation when he says 'I know I'm doing it wrong, that's why this thing sucks.' Definitely the wrong foot all around.
