tried to cid my device and wrongly I changed my mmcblk0p4 file to this one bellow:

from 0000210 line to 0000240 I changed my hex editorial this file and push it to my phone and restart and boooomb...

when I push power bottom and volume down no thing happens. and when connect to pc with fast boot I can get information as u see above and I tried, my devices seems to be locked boot loader again and could not do any thinggggg

No luck (error 171)
also every time I try to do anything in fastboot I get

FAILED (remote: signature verify fail)
HTCdev - tried to unlock bootloader phone hangs, and the phone doesn't show up in adb
I just got an OTG cable in the mail today...

every time i install twrp it tries to boot into recovery then restart and not
