I have all my paths set to this.

And when I go to decompile SystemUI.apk I get this error.

try the apkmanager thread in regular development...ur best bet for help

Hi and first of all sorry for my English, not my native language.
So.... I got problems decompiling .apk. I have my PocketCasts app and I would like to do some theming and text editing on buttons, but it never decompiles, I tried using 7-zip to unzip it and zip it back, never could I install app after zipping it back... This is not a deadly error. Looks like apktool decompiled the apk. I'm using A2tude for Huawei M865, which is a slightly modified stock gingerbread rom.
