1. There ain't no launcher settings yet in carbon, I guess.
2. IDK, hex editing it might be the only way (or wait for them to fix things up )

Call audio Bug fix
Download patch_callaudio.zip from this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=49483706&postcount=23
This should fix the "user at other end not able to hear your voice properly" bug
If it doesn't work, reboot once?
p.s. This *should* be flashable on all of my kitkat ROMs, but I need testers for them all.

Support
We spend an astonishing amount of time developing this software. We can't spend much time on XDA as a result, so if you need support, please try the following:
1) Search. Search, search, search. Yes, you. I don't care how unique or important your question is, it's very likely someone has adressed it already. Especially if you're even close to new at this.
2) Read our FAQ, which can be found on our website. Carbon FAQ
3) Ask a question in your device forum. Someone will no doubt try to help you. Warning: this help may come in the form of telling you it's a dumb question that has been asked before. See step 1 - such are the perils of asking questions when you haven't done the research yourself. Android is about helping yourself.

GENERAL COMMENT AND REQUEST:
We ask all the regular contributors here to please answer the "xxx is broken" or "yyy force closes" statements without an attached logcat with something like "LOGCAT or it didn't happen"
Feel free to be creative but DO NOT respond with wipe cache/clear data or any other attempted solution before the reporting user has taken the trouble to actually try to help solve the problem (e.g. by attaching a logcat, detailed steps to reproduce etc.).
We need to force more discipline in how issues are reported which will help us all find and squash bugs that may exist.
Just clearing data etc. may in fact cause us to never find the bug that caused the issue and just makes for lazy users.

most awaited rom back again!!
Status: stable!!!!! Hope thats true!! Gonna flash it, the most sleek, smooth and elegant rom!!
Thankful to the new dev!!
I had 2 reboots using the keyboard and using the crhome app. And in Carbon site says it has 100% Portuguese translation, but Carbon Fibers is only in English.
Fails every time wifi is switched off, only works for a moment
I'm trying to make this ROM fail, and fortunately I am unable to do so until now.
The only thing I cannot do so far is to get a lock on the GPS, but I am on Manhattan, so it is hard even on Stock.
I cannot be more grateful with the OP for releasing this ROM.

Thanks for the awesome ROM!
Would you mind making a folder for the SlimLP Builds? It helps keep it organized and lets users find old builds easier (we don't exactly have the most storage space after all )
Nice to see more people stepping up to build ROMs for this device!

I apologize.. When I have time I'll update.
As I no longer own a Blaze, I will be blind building starting today. There is a new update available and it was aimed to fix the RIL issue. If anyone would test and see if the issue was fixed, I would appreciate that! Thank you!
Anyone tested it? I'm still on Jelly Bean. I'm just looking for something that will be compatible with Kernel Tuner where I can edit the voltages and the thermal settings.

Oh man, who do we thank?
There are just so many roms out there that have been a part of the crafting of this project.
Big shout outs to AOKP, Dirty Unicorns, Pure Nexus, and all CarbonROM team members for the rom features.
Also thanks to Flash ROM and AOSPA for their changes that make the rom fly.
Thanks to all the donators who help keep servers running
If anyone was experiencing a lack of service, this seems to be fixed in the latest build!
Thanks for all your hard work! I just installed and so far so good but for some reason I lost root. What did I do wrong and is there an easy way to correct without losing data? UPDATE : Flashed SU and now have root
Good job !
Video capture in text Messages working?
One thing that doesn't seem to work on any Lineage-based 7.x build is video texting; that is, when using the stock Messenger app, trying to record a video to send results in the app just taking a picture. On TW 4.3 you could record video and text it right in the Messenger app which was great for sharing little moments with family/friends. Since Carbon is AOSP based, has anyone had success recording a video in the stock texting app?
Thanks for any input!

Do you need to make a repartition?
Does it include gapps?
Thank you for the work and time
It requires repartition, gapps aren't included. Use flo twrp for recovery.

Its not Lineage, its not feature packed and its not built with anyone but myself in mind. 2 guys pretty much handle the whole show. Its more of a personal build shared with the masses. I try to make every feature added something I will use. Every device supported by me is personally tested and never built blindly.
August patches are pushed and new builds are live, builds have moved back to evervolv.com. Use the testing builds until further notice. I'm working on getting a new server which will be handling nightly builds. Happy flashing!
The download (testing) links don't seem to work on the evervolv site.

Remember to repartition your device before flashing ROM
It just works pretty well for me.
Standby time around 14days with extreme battery saving
Do I need to repartition again? I already have repartition my tablet, actually has installed unofficial Lineage 18
Make sure you are using a recovery for flo, not flox
No deb? This is for flo only, right?

That is correct. I don't have that device to test and verify builds.
