[Q] Razr HD Problem (Need help ASAP Please!) - RAZR HD Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

HI!
So for the past couple days my Razr HD has been going crazy. When i turn it on it comes up with almost every single app saying "Unfortunately .... has stopped. The first one or the one that pops up the most often is like .gapps which i believe is the google apps? But once these messages pop up they don't stop, making it extremely hard to get around on my phone. Also about one minute in my homescreen wont work so im stuck in settings or something. Another thing is that it will restart by itself if i leave it alone for a minute. And when I try to wipe it/factory reset, it doesnt work, i come back to everything being the same! ive tried every single way. Fast boot loader, Recovery mode, from settings, turning off restore in setting. Please help! I know it must be like some kind of virus and i really need help, im not the most techy person out there. But my brother is, so if you have something complex, im sure he'll understand.
Thanks

You must have tried a cwmr/twrp restore to a previous backup or all the way back to your 1st backup?
I sounds like a corrupted ui.
Rsd lite restore to the newest stock build.
You talk as if your boot is unlocked-so it cannot be relocked.

4-go bootloader

If you are careful not to use the xt907 xmls, I have a guide in my signature-stock restore. All the steps apply to you. You can browse the driod/developers site for the right hd xml for you.
Do try the safeboot first.
You have a locked boot right?
Always choose the latest xml.

Follow the sad Smiley & 98.18.78 (substitute the 'hd build you need). Go for root to the new thread here, general forum

Just use RSD Lite to restock your phone. It will solve your problem...
1. Download and install RSD Lite 6.1.5 - https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...ite_v6.1.x.zip
2. Make sure you have installed latest Motorola Device Manager and drivers on your PC - https://motorola-global-portal.custh...81/action/auth
3. Download XT925 stock firmwares (Retail.DE for example...) - http://sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=6
4. Put the phone in AP Fastboot (Turn off your phone. Press and hold the following buttons at the same time until the screen turns on 1) volume down 2) volume up 3) power. Press Volume down until you reach the AP fastboot in the list. Press Volume up to select) connect it to PC cia usb cable and start RSD Lite
5.(optional) When you extract it and load the rom in RSDLite if you get FLASHING FAILED ˝getvar´ you'll need to edit rom file and delete line with ˝getvar˝ strings and <step operation="getvar" var="max-download-size" />
<step operation="oem" var="fb_mode_set" /> strings also.
If your phone is Droid Razr HD XT926 download it's roms from same site in step 3. instead for XT925. http://sbf.droid-developers.org/phone.php?device=5
Let me know how it went... If you have any questions...

Hi opiswahn, you can try to flash rsd lite to reformat your back to stock. First download rsd lite and sbf files of your preference (I am using singapore sbf). Then open your phone while holding power button, sound up, media together. You will go into bootloader mode (black screen). Now flash rsd lite from your cpu and your phone should be alright. Hope it helps you.
thx for the reply, but RSDFlash won't let me flash... see picture
Maybe another version of RSD lite and/or try to run it in XP compatibilty mode.
I had the same situation like you in the screenshot when I installed an sbf using Windows 7 on the neighbour's PC.
But I can't remember clearly what was the key to get it working as it was in february.
Since then no more sbf ...

Try this
Go on control panel , click on system , click on andvanced system settings then on advanced tab click settings under performance then the advanced tab and click change under virtual memory, then custom size and choose it the size u want it to be ,but bare in mind not to low and not to high , keep it under 3000MB
Also I found that OR sometimes gets corrupt. Most of the time if you just re-unzip the recovery and replace all the items in the Openrecovery folder (except the Updates b/c you'll lose whatever is in there when you overwrite it) on your PC and then xfr over to SD cardyou then you can enter recovery like normal. That usually does the trick. In fact that happened to my wife's phone last night and I fixed it up just like that.
I always hate flashing sbf when I can just restore a nandroid. Not sure if it will work since you started the sbf already.
I had the same issue with RSD Lite 4.6. I found a 5.0 with no problem. But now I saw yours! How ironic.
enter moto's recovery, do "factory reset"
You need to enter bootloader mode, not the fastboot bootloader.

Stuck in boot loop after upgrading to Bravo 2.2 v1.6 by brianlee+updates0926_bravo1.6
Help! My phone is experiencing the same thing... stuck in boot loop. The operator's logo (Singapore Starhub) keep appearing again... again... and again.
I upgraded it the from dexter's rom to Bravo 2.2 v1.6 by brianlee. I've followed all instructions below but after I install the update, my phone stuck in boot loop.
Instructions
Download 1.6 from one of the links above.
Download the Update from above.
Extract the contents of the 1.6 download.
Copy the contents of the sdcard folder to the root of your sd card. (You can skip the OpenRecovery files and just copy the nandroid folder if you already have OR).
Copy the update ZIP file into /sdcard/OpenRecovery/updates
Reboot into OpenRecovery
Nandroid > Restore > bravo2.2-brian
Apply Update > update-bravo1.6Mz-20110926-1328.zip
Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik, Factory Reset
My phone run perfectly well and after I apply this update (updates0926_bravo1.6.zip), I'm stuck in boot loop.
I've tried many ways to recover my phone, but none is successfull, including this thread. I've tried the camera button+power button and then volume up button. And this message appears on the screen: "E:Can't open /cache/recovery/command" with phone picture and exclamation mark on the background.
RSDlite 4.9 + sbf file can't detect my phone.
Can someone help me? Can I restore my phone?
---------- Post added at 02:36 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:00 PM ----------
Sorry, I can recover my phone. I tried to press power button+volume up button+media button all at once and the recovery mode appeared. I applied the proper update and voila... My phone is working again.

[Q] LG MyTouch Bricked! Please help...

I went to clockworkmod's website and downloaded a cyanogen mod rom that they claimed was compatible with my device... Now the thing is bricked and I can't seem to recover the original rom... Anyone have any suggestions?
What do you see when you try to boot? Please explain little bit more. I have E739 too and CM7 works good for me.
go to the telephone service
When I turn the phone on the android on the skateboard shows up and that is all you see. It stays at that screen for about give minutes and then the system crashes.
I've tried every key combo I can think of to get it to go into recovery mode and or into clockwork mode, and nothing...
I've had that problem before. You didn't wipe data, cache and dalvik cache before installing CM7..you need to get into CWM recovery.. *From T-mobile website* To perform a master reset using hardware keys, follow these steps:
Turn off the phone.
Press and hold the Volume Down and Power keys.
Wait 3 seconds and press the Back and Menu keys.
Note: If you see the LG logo before pressing the Back and Menu keys, the reset hasnt been completed and you will need to restart.
Release the Power/Lock key after you see the LG logo.
Release the remaining keys after the LG logo flashes (blinks once).
The Android Unpacking screen appears.
The phone will restart and complete the factory reset.
Note: If you unintentionally press the Volume Down, Volume Up and Power keys simultaneously, the phone will display a circle icon with two arrows and 'S/W Upgrade, Please wait while upgrading...' message. You will need to pull the battery and restart

Hopefully you backed up your ROM before installing CM7..in CWM recovery use volume keys and power button to go to Backup/restore and then restore to most recent backup.

@DarkLP: Already tried that, and it doesn't work on this model phone. I did wipe all the caches before restarting too. Not quite sure what to do next...
Timing is precise in getting into recovery, keep trying eventually you will get there, I have the same phone.
I bricked my phone too yesterday, I am really sad now. I was panicking and trying to save my phone but all it does is go into the LG logo, blinks once, and shows a half cut-off LG logo.. I tried doing that master reset thing.. are you sure it works? I'd dedicate all my time just to unbrick my phone

I was able to unbrick my phone the other day using Android SDK and the command prompt. What you need to do is have a backup of your ROM saved on your sd card. Use the command prompt to put the phone into CWM recovery mode and then choose the backup/restore option on your phone.
If the backup is stirred in the correct file on your sd card then the recovery program will automatically detect it. From there choose the file you want to install and then activate the restore process.
You should be good to go after that.
That is what i was going to say.
Ahaha I couldn't be any more happy, I went into recovery using that button combo trick, flashed C7 and a Kernel and Google Apps (you have to flash google apps if you want them) go to cyanogen mod wiki and find g-apps there. To get your cyanogen rom just google "lg mytouch roms" and you should click the android central link and then scroll down and someone posted the files for it. Only thing that went wrong is the Camera doesn't work..
It should be same as Dream G1, download a .pnh and Fastboot
Low end cheap bro.....
Tmobile Customer Service
TMO's customer service is pretty good. Call them and tell them you were installing a non market piece of software (true enough) and that your phone won't power on. They will walk you through some steps that might get you going and if not they will offer to replace your phone if it is still under warranty. I sent my defy back several times whaen I was learning to flash ROM's. Then, remember to wipe everything before you flash anything.
OK that doesn't make sense. once you root your phone, warranty gets voided.
yes i'm sure, I've had the same problem as you did. you need to keep trying.
so did you fix it?
If you are talking to me, yes I did manage to fix it and flash C7. But I want stock ROM back, anyone have the files and directions?
Now the phone wont boot into S/W mode and wont power unless powered on after my pc froze during the update

Problems rooting Samsung Galaxy GT-B5510

Hi guys,
I ask for your help after having tried everything was in my possibilities.
I recently bought a Galaxy GT-B1150 and I wanted to root it. I tried everything :
1. Superoneclick
2.Z4root
3.Unlock Root
4.Sgtool
5.to put a .zip folder in the SD and to enter in recovery
It was useless. I have all the possible drivers on my windows 7, although 1,2,3 and 4 didn't work.
1 freezes at #7;
2 just doesn't do anything
4 "smart card error 0x89"
5 I feel idiot, but I seriously can't do the recovery mode. I push power+home+volume up but the best result I achieve is a reboot.
It's been 3 days since I started trying, now I just don't know hat to do.
Thanks for any help!
U've written the model no. incorrectly..got me confused.
Anyway i'll see what i can find.
It's seems like the usual update.zip rooting works. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1431696
U should be able to boot into recovery.
The model is GT-B5510, sorry.
I swear I tried thousands times to boot into recovery, I just can't!
I even watched a video and a picture of the procedure, but it doesn't work. It's so simple that it seems impossible to me to be so dumb. It's three keys pressed simultaneously: that's what I do. I don't really know what to think.
Tell me what exactly happens when u try to enter recovery mode.
What do u see on the screen?
When the phone is off and I press the 3 keys, the phone turns on and the screen view with "samsung galaxy GT-B5510" written on, appears. If I hold them, after few seconds, the "galaxy GT..." text disappear and the phone just reboots. If I release them, the phone starts normally.
Weird.
Try various other key combination if ur bored, there should be one for download mode but it's not useful in this scenario.
I came across a very similar case the other day but on a different phone, he resolved it by rooting with superoneclick(beware of the various versions) .
Maybe googling on the superoneclick error might get u somewhere.
Maybe..maybe the new phones shipped with 2.3.6 have the recovery mode disabled/blocked(seems unlikely) but i've not been able to confirm this.
---------- Post added at 05:17 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:14 PM ----------
Also, is ur phone Y Pro or Y TXT?
Which country are u frm?
I uploaded the video to show you better.
It's been 3 days since I started trying. I googled everything I could, I tried to resolve every problem with each method.
The only way left is the recovery, so I will try different combinations.
It's Y PRO.
I'm from Italy.
Tried soe combinations...useless. Is there something else I can do?
Well it can be frustrating at times...try holding down the keys like forever, even after it reboots..maybe next time it'll boot into recovery instead of android.
Have u come across any alternate firmwares, either stock or custom that u could flash?
U have no problem entering download mode right?
Well, I'm not very into Android, it's the first time I use it. That means I didn't understand a word of your second sentence.
Ah, I don't even know how to enter in download mode.
Thank you for helping me, really!
Firmwares are the files which u can flash on ur phone which gives u a fully working operating system.
Flashing = Installing
Stock firmware/rom = factory samsung firmwares
custom firmware/rom = 'custom' like cyanogenmod
I don't think there are any custom roms for y pro as of now on xda.
Seems download mode for pro is voldown+home+power
Use this site http://www.sammobile.com/firmware/?page=3 , u'll find all the firmware and guides on how to flash them.
U can also find it here http://www.tsar3000.com/Joomla/inde...0-b5512-galaxyypro&catid=57:how-to&Itemid=104
But i usually use sammobile.com
U can check ur current firmware version in the About Phone or by typing in some code like *1234# (i don't remember exactly)
Take your time, don't rush into it. U'll lose all ur data when u flash firmwares.
U don't have any necessity to change firmwares at this moment, but the more u know the better it is.
I'm still wondering why u can't get into recovery.
My firmware is GINGERBREAD 2.3.6
I have Kies, so my phone is fully updated: why should I download the firmware?
The download mode doesn't seem to start too.
This whole thing is crazy!!!
Besides, my phone's memory is getting full, so I really need to move everything to the SD (the apps are already there)!
C'mon download mode has to work..else it's almost useless.
Even when updating with kies the phone goes into download mode during the process.
I was just thinking if u could flash to a previous firmware version maybe u could get into recovery..just a thought.
2.3.6 is the android version, u should also see something like B5510ITVLB1 or B5510ITVLF1
As for memory, rooting is the best way to move all the apps to sd...but there are some applications on market which can move certain apps, not all to sd without root.
There is a galaxy y forum here http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1469 maybe the folks there can help u more.
My firmware version is B5510XXKK2.
Installing a previous firmware should be my last chance, since it deletes everything. :'(
I'll try on that forum too.
same problem here
Hello,
I know this is a old threat but I have the same problem and I am from the Netherlands..
I've bought this phone with a screenlock password and the previous owner don't not know him anymore
I cannot enter recovery and downloade mode..
I tried evrything i could think of. The Phone is simlocked. Don't know if that is the problem?

Press volumen down, then Home, then Power.
In above 5 or 6 seconds you will see the Samsung banner, then release all the keys at the same time.
Almost instantaneously you will see a very different menu, and then finally you have to press (as indicated in the screen) the volume up key.
Now you are in download mode, and you can plug the usb cable to connect the mobile to a computer with Odin and then flash the ROM (for instance).
Cheers.

Same problem - tried everything - can go into download mode - what next?
Hi, I have the same problem. My phone got blocked because my mother tried the pattern too many times. The phone won't accept my gmail login and password (even though it is correct). I've tried a hard factory reset (volume up, home, off) but it doesn't work. I can get in to download mode by pressing volume down, home and off-button but I have no idea what I need to do next. Any advice anyone?

Hi there.
If you read spanish, you can take some ideas from my site:
https://wiki.legido.com/doku.php?id=android:gt-b5510
Summary:
1. Get a GNU/Linux machine (you can build a Virtual Machine on top of Virtualbox for instance)
2. Get SplitFUS2
https://wiki.legido.com/doku.php?id=android:gt-b5510#splitfus2
3. Download a ROM file:
http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=GT-B5510
4. Uncompress it and generate the required files:
Example:
./splitfus2 -w -s S6102DXMA2_S6102OLBMA1_S6102DXMA2_HOME.tar.md5
5. Get a Window$ machine
6. Download Odin on this machine:
https://wiki.legido.com/doku.php?id=android:gt-b5510#odin
7. Plug the mobile on download mode to the windows machine through a USB cable
8. Pass the files obtained on step 4 to the Window$ machine
9. Upload new firmware with Odin to the mobile
I hope that this summary helps you.

[Utility]EZ Update Android 4.2/CWM/Root/Save Data/1 Click

Lots of people are having problems with the Android 4.2 update. They lose root or they can't get back into recovery. So BEFORE you flash 4.2 or if you already did and are having issues. Download this utility I whipped up. It will flash (or reflash) the 4.2 update (Including system, kernel and bootloader). It'll flash the latest 4.2 compatible ClockworkMod Touch Recovery. And then it'll get you all set up to re-root your N7 within the latest CWM. Instructions are included in the README file. PLEASE READ IT!
You DO NOT need to be on a stock rom to run this and it will NOT erase your data. But it is recommended when you get into CWM recovery for obvious reasons.
If anyone is having any issues and you get caught at the Google splash screen. You can use Power, Vol - to hard shut down the tablet, then Power, Vol +, Vol - to get into the bootloader. From here you can install the factory images from google. Once you're back up and running, you can run this tool to gain root and CWM back.
Updated 11/14/2012: Replaced SuperSu.apk with the latest version designed for 4.2
Updated 11/14/2012 14:41EST: This package will now contain 3 different runme files. One of them will not erase your data, one will erase your cache only and the last one will erase your data and cache. It seems people coming from some roms are having bootloops or hangs because of a lack of data wipe. You can attempt to run the one with no data wipe, but if you run into trouble, try one of the others. Some have made it through with only a cache wipe. See what works for you.
Updated 11/14/2012 16:53EST: Removed full data erase option as I forgot it will erase your SD card and therefor erase the root zip before it gets a chance to flash. There is only 1 runme file now and it will erase your cache, but leave your data alone. If you're having problems, or you want to avoid problems. Erase your data in CWM before you flash the supersu zip included in the package.
For Now - Windows ONLY, Sorry.
Linux version, on the way
Anyway:
Download and PLEASE READ the Read Me!

Ok it worked once I wiped it when it booted in CWR.
Great job. Now just have to test if it is still rooted
Im not getting something. After I press runme.bat my Nexus goes to clockwork recovery, its not touch, I have to choose from options like Start, Recovery Mode, etc. It doesnt match the instructions. Im super confused, any help?
Ugh. now my device is stuck at the google start screen, and not going anywhere. Android is too complicated sometimes for dumb people like me...

Its booting you in fastboot. just follow the instructions in the window that comes up when you run the runme.bat.
When it boots in fastboot just hit the space bar. It will take a couple times of hitting the spacebar before you reach the CWR stage where you flash the PlaceMeOnYourSDCardSuperSu.zip
When I click runme, it opens up the cmd window, starts the daemon, and then just sits there with a blinking cursor. Tried this few times already, nothing is happening.
EDIT: My nexus 7 is connected and has usb debugging turned on.

Do you have ADB set up on you computer?
Did you make sure you have USB debugging selected on your nexus 7 in developer options?

Figured it out. My computer recognizes the Nexus 7 as a portable device, but not recognizing it in the usb debugging mode (shows "Nexus" under Other Devices with a yellow triangle). Tried to update the driver, but it failed.
Thanks, it wasn't clear to me for some reason when I was doing it. It just kept saying after the black screen press continue, but something stopped along the way. I cant do it again because my device wont get past the Google startup screen, so I guess Im just going to flash from stock or something. Thank you for the quick help though, much appreciated!

The Nexus 7 toolkit will put the right drivers in place if you need them.
OK, I will try that.
By the way, I am currently on Android 4.1 with unlocked BL and CWM Recovery running Franco Kernel. Is this utility safe to use with this setup?

OK So I have finally got the drivers, and then ran the runme. It booted me into fastboot mode and now it says sending 'bootloader' <2096 KB>... and seems to be stuck on it. I havent touched anything on my nexus 7, didn't press any buttons yet.
Unplugged it and then plugged it back in. It failed to flash the bootloader and went straight to boot and system flashing. It has now booted into Android 4.2, but I am assuming it still got the older bootloader. I think I will have to re-run the whole process to ensure new bootloader gets flashed eh? Or is there a 4.2 bootloader floating around that I can just flash using CWM and save myself the trouble?

It takes it a few minutes to run the process. You should have just waited

No I realized it didn't install the fastboot drivers before the process began. So it was actually not able to send the bootloader. Anyways, can you please read my edited post above and advise me with that to do?
EDIT: I went ahead and re-ran the process. Since all drivers were in place, the total process took less than 5 mins, arguably faster than an OTA. Still have all of my data and the goodness of 4.2.
Thanks a lot OP for this great utility.

Ok, I tried this and got stuck on the boot screen. Guess Ill try it again. I was on AOKP before. Can I just run this from there? I should I have wiped before?
edit
Ok it worked once I wiped it when it booted in CWR.
Great job. Now just have to test if it is still rooted

What was it that you wiped? Just to make sure I do exactly what you did. I'm stuck on the glowing nexus logo.

I had to wipe my data. It didnt like coming from AOKP
Nevermind, I wiped cache and dalvik cache and it worked for me too.
Everything is good over here. Rooted with twrp instead tho. Anyway something weird is going on with my battery, and yo seem pretty knowledgeable so I thought I'd run it by ya and see if you couldn't shed some light on the issue. Anyway my battery stats are showing that the device isn't awake.. When clearly it is and in the stats it says the screen is even on.. But not awake. Also the screen seems to brighten and dim at odd times idk if that has anything to do with it. But I flashed an ota update.. Bootloader and all. Kept root with supersu. You think something might have been corrupt or something? Here's a screenshot of the issue.. Hmm another issue, whenever I try to take a screenshot.. With more than one app, it takes a pic of an earlier point when I was on twrp getting ready for the 4.2 update. Some really strange things are going on..

Pro tip: Don't bumb old threads like this. You might not even have similar problems. Instead create a new thread regdaring your issue.
Now, post your tablet info HERE:
Root staus?
Can you boot in recovery? If yes what recovery do you have?
Tablet model
Android version
What happened
What have tried to fix it

Root Status = ROOTED
I cannot boot into recovery mode (but when i try i get this, look in pic 2&3)
Tablet Type = HKC (NOT HTC) p776a
ANDROID Version I think (98% shure) is 4.1.1 beta JB
What happened = A few years ago 2013 i think a got this tablet then i learned about rooting, roms, and such so i spent the next year or two trying to root the tablet. I finally got it rooted with a chinese root program and all was well (i don't remember the name of the program) then there was a update for su and i pressed the twrp/cwm mode on accident (I think I was talking to someone at the time) and now it does what is shown in the image 1 it is on some boot loop. When I try to access the hboot menu it does what is shown in these images 2&3. Also my tablet has a MicroSD card slot and the battery can not be taken out. the regular bootloop picture is image file 1 that is what it looks like when it does its continuous bootloop and P.S. the tablet turns off and on automatically during the bootloop. To try and fix it i have let it do its bootloop for hours on end turn it on and off tried looking for a compatible rom (to no avail) and let the battery completely die that is about it.

Okay. Just a few more questions.
Does your tablet boot into recovery (picture 1) even if you try to boot normally? (fastboot maybe)
Can you boot into anything else other than recovery? (try different button combinations)
Does ADB recognise your tablet when it's in recovery mode? (if you don't know about this, just post your computer OS and if you have ADB/Fastboot drivers installed on your PC)
If the anwser the the first question is no:
Does ADB recognise the device while it's in the bootloop.

sorry, i forgot to clarify the hboot. it pops up the "words" or whatever then automatically reboots there is no way to select options or keep the device on so i cant use fastboot unless there is a way i dont know of. P.S. the tablet restarts automatically so it is on for like 25 maybe 30 seconds then shuts off then turns back on and repeats till the battery is dead. My thought originally to fix it was to get a rom put it on the sdcard and see if that works but the manufacture does not supply the rom for my model only the p771a. and the only physical buttons are the home, power, the pinhole reset button, the volume and such buttons are virtual on the screen when it is fully on. And picture 1 i dont fully know what that screen symbol is the hboot one is similar but not that but yes it does but to picture 1 nomadder what i do even if i try to get to hboot menu. Sorry if this is a "little" scattered having explaining it. If it would help i can make a video and rar it and upload it here.

1. Download fixcache.bat.zip on your computer. Extract cachefix.bat from the file.
2. Run it. It should say just "Waiting for device..."
3. Now reset your tablet with the reset button and QUICKLY plug it into the computer and wait a few minutes.
Now try to get to that text in picture 1 and tell me what happends.
Also post the text you see on the computer from the file I sent you.

Umm, you said there is a reset button on the tablet so pressing that would probably reset it.
The error you are getting is because adb is not installed on your PC. Use this simple adb installer to instal adb. When installing just press yes to everything. MAKE SURE THE PHONE IS PLUGGED IN THE COMPUTER WHILE INSTALLING AND THAT IT'S ON!
Now run the file again.

If you want to know what is happening:
You are in what's called a recovery bootloop. It's when you can't get out of the recovery. What is happening in this case is that Superuser app tried to install it's binaries via recovery. Because some people don't know how to install binaries manually, the app puts a file on the cache partition so the recovery automaticly installs the zip upon booting. Now, this would be good so you don't mess up your device, but the zip file it's trying to install is faulty so it just breaks the device.
My attept at fixing this is to delete the /cache/recovery folder so it doesn't just install the file, and instead boots into a working recovery.

30 seconds is more than enough. Especally with an automated script like the one I sent you.
The first thing we have to do to fix your tablet is to establish a working ADB connection. Use the ADB installer i sent you. And look up on how to install Google USB driver for ADB.
