Hello,
I have an MMX A110 device its has recently warranty got expired. So i want to root this device and install new android like 4.2.1 or 4.2.2 , but i am very beginner in android installation.
So can anyone explain me about the custom ROMS available for MMX a110 and how i can install it successfully.

Instead opening new thread, search the forum and you will get lots of predefined SOP's (tutorials) for everything you needed.
There are lots of custom ROMs available and methods to flash it. Also methods to root your A110.
MOD : Request to close this thread, its upbringing false message. I thought new upgrade came for A110.

Every ROM on this forum is great. I am not the one to decide which one is best and which one is worst. Every ROM has its speciality concerned with type. If you are gamer or regular user. Find everything on below link.

Hi Akshay,
Before you start any thread in this forum, you need to check the FAQ sections. This is an open developers' forum and nobody is bound to do anything without their choice. All custom roms and other apps are just a voluntary hard work the developers do. Device manufacturers are not paying them for creating and supporting the rom development. If you are really looking for a solution, check the learning centers in the forum.
Secondly it is advisable to report bugs in the thread/site you have had downloaded the rom from. A new thread for a bug is not what this forum stands for I believe. If you had downloaded the rom specifically from a thread in XDA, contact or post your concern/query in that thread.
Finally saying all this, I also do own Lava Iris X1. I have been doing lots of study and research to create a custom Lollipop rom for my device. Not only because the Roms are not available, but its a real deal (with fun) to develop a rom. Develop this interest and you'll too find out a way to make your device updated without paying the device vendors for a brand new device.

I am new to XDA forum. I am looking for some help. I want to root and install a custom rom for my Spice Mi50n. My device is based on android 2.3.4 and I managed to root my device with Unlockroot v2.3 software however I don't have any compatible custom rom available for my device. I have tried to download balarom, chromium, GBSandwich roms but all the download link says file deleated or expired. in nutshell I am not able to download any roms so far. I am not a developer or any technical expert. I am just reading the activles from different websites and trying my luck on my own. My device is out of warranty and the basic oem android software on my device is not performing. I know my device can become brick if rom is not installed correctly but I am ready to take this risk as my device is already useless for me.
If someone is reading this post, I request you to help me with a compatible custom rom.

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. There is nothing on XDA about your device. So unfortunately you are on your own in finding a custom rom. Sorry about that.
Spice MI 350 N custom Rom
Thank you so much for replying to my question. However It's my typo mistake My device is Spice MI 350n with 2.3.4 android version and in my earlier post my device was mentioned as spice MI50n which is wrong. I managed to download the GBsandwichVv3.zip I have downloaded Mobileuncle_tools1.2.zip and Modded_recovey(4pds.ru).zip, ad2sdx_Mod by yuweng(2).zip and finally 2.3.6-update-2.zip.
I have tried several times to install all these things like roms and tolls but I am getting E.signature verification failure installation aborted. I am attaching a few screen shots of my device. Request you to check and suggest. I have rooted my device with 2 diferent tools unlock Root and superoneclick 2.3.1 but no improvement. I don't know what to do with clockmode recovery now which one to try and then hot to fix signature verification. I have installed superuser, busy box, rom manager, rom installer.
Pls suggest.

I want to install a custom rom but do not know from where i can find the rom, right for my mobile(Qmobile x100)
Can anybody help me to know how to find a custom rom and let me know how to check compatibility of that rom with my device.
Qmobile is a Pakistani mobile company so i do not find any post about such phones.

It's very simple.
Do a google search for:
"Custom ROMs for (your model number)"
If that doesn't give you any good links to follow then there aren't any ROMs for your model number. Its possible that your device is the same as another device and that you could use its ROMs but you'd have to research, compare the devices and ask experienced members that own both of the devices you're comparing if they can use the same ROMs.
If you don't find anything, the next option is to port a ROM from a similar device to work on yours, you can find guides for learning how to port ROMs, there are many guides all over Google.

I am completely new in all these concepts ,still I want to flash a new custom ROM for my device. The UI currently on micromax nitro 2 e311 is completely outdated and is a bit boring to use. Hello readers. Although I am not quite new to XDA, it is my first post here.
I have a Micromax Canvas Mega 4G (Micromax Q417) device on which I want to enable treble support which can only be achieved by installing Android 8 ROM. And I cannot find it anywhere for this model. So, I decided to post a thread on XDA in the hope that some developer is kind enough to either make me a custom rom or to at least tell me where to find android 8 rom for my device as I cannot make it myself because of limited computing power.
You can find the information about this device here.
If you are kind enough to make a rom for me then I will be very grateful to you.
If you don't have so much time and effort then even a link to the site from which I can download the working rom will be greater than enough.
I am more focused on LineageOS but any other AOSP 8.1 rom would be ok.
I hope not to get disappointed by the community.

Sorry brother, you should have asked a little earlier. I already gave my phone to someone else a few months ago. You might want to search on e-bay for the phone or it's parts.
