AOKP 4.2.2
Google + Community here
The Mysterious ROM is a ROM based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. It exists on Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 and Samsung I9100 and Samsung I9300 and Maguro and Tilapia and Hercules and Toro and i9100g and Manta.
Features :
Added Linaro
So fast !
Added Bionic optimizations :
morfic said:
bionic is the "libc" of android, there are hardware optimized memcpy/memset and a few others for cortex-a9 and/or armv7-a, but also others specifically for krait, using those instead of stock bionic versions perform the same job a lot better than the more generic versions in aosp.
That affects memory throughput significantly and anything where you move data and need memory throughput using those functions will benefit from it.
there are other (math) functions that can be optimized more for the particular hardware

What is Omnirom?
A new Android custom rom has been announced at the BABBQ (Big Android BBQ) by @XpLoDWilD, @Chainfire, @Dees_Troy & Team. For more information go to omnirom's website
Code:

* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM

*/
Working:
Wifi
Incoming calls and texts
Display
It boots doesn't it?
Charges
Note: I disabled SELinux because of the incompatibilities from AOSP.
Pretty much everything else
Not Working:
Top Priority:
1. 3g/HSPA+ Stuck on 2g bands from AT&T. AT&T people can see 3g bands? Looks like I accidentally pulled the exhilarate bits.Need to see if flashing the radio will make a difference.
This bug will not let you make outgoing texts/calls.
[STRIKE2. Must flash kernel on top of this rom, I don't know the root of the problem. Working on it.[/STRIKE]
3.Captivate keys (soft keys) for home and search are not working. Partly my side and omni's side. I don't think the msm8660-common keys are working correctly across all variants (skyrocket/Hercules)
4. You must remove setupwizard from the gaaps, it fc.
5. Usual CM bugs (gyro/speaker) I think i fixed the speaker but I need that part tested. I'm using the aosp parts to try and fix it.
6. GAAPS always forceclose
If you have another bug, please provide a logcat and a description of how the problem occurred.

Surprisingly smooth and functional for a primary release. My soft keys worked just fine. Don't know if that means anything to you, but there ya go. Didn't think to test the speaker. May go back and do that later if no one else does.

Which is why I didn't bother with it this time. I just wanted to test it. Very excited to see where it goes. There is a lot of potential.

New update: Fixed keys, fixed radio issues.
Working on GAAPS and kernel issue.
The issue is the boot image and i'm working on it.
Can't wait to try this when you are finished.

Flash any kernel on top. It's a known issue with almost all samsung phones.

Intro...
The Lego Rom was initially based on CyanogenMod, but now it's based on SlimRoms. The team members are Me, Cameron581, Timpohladthomas, Deadman96385, Anerik, Blaskewitts & Kiltnar. Our source can be found here. We are just starting so we may not support a lot of devices. If you would like to be a maintainer, just pm me or any team member..

I want to try this one out simply because it is compiled with SaberMod. I wish more ROMs went that way.
Did you also compile the kernel you use in this ROM with SaberMod?
You had me at Lego. Downloading now. Will report after I drive it around for a bit

I saw that it didn't on here, so I didn't even try yet, sorry
I am really looking forward to this though.
Tried flashing 2x. When it didn't go the first time, I redownloaded. Did the proper wiping and each time I tried to flash it threw up a failed status. Something about unable to flash the update binary.
Is this possibly a cwm or twrp failure? If not its surely rom upload. Or etc..
Sent from my LG-D800 using XDA Free mobile app
I tried flashing last night in twrp and today in cwm and it failed in both. And it was coming from clean flash of stock, root, and recovery.
Sent from my LG-D800 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Yup. Well thats gotta be upload is bad. Maybe dev will check his thread?
