Does anyone know if the Alcatel One Touch 4030 S'Pop will ever get updated to KitKat? What about custom ROM support? CyanogenMod 11?
There is no similar roms to use as base since 4030 has mediatek proccessors. i guess we only can aspire to have a 4.1.2 or 4.2 rom.

Stock rom is a official rom u will get the updates from alcatel for that but it depends on them which android version has been developed officialy for ur handset
If u want to upgrade to 7.0 then u should go for custom rom
