Don't underestimate New listed Rom.
-This Rom far better than Stock with completed Stock Look, This is the one I have been looking for.
-No problem with Titanium Backup at all, Most with another Rom TB 6.1.5.2 failed.

I guess you are not connected to your network. I just flashed this ROM and same thing happen to me. Emergency call only.
You can change csc? When i try i See information about preconfig not found

Instruction:
1: Odin 3.09 load the modem.bin file
2: Turn off the device
3: Take off the battery then put it back on
4: Turn on the the phone in download mode power+ volume up + home key
5: Plug the usb cable
6: Flash the device
7: Do same procedure with the NON-HLOS.bin
8: After flashing modem.bin + NON-HLOS.bin check the baseband under settings and if you dont see the modem you installed go back to step 1
WARNING!!!
The CRT animation causing random reboots after unlocking the screen (In my experience) so here's the flashable (Recovery) to remove the CRT,Im gonna fix it so for now use this to avoid reboots.

On LG phones this could be modified in a xml if I'm not mistaken unsure how Samsung handles it
