Apologies if this is the wrong forum to post this - having no joy with LinkedIn itself! I am thinking of asking a developer to create a mobile application that utilises the LinkedIn API. I would like the application to enable a user to join a community within this application in which they can see any of their 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree connections who have also joined the same community. Obviously all users would have to consent to this but the key question is would the LinkedIn API/platform enable us to allow the user to be able to see these three degrees of contacts in their mutual community? in the main screen any user have to register with the fields name number ..years and category Alpha or Beta or Charlie or Delta
this will be the client app
the server app will be for the admins only and if possible it will be possible for them to login via web browser also
the features of the app is that if there is a meeting for a category (i'm in ouagadougou burkina faso) the concerned category will receive an alert
for example if Alpha have a meeting those who are registered to this category and are around 80km will receive an alert with the location of the meeting and the level of the ,meeting
they will receive a notification
if beta have a meeting only beta will see the alert

I am about to create a stt service based on Deepspeech. Right now I check the docu for hints how to register a stt service. I find a lot about how to integrate it in an app, but few hints about how to manage your own service.
There is a service called Konele, but its outdated. The android docu only lists stuff related to text so speech, but not vice versa. Many thanks for hints!
