Best ROM for Nexus 5 based on user experiences - Nexus 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi there, recently I bought a Nexus 5 and I like to know which are the best ROM to try after I rooted and free bootloader, I was thinking in CyanogenMod since I use in my old Galaxy Nexus and I love it but I need some other reviews from users here, any advice? What would yours recommend me?

Because you've posted in the incorrect forum (general is not for questions), you've missed the sticky thread stating that there must be no "Best ROM" threads

hey guys, i've downloaded a custom rom for my mobile. i've some queries relating to bugs in the rom. op said not to pm him. i'm not able to reply to posts as am less than 10 posts old. what to do?
You have to post at least 10 posts in other forums for example here in General or Q&A.
Useful posts, not just pointless spam.
Same as above, you must have 10 posts in the general forum group.

[Q] Run a wacom tablet on a N5

Can I geht my wacom tablet work on my nexus 5? I found a video where a wacom tablet on a nexus 7 and 10 worked so I thought it would work with my nexus 5 too. But it didn't. Not with my stock rom neither with Cyanogenmod :/
So I decided to ask here for a driver or a digitizer for wacom tablets. Does somebody have an idea? Thank you

Glad you're impressed, although it seemed a bit easy.
But to reiterate, rules say use search. The answer already exists, which we know when we use search. This is a. Developers forum, not a repeat yourself 400 times "help" forum. Learn to find answers

[Completed] XDA privilages

wHen i can get full privlage of xda , like posting my thread anywhere , & reply to others thread?
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Yes, when you get full privileges you will be able to create a thread anywhere, and you will be able to reply to any thread that you have access to. Please note though that there are certain rules for posting. For example, in a development section, only development threads are allowed to be created there, so that's threads for ROMs, kernels, mods, etc. The average XDA really only should ever create a thread in a general section or in a q&a section. Also be careful when replying to development threads, because techncially only posts that contribute to the development of that product actually belong in a development thread.

[Q] anyone have TWRP 2.8.5.0 or newer for Peregrine?

Hey everyone. I haven't been able to find any builds of TWRP later than 2.8.3.0 for Peregrine. 2.8.5.0 contains fixes that should allow enabling device encryption. If anyone has seen a newer build than 2.8.3.0, please post a link.
Thanks!
Would be great if someone could make it for peregrine, but I don't think this gonna happen. Most of people don't care about this.
Just gotta wait for someone with the experience, time, and desire to want to update our recovery. Hopefully this thread will draw the attention of a developer.

Please do not post in development sections unless you are posting Development... (roms, kernels, some mods... Etc)
I've moved this to the Q&A section where it belongs.
Thanks,

OP decided to post in the moto g section. But, in a development section. So it was moved to the Q&A section for moto g. :good:
I didn't choose the Moto G section, that's just where this was started.
Nothing at all belongs in a development section, unless it's Development.
Edit : and you are correct, but the Moto g Q&A section is still then for questions. Since there's no other option.
