Samsung L720 - General Topics

Hello,
I have a problem with a Samsung galaxy S4 L720 that was recently rooted. Unfortunately, I don't have the option to choose between 2g/3g or 4g for internet connectivity. I had to download APN manager and titanium for me to use internet. However, when I load credit, no matter the amount it all goes within seconds.
I have a Samsung S3 mini but don't experience the above problem because it uses EDGE.
Can someone help me on how I can have this option on the galaxy S4 L720? I mean EDGE so I can choose either 2g or 4g connectivity.
Please before I go crazy :crying:
I love my S4

type the below code
type the code *#*#4636#*#*
and go to phone information n choose 2g 3g or 4g..

Please help me w/Samsung Galaxy S6 Duos

So I bought this Samsung Galaxy S6 Duos (Unlocked) [SM-G920FD] from Swappa but can't seem to get it work with T-Mobile at all! I'm hardly getting any bars plus network keeps dropping off. Funny thing is I live in a T-Mo zone, my other phones (running on T-Mo) work without any issues. No Problem with LTE either.
I'm super frustrated and donno what to do anymore.
What apn setting do I need to use? I will really appreciate it if anyone can kindly help me out with detailed instructions, since I'm a such a dumbo!
Thanks in advance

Duos g920FD is same geographical version as international g920F (except it is single SIM), same 3g and LTE freqs.
There is a T - Mobile version for s6 (g920T), only single sim, there is not duos t - mobile version.
It means probably your carrier is using 3G 1700MHz freq on your zone, the only additional frequency that g920T has and g920F/FD hasn't. Both versions have same LTE freqs except F/FD versions has 3 more LTE frequencies available, because this you have not problems with LTE.
Check with your carrier if they are using 1700MHz 3G band and if so, sorry, you should change any of your carrier or your phone, or force GSM connections. Or maybe you can also configure your duos s6 using a non T-Mobile SIM for data 3G/LTE, and your T-moblie SIM as 2G (GSM) only voice/SMS.

Change Network Mode *#2263#

Hi,
New user of S7 G930FD Dual SIM.
Old user of S4 i9505.
When using S4, I can change network mode. In other words, I force my S4 to connect to 4G/LTE only or LTE/WCDMA ONLY (it won't dropped to 2G), by using Samsung secret code *#2263#
But seems on S7, I can't force it using the same Samsung secret code even though the code is still there and accessible.
Somehow Samsung always force it to Automatic.
Any idea on to force S7 to force to 4G/LTE ONLY?
My 4G coverage in my country is good enough, I don't mind whereby I go to a location where there's no 4G Coverage at all.
Thanks in Advance.
