[Q] want stock recovery back.

Hello evryone, can any body provide me stock recovery??? I flashed with stock rom 2.3.6 DDK2 bt not got sock recovery as I want to stay my stock rom but cmw5 dnt allow me rooting plzzz help me.

same problem but wen i flashed to 2.3.4 i gotstock recovery back...
but it may not work for u coz my gb rom is different frmurz.....

Juz need ur help... I'm using samsung galaxy SII... I juz update my firmware from samsung kies... From the beginning it's all go smoothly, until my internet was turn off by my friend..... The update is stop, and my fhone is hang..... When i turn my fhone on, it juz show the picture of "fhone -not connected-pc".... I juz try the soft reset and hard reset.... They juz do nothing, the picture is still come out... What shoud i do.... Plzz help me...... Relly need ur help......

Can you get into download mode?
If you can use Odin to flash back to stock firmware

First chill out mate dont panic
Just put your galaxy SII into download mode, flash the stock firmware for it via ODIN and you are done!

mate seems ur still in warranty. take it to the samsung centre n they will fix it for u.

hi everyone,
yesterday i flashed remics rom, everything was working okay but the sim card, which was not detected. I tried reflashing the rom lots of times and no luck.afterwards, i flashed stock rom with odin and now when i reboot i get samsung logo stock there.i don't know what to do, cause if i send it to samsung repair i have voided my guarante. please help!!!

Flash with xxkpe.. it's base Rom.. then u can flash with xxkpu/ddlf2..or any other stock rooms u want.. for more information n installation procedures search the xda forums..
Plz press :thumbup:

Go to sammobile.com, make an account there, download the firmware

Did you try the steps already recommended on that thread? Using odin to flash stock firmware up to DDLF2?

Plz mention the steps that you did before you facing this problem.
Have you tried to root your device?
Then which cf-root you used. Because there are different cf-root for different firmwares flashing a wrong one may land you in trouble. So to understand what happened for the guys to help you. You need to give more details

1st thanks 4 replying.
My gaaxy sl is indian version, it's baseband version DDKP4.
I connect my galaxy sl with odin v1.85, download cf-root version bagaria-09.GT-I9003_PDA.tar from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1351056 and try to flash.
Its shows PASS in the Odin, afterthat it reboot but cannot start normally, it only shows boot logo.
i tried to go recovery mood, but i can't. it only goes in download mood.. plz help me. plz.
tell me what i do in details, coz it my 1st time i tried to root my phone..

Okay. Since you are able to access download mode. So first flash xxkpe stock firmware through Odin. I guess you would be knowing how to do that, if not in this forum it has been mentioned some where in the forum how to do that.
Below I give brief details but if you want detailed ones then Plz check the forum.
Xxkpe :
First you need to partition your device using lanton pit through odi n. Once done you get blank screen remove your battery and then reinsert and then go to download mode.
Then select the corresponding files in odin
MODEM---FILE CONTAINING PHONE
CSC--FILE CONTAINING CSC
PDA--FILE CONTAINING CODE
the other left over for the other file.
Once done then install your stock ddkp4. I would suggest you ddlf2 as it is latest stock one and has some extra features.
Then flash the cf-root universal 14beta fix file through Odin PDA to root the device.
It should be fine then.

my advise.
download ddkp4,and flash with odin.
our universal cfroot is only for GB, i didnt know what version is ddkp4, but GB Is version 2.3 and above.

HI, NOOB here... can someone send me a link to DL the XXKPE for samsung SL i9003...? currently HOSTFILE is unavailable..
is XXKPE the stock rom to be flash inorder to revert back ur phone to stock firmware? i just bought a 2ndhand phone a rooted one... its to laggy, the wifi and mobile network is too weak... the phone keeps on rebooting if u have multiple apps opened. u need to wait for the phone to respond, which takes awhile... kindly help me.... tnx....

Use this rom, it can be used like kpe and its newer. Please read the thread before do nothing. Happy flashing!!
