There isn't any difference between calibration apps. Use any.

That is a "myth" back from the eclair, froyo dark ages. There is no battery calibration anymore. Just use your phone as usual, after installing a rom, some three or four full charge cycles should do the trick.

[Req] Absolute Black Wallpaper

I'm looking for a completely plain black wallpaper. Trying to do a minimalish look. Also it helps battery life.
Thank you.

I never knew that. I guess I just assumed it was the same as LCD where there is no difference.
See the following thread if anyone is interested in knowing more:

Ive been using straight up black for some time now. I just covered the lens of the camera and shot it. Def helps with the battery a ton. Live wallpapers are nice and all, but for me they get old fast.

Battery Drain Help?

I am on SlimKat 5.0 with latest stable Trinity Kernel. Will link a kind person that offered to help me. Any suggestions on how to fix this drain would be great though! I'm not sure how to read BBS screens.

Yep the screen shots aren't showing anything out of the ordinary, the gms wake aka goole play services is at 6m for 2h30m, if you're using Google now then it's normal.
Post new screen shots after a whole day of use and will take it from there.
Okay, so I believe I have this figured out.
I recently switched ROMs and I know some of the newest gapps have been draining battery badly. Also, I think those updates in combination with using "battery saving" location while at work was draining the battery more than I am accustomed to.
I work next to an airport and the radar messes with signal I believe.
