Given the phrasing of his question, I suspect this answer will be virtually meaningless to the OP.

Google Now is amazing
That is rough since Google Now is absolutely the best one. I've used the other 3 before Google Now being Skyvi, Iris and AIVC (Alice) and out of those Skyvi was the best but I hate that it always was running in the background. Ever since Google Now I've uninstalled all 3.
Google now doesn't interact with you and talk to you

To Do List App

Excuse my lack of the search feature. I'm looking for a to do list App that has sticky notifications that don't move from your status bar until you complete / check. It. Since Astrid is being shut down, I need a new one. I've tried 10+ on the android market and can't find one. I'd appreciate the help, thanks.

Did you buy your phone with the restricted profiles already on it or did you made them yourself?
No when I bought it was 4.2.2 bt now it is updated to 4.3 so it should have restricted profiles in it so..bt its not showing in the settings menu...and I don't know why....

I have never used it but as I read on the internet there is still no restricted profile option on the N4 4.3, only for tablets for now.
I can be wrong though.

It's part of the Google+ application. If you have deleted/disabled that, then Photos get deleted/disabled too.
