1) Flash ICS 4.0.4 stock ODEXED (CWM backup by Machram or CWM flashable zip by ardatdat)
2) Download Deodexed version from the above link, copy zip package to sd card.
3) Boot into recovery
4) Install zip from sdcard
5) Follow the onscreen instructions of AROMA installer
6) Wipe cache, dalvik cache & Reboot.
NO Need to do factory reset.
For ROOTING : Flash the attached "Superuser-3.1.3-arm-signed.zip" via CWM
For AOSP LOCK : Flash the attached "AOSP_lock.zip" via CWM
S-Voice : LINK
TOuchWiz UX Launcher : 4x5: LINK (by Adam77Root)

It will remove superuser & touchwiz ux launcher only (/system/app)
/data/app & all other updated apps ( gmail, youtube, talk etc) will not be affected
So, after flashing deodexed version, you need to flash superuser.zip & touchwizux only.

Can you please include polaris office in this rom..? I really miss it..

This is not a complete custom ROM. I have just deodexed the system/app and framework folder.
Also implemented CRT OFF and AOSP lockscreen MOD.
If I get some time, I will release other MODs too..

It removed the S voice I had as well Did you free up some memory by tweaking something. I feel like I have ~30 to 40MB more RAM after installing this.

I didnt tweak anything. simply deodexing + crt off + aosp lockscreen.

extract the cwm zip file.
inside the /system folder, you will see two folders.
/app & /lib
copy SecLauncher2.apk from /app folder to your device /system/app folder using root explorer. set permission as rw-r--r--
copy libdrawglfunction.so from /lib folder to your device /system/lib folder using root explorer. set permission as rw-r--r--
Reboot & done !!

Honestly I tried that with laumcher from lidroid rom and it also didnt work so I rolled back to lidroid rom now

Ok, you open boyppcrom.zip by 7zip soft (on computer) add file seclauncher4.apk to system/app, close and flash rom again.

Download hjsplit App from play store. Select join. Then select Zip.001. Press join . U have a combined boyppc zip, Flash it from recovery.

*Before doing the following procedure, make a backup of your current ROM If it not work.
ONLY ODEX, my device doesn't have a rom deodexed, so these apks are odex
I themed the following apps:

- Framework
- MMS
- Calculator
- Settings
- My Files
- Accuweather Widget (delete Accuweatherwidget.odex to work)
- Stock Launcher

- SystemUI S5 BY xYz404
Rename SystemUI.apk to SystemUI.apk.bak
Rename SystemUI.odex to SystemUI.odex.bak
After paste SystemUI.apk to system/app
- FmRadio
- Framework updated icons (attachment)

- Music Player

Memo
v2.7
Framework updated, for those don't work

SystemUI. After download, rename to only SystemUI. - New better style! Edited some .png and removed the speedometer of internet by xYz404

Before intall the zip, go to root explorer and rename SystemUI.apk to SystemUI.apk.bak and SystemUI.odex to SystemUI.odex.back. After you can flash the zip

The PowerOff Menu is showing wrong lables (see attachment) & Weather Widget is not working
Please fix Framework ASAp &

Thing To check Before Installing
1. Charge your phone’s battery upto 70-80 %.
2. Do enable the USB debugging (Settings > Developer options > USB debugging – Check Box).
3. Ensure that you have backed up your all important data.
4. Your phone must be rooted and CWM installed on it.
5. Download the below file to your computer.
How To Install
1] AFTER DOWNLOAD ROM AND COPY IT TO SD CARD
2] NOW BOOT TO CWM RECOVERY
3] CLICK ON WIPE DATA /FACTORT RESET [WAIT TILL IT FINISHED
4] NOW WIPE CACHE PARTION
5] INSTALL ZIP FROM SD CARD
NOW CHOSE ROM
6] INSTALL IT [WAIT TILL INSTALLATION IS COMPLETED]
7] NOW AFTER ROM IS INSTALLED
GO BACK TO CWM MAIN MENU
8] CLICK REBOOT SYSTEM NOW
9] FIRST BOOT WILL TAKE ABOUT 5 TO 10 MIN

Helo bro... While iam downloading this roam interupted after 307mb downloaded... Its happening 2 times...... Please change a download directory...... Can u move to google drive......or yan disk....
