We don't have a unlocked bootloader and fastboot. So it would be tricky.

Flash any rom with fastboot again without change twrp
Boot to recovery and select terminal
Type
ls -l /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/
And take screenshot all text holding simulate volume- and power button
Post the result

what recovery are you tying to install? The best one for 5.1 is the latest XZDRDualRecovery by Nut. I think it's version 2.8.26

My mistake. The XZ Dual recovery is for locked bootloaders. Try this one instead https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934556263
Or this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3/development/z3-twrp-2-8-7-0-d6603-t3273996

Hi i'm trying to get my HTC Desire Eye back to completely stock but keep running into problems,
i've flashed ROM_STOCK_2.19.401.1_Desire_Eye_Europe which seems to be running fine, but there is OTA updates to get it from Lollipop to Marshmallow.
When these updates download and attempt to install I keep running into errors:

also
e: find no match partition: for package path @/cache/recovery/block.map

I'm really curious what file you flashed to which partition, its awkward that you can't exactly remember what you did to make the phone beeing like this.
Just by the way: is your bootloader still unlocked?
