To all Hyperion users,
I got a message from our moderator regarding reports that Hyperion 7's zip package contains root explorer which is a paid app. During testing I added RootExplorer to make debugging init.d scripts easier. Due to excitement and demand for the new build, I forgot to remove RootExplorer and accidentally uploaded a zip package that contains this paid app. Starting today, link to Hyperion will be disabled until a new build is ready. Sorry for the inconvenience and my apologies to Speed Software Developers.

The blue circle on the right corner of the status bar indicates that the system is busy (performing media scan, staring services etc etc).

INSTALLATION TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
In the past days, as we have observed, there had been installation issues for new and existing users. We know how annoying it is to get a bootloop, installation aborted and many installation related problem, so here you go, I will put every single scenario that had been reported and the best solution to install the best (according to users) rom when it comes to performance and style :victory:
Whenever I flash a new build, I have this "one-shot-install" method I am keeping. This one works whether you are jumping from one kernel to another. The one-shot-install step is:
Flash stock via Odin (Recommended)
Format SD Card to remove any unwanted files, orphaned data from previous ROM and of course, junk files.
Copy Hyperion zip package to sd card
Reboot to CWM using TempCWM if you are on stock ROM, or the built in CWM from savie's kernel if you are a previous Hyperion user and skipped flashing stock via Odin
Go to Mounts and Storage and mount /system, /data, /cache and sdcard
After mounting, Go back to main menu using the power button
Navigate to Advance (Advanced and Debugging)
Select Wipe dalvik-cache -this helps you avoid bootloops
Select Wipe batterystats -this ensures your battery gauge gets re-calibrated on first boot
After doing wiping dalvik and battstats, Go back to main menu using the power button
Select Wipe data/reset
Select Wipe cache
After doing data and cache wipe, select install update from sdcard
Select zip from sd card
Select Hyperion zip pacakage and install
Wait for the system to complete installation, it will take 2-5 minutes (maximum) to complete installation
Reboot your device
BELOW ARE THE REPORTED SCENARIOS AND POSSIBLE CAUSES WHY INSTALLATION FAILS COMMON FAILED INSTALLATION SCENARIO(S)
SCENARIO 1:
"I flashed Hyperion after flashing stock rom via Odin but every time I use Temp CWM and try to flash Hyperion, it goes back to stock recovery. No error is shown on recovery"
CAUSE OF ISSUE:
Incomplete download.
HOW TO AVOID:
Use a MD5 Sum checker. You can ask our dear friend Google for any md5 sum checker, it's free and it is usually less than 1 MB to download. Always make sure your zip package is intact and complete.
QUICK GUIDE TO CHECKING MD5 SUM:
Open your MD5 checker
Select the Hyperion package you downloaded
Paste the MD5 sum value from the download page in DevHost (MD5 Sum: c8a0b092b53165db700943ba72b885d3)
If it matches, then that means the zip package you have is intact and completeSCENARIO 2:
"I can't flash Hyperion via stock or CWM, it shows installation aborted"
CAUSE OF ISSUE:
Bad or damaged zip package
HOW TO AVOID:
Check the md5 sum and make sure your zip package is not damaged. If it is damaged, md5 checker will show you MD5 Hash Sum mismatch.SCENARIO 3:
I flashed Hyperion but nothing happened, I still have stock rom or previous custom rom
CAUSE OF ISSUE:
/system, /data, /cache partitions were not mounted in CWM prior to installation
HOW TO AVOID:
Super duper hyper mega easy; Go to Mounts and Storage and make sure they are all mountedBOOT LOOP SCENARIO(S)
SCENARIO 1:
"I am using a custom rom and I flashed Hyperion on top of it without flashing stock via Odin. After flashing, my device goes to endless boot loop. My previous custom rom includes a custom kernel"
CAUSE OF ISSUE:
Custom kernel (boot.img) from previous ROM
HOW TO AVOID:
The safest way to install a custom rom (in this scenario, Hyperion) on a device running a different custom rom with custom kernel is to revert back to stock rom first because jumpring from one kernel to another will surely cause boot loops. That is why we always recommend flashing stock rom first before flashing Hyperion.STUCK AT BOOT LOGO SCENARIO(S)
SCENARIO 1:
"I am using a custom rom with repencis kernel or merruk kernel prior to flashing Hyperion. After flashing Hyperion, I am stuck on boot logo (the samsung galaxy y blah blah screen)."
+
Same scenario above but; "I flashed stock rom via odin, but every time I do wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache, it shows me error mounting rfs blah blah"
CAUSE OF ISSUE:
Both repencis and merruk are known to convert your device's File System (FS) to EXT4. If your device's file system is EXT4 and not RFS (Robust File System), flashing Hyperion will fail, but boot.img (kernel) will be flashed.
SYMPTOMS OF EMMC FORMATTED TO EXT4:
CWM cannot mount /system but all partitions can be mounted
Stock recovery cannot do data and cache wipe
HOW TO AVOID/FIX:
Given your phone is already formatted to EXT4, there is nothing you can do but to repartition your device's EMMC (the chip where we install the device's OS) using Odin.
But remember I have written "but boot.img (kernel) will be flashed"? This will help you in solving this kind of issue.
Please keep in mind that this issue is not a problem with Hyperion rom, if CWM and Stock recovery cannot mount your /system partition, no custom rom can be successfully installed on your device.
Now this is the work around . . .
Since boot.img will always be flashed, that means if the kernel on the rom you are installing have CWM installed, then you will have CWM as recovery.
Now that's a good news because your default recovery now is CWM, and you can use it to format partitions back to its default file system. Follow the steps below:
Remove the battery of your device
Press the recovery key combination to boot into recovery
If you are lucky, you will be able to reboot to CWM (given you flashed Hyperion)
Once you are in recovery, Go to mounts and storage and format /system, /data and /cache
Once format is successful, reboot recovery using the "Reboot recovery" option
After rebooting recovery, mount the partitions and try flashing Hyperion again.
Wireless and Networking Troubleshooting Guide
WIRELESS AND NETWORK TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDEWIFI ISSUE(S)
WIFI ISSUE 1:
WiFi gets disconnected once phone is locked or the display turns off
CAUSE OF ISSUE:
Okay, don't panic. This is not a bug. This behavior is the one responsible why you save battery even if you don't turn off your WiFi radio and this is called WiFi Sleep Policy.
HOW TO AVOID:
Currently Hyperion have 3 WiFi policies available in Settings Tab > Wireless and Network > WiFi Settings > Advanced > WiFi sleep policy.
WiFi Sleep Policies:
When screen turns off - if selected, wifi will turn off automatically when the screen turns off (obviously)
Never when plugged in - if selected, wifi will not turn off automatically when connected via AC or USB port and is getting power from either AC or USB.
Never - if selected, wifi will never turn off automatically - default setting in stock roms
WIFI ISSUE 2:
WiFI cannot connect to any wireless hot spot and/or wireless networks
CAUSE OF ISSUE:
Still UNKNOWN. The dev team are thinking that only production specific GT-S5360 devices are affected with this issue.
Based on user feedback, we are in conclusion that the following might be causing the problem:
Savie's special built kernel for Hyperion
Netforks Tweak
Mother of Host
HOW TO AVOID:
Currently, we have the following fix but not all or even none of the below suggestion may fix the problem depending on your SGY.
A simple reboot will fix the WiFi connection problem
Flashing your device's radio image (baseband) via Odin will fix the problem
Removing NetForks tweak will fix the problem
Removing Mother of Host may fix the problem
QUICK GUIDE TO FLASHING BASEBAND
Open Odin and locate the firmware files for your device
Connect your device to computer using USB Data Cable (USB Cable)
On the PHONE field, locate the MODEM file for your device
Click start to start flashing BASEBAND
NOTE:
You will only flash the PHONE file

Using root explorer, navigate to system/etc/init.d

Cannot open websites and or cannot surf the web
CAUSE OF ISSUE:
Mother of all Hosts
For some reason, most of the website that can't load on any browser are website like mediafire, 4shared and other file hosting sites which what they have in common are ADs, Popups, Counters and Surveys. Since MOH is blocking these type of web activities, some webpages may not load. Specially those sites that are configured not to load when their advertisements are disabled by either the browser or internet connection.
HOW TO AVOID: Thanks to Dr.oidbio for pointing this out
OPTION 1
Using root explorer, navigate to system/etc
Replace hosts file with any hosts file from stock or other custom roms
Reboot your device
OPTION 2:
Using root explorer, navigate to system/etc
Open hosts file with text editor and edit the content

Therefore, I set to work and I solved the Wifi issue (obviously with your helpful guides). So that I wanted to share with you the procedure to solve the problem. Here are the steps I took:1. Delete 04netforks_tweak from system/etc/init.d
2. Delete droidfolks folder from data/
3. Edit the hosts file in system/etc deleting all except:#
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain
255.255.255.255 broadcasthost
::1 localhost
127.0.0.1 local4. Reflash baseband via Odin
It should be mentioned that I do these steps on flashing zip. I mean, I edit the ROM in the computer and then I install it following the steps in INSTALLATION TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE. Everything else works fine, but in the future I will continue to watch to see how the phone behaves. If something goes wrong and you do not mind, I will report it.

TRANSLATING HYPERIONTOOLS YOU NEED:
Any apk tool for decompiling and recompiling like APK Tools, APK Manager and APK Changer Alpha 11 - APK Manager and APK Changer Alpha 11 are the one I'm using. Take note, it's alpha 11, not the latest version of APK Changer.

I advice you use APK Changer as it has an automated setup where you can configure this tool as you install it.
Follow the installation/setup steps for the tool of you choice
After that look for C:\Users\<User>\apktool\framework folder. Ex: C:\Users\Carl\apktool\framework
Take framework-res.apk and rename it to 1.apk
Take twframework-res.apk and rename it to 2.apk
Copy 1.apk and 2.apk to C:\Users\<User>\apktool\framework
HOW TO TRANSLATEPREPARE APKS
In this example, we will modify Settings.apk and translate it to Spanish language.
Take Settings.apk from stock ROM that supports Spanish and rename it to Settings-ES. If your language is not Spanish, then of course you need to take Settings.apk from stock rom for you region which support your language.
Take Settings.apk from Hyperion. You don't need to rename it. Leave it as it is.
DECOMPILE APKS
Once you have all the needed APKS for modding, place it inside the folder designated by the tool you're using for decompiling. In this example I am using APK Changer, so I will put Settings.apk and Settings-ES.apk to C:\Apk-Changer_alpha11\place-files-here-for-modding folder
Open your tool, in this case it is APK Changer. If you installed this already prior to preparing APKS, then you should have the main menu where you have the option to decompile/compile.
Decompile both Settings-ES.apk and Settings.apk
TRANSLATE/ADD ADDITIONAL LANGUAGE TO APK
After decompiling apk, look for the "values" folder inside the decompiled APK. In this case I use APK Changer so I will navigate to C:\Apk-Changer_alpha11\out\Settings\res
You should to the same for Settings-ES and open it in another folder so you can view both folders side-by-side
You can simply take "values-es" folder from Settings.apk and copy it to Settings\res
After copying folder, open Settings\res\strings and add the values present in Settings.apk's res\values\strings.xml to "values-es" folder.
After that, compile your APK and now you have a translated version of APK.
Do this for every app you want to be translated.
OF COURSE MOST OF US ARE LAZY AND ONLY KIND ENOUGH TO TRANSLATE, SO I'LL POST HERE THE FILES YOU NEED TO EDIT AND TRANSLATE AND IF I HAVE TIME AND I AM NOT FEELING LIKE A LAZY MONKEY, I WILL BE THE ONE TO COMPILE THE APK FOR YOU.NOTE:

Requirement :
It should work on 4.1.2 TW based ROM, there are two version odexed & deodexed.

There is also option to 'only' manually switch ON Faster network (3G) after triggering low speed network (2G). for this you need to download plug in from play store (application will ask if you select this option). after this there will be 2G icon there in notification area to manually change to 3G

Next post is for addOn. which help to add some more utility to this existing mod like battery icons, statusbar icons, Toggle icons OR may be small mods too
It may contain some utility to hide/remove some function on existing mod.
Installation :
Here I have attached three files
1. MultiMod Backup - Which will create backup of all files which can be modify by installing mod. In case you want to revert to stock ROM OR If mod doesn't work for you satisfactory, this will be helpfull. I recommend all to first make backup by flashing this file before installing main Mod. Also if you planning to factory reset data, make copy of all .apk, .jar and .odex backuped in SD card to Ext Sd card manually otherwise you will lose backup.
2. MultiMod V16 - Main Mod, Flash using CWM/TWRP/Mobile Odin (Mobile Odin user have to select OTA/update zip option) Just to inform Mobile odin users, above said backup/revert zip utility won't work. I will update backup/revert zip for mobile odin separately.
3. MultiMod revert - This will restore all your previous file modified by flashing this ROM, You should have first made backup as above said.
PS : All existing user of my previous MOD, you can directly flash this ROM on existing, but you may not have backup of some files which modifies by installing this mod. So i request you to revert to stock from existing mod and make backup with attached zip here. now on this mod there will be no repeat backup on every version, and you can flash new version directly.

Thanks dr. for the early update before your the scheduled time itself.I am eager to flash this now itself with Mobile Odin as I do not have custom recovery.But I saw your warning that the Back up zip won't work for Mobile Odin users and you will be uploading it separately for them.In this instance will you please clarify whether I have to flash the Back up zip if I don't want to keep a Back up of old mod and hence directly flash the Main mod ?If by doing so whether there will be any adverse effect?If flashing Back zip is mandatory,when you will be uploading it for Mobile Odin users?Waiting anxiously with thanks again.....
Flashing new mod directly over my earlier 25Toggle won't have any adverse action except you won't have backup of stock ROM.
I am uploading soon for mobile odin. meantime run revert.zip (according old version you having) and make device complete stock.

I flashed your previous mods without any issues, but when I tried flashing this new one (odexed via MobileOdin) on Stock Rom (most updated), the phone stuck on Samsung logo...I tried 2 times (after flashing back the Stock Rom with Odin)...problem persist.
Could you please re-check the mod? REALLY want to use your fastantic mod!

I am using odexed only. And since last 3 days I have flashed almost 5 times.
Which exact rom you are having?
Edit : I have again revert and reflash odexed rom using mobile odin and it was successful. Tell me exact version of your rom and i will waiting for some other reports if it is incompatible to specific rom.
Also you should wipe cache and delvic cache if it happens.

If define this mod briefly, it is for custom feel on Stock ROM.. Not only that but this gives you freedom to choose mods you like to have on your device.
This is same as MultiMod and after getting many request from user, I have made it possible to select now only desired Mods with aroma installer.

Installation : MUST READ
Recovery divided in four parts.
1.Backup - First part of recovery is backup.
-I want to make backup - will make backup of all the files, that may get modify by flashing this mod. Backup directory is sdcard/DrKetanMod
-Make copy to ExtSd too - will make same copy of above said files to ExtSD too, that save your backup incase you needs wipe.
-Full backup to ExtSd - Will make complete System/app and system/framework folder to ExtSD. this may take 5-7 min depends on writing speed of extSd. also needs approximately 750MB space. help you to recover from any other mods too.
WhyFull Backup : Full System/app and System/Framework folder to ExtSd help in recovering device from any other mods OR device booting failure(or other issue) by flashing any Syst app or framework files. This help to preserve latest data. If your nandroid is older then it restore device to previous point, while recovering only appl which corrupted by flashing mod, still keeps your data as it is. very fast, it takes 2-3 min to recover all system app and framework.
2.DrKetanMod General - Under this title, mods are general and can be flashed on any 4.1.2 tw ROM (if you are on any custom ROM/mod installed, it may break sone function of previous ROM, if both mods sharing same files)
3.ROM specific MOD - Here you can see different title for supported ROM. like Mods for XYZ ROM, you have to select only from ROM you are having. (if your your ROM is not here and you want to try from near matching ROM, it is highly recommend to make backup first)
4.Restore -Last section is Recovery. If you have made backup earlier, you can restore to previous MOD (at the time of backup) by selecting option under 'Restore' You needs to select option depends on location you have selected for backup.

No it won't conflict, but if you have multoMod installed then new backup will make backup of that. If you have new installed ROM then just delete DrKetanMod folder from int sd card, this will make new. OR if you want to keep old, just rename it.

I'm finding that even though I did not select auto call recording in the aroma installer, it ends up automatically starting the recording..
I have tried reverting and reinstalling..
Running stock MG1 with NEAK kernel..
I want the option to record, but I don't want it do that automatically..

Regarding Ripple Effect, it it was a slip of my finger while typing.Actually my intension was 'Ink Effect without S Pen'.I want only that as an Addon in my existing MultiMod.So can this alone be provided as a M Odin flashable zip? I am asking because the AnyMod is quite bigger in size(almost double than the MG1 Odexed MultiMod) containing may unwanted options for a specific user like me.Also there is no option to select Manual recording in it.Further,I n MultiMod if I select the Addons actually necessary for me the size still will be just above that of AnyMod.These are the the conclusions of just mine.Others will have just the opposite views.So for keeping me satisfied can you please help by providing the stand alone Ink Effect zip?May I hope that I am not pressing you with silly demands.If it is so please excuse for me for doing it.
Also I have already downloaded the AnyMod zip to my computer in case I feel it needs in an afterthought.Regarding the Revert zip provided along with it,is it also flashable with M Odin?
Ink effect alone is available separately since long, find in theme and applications section.
Backup revert option of AnyMod won't work on mobile odin, you have to use it one available in multimod.

You can access this by Setting-device-DrKetan ROM Extra OR from App drawer. This utility requires plug in called Secure setting. It should auto install while flashing ROM. you should check in app drawer, if it is missing then you should download from play store.(you can find it here in post #5 too.)
This application is built-in Dr.Ketan's Custom ROM. This application divided in four menu. Also note that you needs to install plug-in to work this app. On opening of app it will direct to play store to install plug in if your device lacking it.
1.Toggles - As name suggest here in this menu you will have many Toggles which you can use to activate/Deactivate services.
Single tap on icon to activate, Long click on icon to deactivate
Incoming Call Record - This will record all incoming calls. File will be saved in IntSD/Sounds/ folder. (If you dont have this folder then manually create it.)
Outgoing Call Record - This will record all Outgoing calls. File will be saved in IntSD/Sounds/ folder. (If you dont have this folder then manually create it.)
Auto GPS - Will Auto On/Off GPS with some commonly GPS using app

Things you should know about this ROM before flashing.
As I have said earlier, I am no more about to give support here on Note2, I request all the users to go through user guide before flashing ROM. Apart from user guide I am mentioning here few things which is commonly asked by users who flashes ROM without reading anything.
-Download and read DrKetan ROM V8 Flashing guide.
-This ROM you can use as multiTool too. Like if you want to make any change in mod selection you can use ROM to reset without flashing ROM too. Like if you have selected Rt side Internet meter and later you realize you need to remove OR change, you can re run aroma and skip everything except required task. Also to mention that whenever you mess up with SystemUI themes, simply you can select Restore 30 battery mod, that will remove all existing SystemUI related mods. you have to reselect all the option in SystemUI mod along with restore 30 battery mode.
-30 battery module, you have to tap battery symbol three time fast on status bar to get option to change style. Also note that don't use battery percent option from setting but use above said trick to show battery percentage.(Tapping three times give two menu, one for charging animation and battery percent and other for battery style). If you are using any OG battery mod, simply replace OGBatteryMOD.apk in system/app. Don't replace SystemUI otherwise it will messup many mods.
-Selecting FullSreen Caller ID mod in aroma you will lose S5 popup features, as Fullscreen mod is based on Note3 base.
-Stock battery module option available in aroma is not compatible with any other SystemUI mod like internet meter/Quick launch/8 extra toggles etc.
-Note3 features : You can find Air command option in setting - My Device - S Pen - Air Command. Also Smart Scroll and Smart Pause will be there just below Air command. Also Smart scroll and Pause you can ON from Quick panel Toggles.
Just to note that smart scroll have two option -scroll with head position and scroll with device position (you can press smart scroll tect menu in setting to get option OR you can do it by long pressing from quick panel) Keep in mind that both features requires to have Smart stay 'ON' and also needed to be in good light.
-PageBuddy will open when you remove Pen on Stock Launcher. If you want to use on S5 Launcher (default launcher) you have to select from Spen recommended short cut in notification bar.
Utility - I have mentioned features in post 1 already. You can open utility from setting-My devoice-DrKetan ROM Extra-Utilities OR Simply from App drawer. Utility requires plug in (Secure settings) to work properly and Flashing ROM itself will flash it. Just confirm from app drawer and if you don't find in app drawer, Open utility and it will link to play store. Also you can find apk for off line installation from post #5
When device will boot first time (probably while you finishing setup wizard) Utility will ask for SuperSU permission, you must grant it. and this will fix some SD card and data issue of kitkat base. Still there is option to do it manually if you needed anytime.
- Once Utility ask for SuperSu permission on first boot, grant superSU permission then finish your setup wizard and reboot device before installing/Restoring anything.
-Settings UI - You will find two Settings icon, these are just two shortcut not two apk. one is regular and other is S5 style. Simply you can hide unwanted from launcher - menu -hide pp.
-PullUp Mods - You can change desired app selection from Utilities-ROM extra-PullUp chooser. If you want to have default s Finder, you have to select My Sfinder app in pullup selection.
-Bootloader: If you don't know about existing bootloader, Download Info app from play store. If you are on MJ5 or newer you need not to flash it. who are coming from 4.1.2 have to flash either Wifi Fix (from post#3) OR Kitkat Bootloader (from post #5), later will void warranty. If you are unable to charge device while it is OFF (Device reboots) it is due to you doesn't have kitkat bootloader. to fix it you needs to flash kitkat BL (get from post#5) but this will voids your warranty.

Important Instruction - Don't flash any addional fix/Add On along with Aroma in one go. Only flash ROM - reboot device and then flash whatever you needs other than not included in aroma.
Dr.Ketan Utility patches some files on first boot (that's why it asking SuperSu permission on first boot if you have clean install) So it's recommended to finish it before you flash anything extra.

-Remove lockscreen weather widget in 240DPI (like this image) - use app setting xposed module and set com.sec.android.app.keyguard to 480DPI OR If you don't need widget at all, you can delete keyguardSplannerWidget.apk
-If you can't see battery percentage - Disable 'show battery percentage' option from setting-display and from setting-general-battery
Tap battery icon three times and select to show battery percentage from there. Also you can change battery Icon same way by tapping battery icon three times.

Installation guide for Newbies.
1.Download DrKetan's Custom ROM (see at end of this post)and copy downloaded file to Sd card (Preferable Int SD)
2.You needs CWM. I recommend Philz recovery. (If you don't know how to get it, look my signature for MultiTool and read post#1 for detail guide about how to flash CWM)
3.Reboot device to recovery (Vol up+Home+power)
4 - from recovery Select wipe data and in next menu select second option (wipe for flashing new rom)
5.Select intall zip and select file you have copied.
6.This will start Aroma, and after agreement and index you will find main Menu, You have to select Proceed with ROM flasher and MultiTool(see image below)
Just below this there is a tool, Aroma file manager. You can use this tool when you are unable to boot device and want to move files. No need to use it in ROM flashing.
7.Now main utility will start and you will see below mentione screen
A.First screen you will get EFS backup - select if you want to make EFS backup. It will store to sdcard/MyEFS
B.Flash ROM - To flash ROM you have to select This option
C.Recovery - If you want to flash TWRP/Stock/Philz Recovery select according If you want to change, otherwise it will keep existing recovery
D.Modem - SKIP this (later on you can use this utility to change modem. Right now no other working modem available)
E.Kernel - SKIP This (later on you can use this tool to flash custom kernel)
F.Backup and Mass Bloat remover
If you want to make backup of bloatware and want to mass remove bloatware select customize backup and bloatware OTHERWISE SKIP. You can use this tool to make backup of system/app and system/framework folder later on)
G.Restore - You want to restore anything you have made backup with this tool you can use this tool, SKIP on first use.
H.Odex - SKIP it for This ROM, later anytime you are using odex and want to remove it, you can use this utility
I.Customise Bloatware remover
If you want to remove selectable bloatware then select customized bloatware remover, otherwise SKIP it.
I.Mods
If you want to install Mods you can select customised Mods and select which mods you needs, otherwise Skip it.
J.CSC Features
If you want to install CSC features, select customized CSC features and select which features You needs
Avoid Trigger and workaround option first time
If you don't want to add CSC features, Skip it.
K.Tweaks
If you want to install build prop tweaks, select customized tweak and select needed tweaks, otherwise Skip
L.LockScreen security bypass - Incase you forget lockscreen password/Pattern/PIN you can use this tool
M.Push System App - You can use this tool to install any system app, you have to make 'app' folder OR 'framework' folder on SD card and have to file according their location in system. This is only tool and not to select for ROM flashing
N.GPS - Select your continent for better GPS fix.
8. Proceed with installtion and when you see finished Keep patience it may take 5min to 15min depending on option you have choose, you can click next to move back to recovery
9.Once in recovery select reboot system Now.
And sorry newbies, you have to read a lot to flash this ROM, but this is the best way to have features you want.
Personally I don't believe much in benchmark as far as I am feeling it smooth, but for your reference attaching screenshot.

Download and Flashing Instructions
1.Install CWM Recovery
2.Copy ROM file to SD card
3.Reboot to recovery
4.select wipe data/Factory reset
5.select wipe Data/factory reset (if you had any issue with previous Flash then select second option - clean to install a new ROM)
6.Back to menu and select Install zip
7.Select choose zip from sd card (depends on ROM file you have copied)
8.Select ROM file and proceed

Installation Instructions
-Flash Philz 6.26 recovery If you have stock recovery then download tar.md5 version and flash with Odin OR if you have CWM/TWRP installed then download zip version and flash from recovery.
-download and copy Rom zip to sdcard-reboot to recovery and wipe data (factory reset}
-select install zip and navigate to ROM file you have copied to sd card
-Now Philz recovery will start calculating md5, wait till it finish calculating and once finish check md5 is matching with posted above. If it doesn't match then re download ROM.
-Once md5 match confirm to install zip
-Now when Installation finish device will reboot and may take 5-10 min to boot.
-Once device boot normally open Dr.Ketan Utilities N7100 from app drawer. This will ask to download plugin and direct you to playstore link. If you want to install offline then download plugin from here and install as regular apk.
-Once You open utility, you will find option 'Data bug fix - recommend to All' (see above screenshot, i have made box on option) just long press icon rt side to this oiption, once it fixed you will get msg. Now reboot device and your device is fixed for Titanium backup restore as well read /write error of int Sd card (you needs it once only after flashing ROM) Even after if you get such error there is two extra option just below that 1.data fix- for titanium resore error 2.Int sd fix - for read/write error in Int/Ext SD. you can use anytime these options.
-Now you can restore device and modify as per your wish.
Bootloader If you have MJ5 or later bootloader then no need otherwise you have to apply Reboot and wifi Fix from post #3 above
You can get idea about current bootloader with info application
If You are not worried about warranty then I strongly recommend to flash Kitkat bootloader.
Here is Kitkat bootloader from N7100_ND3 [/URL]- Flash it with Odin for bootloader tab
Some times even successfull passed from Odin, bootloader can't update in that case you may needs to flash stock recovery first.Here is stock recovery from N7100_kitkat_ND3,[/URL] flash it with PDA (AP in new odin) tab. reboot device and then again flash bootloader. Once bootloader successfully get updated you can reflash CWM/TWRP whatever you are using.

hi dr ketan, i am already running your pre rooted 4.3 rom. So if i have to use this, i presume, i would just have to flash it using odin. I do not use any custom recovery. do you recon i install one to use your rom.

The OLD ROM base is 3.35.401.12
If you are on Sprint or T-Mobile US, use the latest carrier specific MM Firmware package
A full wipe is not necessary, although always recommended to avoid issues
First boot will take approximately 10 minutes due to Art optimization

A few things to note regarding the un-rooted option:
1. If you dirty flash selecting Un-Rooted, all traces of SuperSU will be removed, this will allow Magisk or an alternative root method to be installed.
2. Please complete 1 full boot before installing Magisk.
3. Users can run un-rooted if they wish, I can confirm that Android Pay and Pokemon Go both work after installing the ROM un-rooted.
4. All tweaks options requiring root access will be removed from tweaks if running un-rooted, 90% of these options can be configured in Aroma so you are only missing out on Kernel settings, as init.d is backed up and restored when flashing, your previous configurations will be retained, so you can flash with root, set up then re-flash un-rooted

Q 1: After I flash your ROM and reboot my device, my device keeps rebooting/bootloop?
A: Make sure you flash the correct firmware
Q 2: Should I use a task killer on the LeeDroid ROM?
Not recommended, is you really want to, use the one that came with the rom.
Q 3: Backup? What is that?
A good idea is to back up all your data and settings from the phone before flashing a new rom with a full wipe. Best app available is Titanium Back up
The best way to back up the contacts is to sync it via HTC Sync or via your gmail.
Q 4: Are Nandroid and Titanium backup the same thing? How do I manage backups?
No, Nandroid backs up the ROM and Titanium backs up the applications. Nandroid is what you do using the recovery and it makes the exact image of your ROM along with the data.
Q 5: On what occasion will I lose my data (apps, contacts etc)?
Only when you flash the rom wiping data using the Aroma installer option. When you just flash a rom or a .zip from recovery, it will not wipe anything unless otherwise mentioned.
Q 6: I was on stock (or another rom from another cook) and I flashed LeeDroid rom, now I am having some problems.
1. Try to rebooting the Phone and see if it makes a difference.
2. Reboot into recovery and clear cache and dalvik, reboot the phone and clear data of the apps causing problem.
3. Reboot into recovery, reflash the rom choosing full wipe in the installer.
Q 7: How do I flash Full wipe and what does it erase?Reboot into recovery, install a zip from sd card option, select the rom, follow the Aroma installer and select "Flash with wiping all (or something to that effect*)
Q 8: The screen is not very responsive and is lagging.
Let the phone settle down a bit after you unlock it. It generally needs a few seconds to kick up the CPU.*
Q 9: The market is not installing anything. Gives error.
Reboot into recovery and select “clear cache partition”. And under settings - applications - Manage applications - under the Market app < Clear Data>.
Q 10: My battery is draining heavily.
When you first flash a ROM this is what happens. Give it atleast one full charge cycle and it should come back to normal. If required, reboot into recovery and clear battery stats. It is advisable to do so on 100%.
Common Opinion - Heavy battery drain is one thing that you cannot complain about on this rom, for sure. The battery life is much above average*
It's NOT recommended to empty the battery, it may course a poorer battery performance and life cyclus.*
Q11: Should I run the phone battery to zero percent, and what if it does??
A: Absolutely not! Both the current recoveries are giving problems while pulling the battery up from zero percent. If the phones dies off due to battery being zero, try to reboot it into recovery, flash the stock recovery. If it doesnt, then plug it into the wall charger and leave it for as long as it takes for you to boot it. Then flash the stock recovery, charge it fully and do your stuff.
Q12: MMS Problem?
A: Please check your APN settings.*
Q13: Some games that use the motion/G sensor are not working as they should.
A: Re-Calibrate your Gsensor –> Settings – Display – Gsensor Callibration
Q14: I dont like the animations. Dont want them.
A: Go to settings - display - animations.*
Q15: How do I change the bootanimation or the downanimation?
A: System\Customize\Resource or System/Data/Local. Replace the boot/down animation.zip file with the one you want. The new file must be named bootanimation.zip/downanimation.zip.

Could you please make clear if I can somehow flash this on my O2 Device.

Check the install path mentioned just above the download links, HTC Dev unlock your device, flash TWRP, backup & flash the rom zip.
Providing the install path matches, O2 UK will work without issue

No supercid or S-Off is required, simply the latest HTC update... remember to backup your current install

Flash the latest TWRP recovery as posted by @Captain_Throwback > TWRP For the HTC One M9
Nandroid backup
Go to the Advanced TWRP section and select file manager
Navigate to "/dev/block/platform/f9824900.sdhci" > if this path exists you are good to go!!
Reboot your device and copy the LeeDrOiD rom. zip to your internal memory
Reboot to recovery (Power off > Hold Vol down & power > reboot to bootloader > reboot to recovery
Select the install option and locate the LeeDrOiD rom zip on your sdcard
Follow the Aroma installer & be patient

Did /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name not work for you? It's the default path.

It didn't want to play & wasn't visible so I went with the direct mount, mimicking the m8 install bud, from the feedback i have had it seems generic, flashed 2 devices numerous times with test builds and all is well ?
Uploading the guts of an RUU as we speak, ARUWizard from the M8 along with an official signed 1.32.401.8 as a fallback, once again tested numerous times
Good to see first ROMs poppin' up!

Very strange indeed, which version of twrp are you using? And did you check the MD5?
I installed this build twice to 2 different devices prior to upload.
About to go to sleep so check the md5 , if it matches, full wipe & try again, if it fails, restore your backup & I will take a look tomorrow evening..
Love how quick backup and restore is in this beast.
Edit: I am running a slightly modified version of twrp, link below but as always, use at your own risk. Team win and all affiliates will not be held responsible ?

And do we really need the latest ota update to flash this? As soon as I got my hands on the phone I immediately flashed TWRP, so I'm in a bit of a predicament right now as I can't update via OTA right now...

I would say YES you need latest OTA before flashing this rom. Lee mentioned it for a reason so I would follow the instructions. Why don't you just restore stock and grab the OTA just to be on the safe side ?
