Thanks looks like a late Christmas present

It has some interesting features. Does the fact that is cm based, means that a caf kernel is necessary?
Thanks for bringing us this rom I'll be sure to experience it.

Just posted the build a couple hours ago. Not expecting any battery opinions just yet

Is this ROM a official build of beanstalk or is he just built from source?
Do you plan to update this ROM if there's updates for beanstalk?
And do you own a Nexus 7 2013 by the way?
Is it stable for as a daily drivers and what are the bugs that are involved?
Sorry for the questions. Its coming to a new year and my studies are starting soon and its going to be hectic for me since I'm having national exam soon so I doubt I have the time to be flashing so if it's stable than I could use it till my exams are over. Since updating doesn't take long :fingers-crossed:
Hope you do not be offended alright? And thank you for bringing a new ROM for the Nexus 7 community :victory::victory::victory::victory::victory:

Yes I do plan on updating it along side beanstalk. No this is not official beanstalk it is built from bs source with a few edits by me. Yes I do own a flo (now) I posted a build a a little while back. Never had any feedback on it but so far I've had no issues

I sound convinced now. Do you have a slot for me in the beta team of yours?
Sounds great from what you said and I would like to give it a try. I'll do it later when I get home ^^

Once you make a DPI change of 245 or lower it causes the settings to go into split mode (which is what I wanted), once the settings is in split view you can no longer open Harmony Settings, settings force closes at this point. Does this happen for anyone else? Would you like a log cat or can you replicate the problem?

I haven't set my DPI that low but a log cat couldn't hurt. I'll try to replicate the issue today.

I am proud to present to you BeanStalk Builds put together by myself. This is a build composed off of the CM10.2 builds and i have added alot of features on top of it. So you get speed, stability, and ultra customization ability. Many of the additional code additions came from slim ROM and also Derteufels build and have been modified to work with my current setup. A huge thanks to Derteufel and the Slim ROM guys for their work and dedication. Also a big thanks to everyone involved with CM as that is the building stone in this project. Thanks to skyliner33v for the bootanimation and upcoming wallpapers!
I plan on updating this and adding features on a pretty regular basis, so if you happen to like this, keep checking back.

Good afternoon,
Not sure why, but the alarm clock for me doesn't appear to function properly. Most of the time it's silent even if I set the volume high, and the time the sound does go off, it goes on for like a second, then stops and stays silent. The speaker is just fine, I can play music out of it, and when I hit the sounds for the alarm it's loud and makes the proper noice, but when it actually needs to be the alarm it fails on me.Otherwise besides this, it really is a good rom. I really rely on the alarm clock, to make sure I wake up for classes in time, and am using my the alarm clock on the phone till I go out and buy an actual alarm clock.
Updated beanstalk.

OrionLP is a project based on slim. The name Orion was chosen as a representation of the beauty and vastness of world around us (Too much Philosophy, eh? ). We started this project for falcon (Moto G), to make a stable Rom which would include Bitsyko layers and important customization. The Rom is built with Uber toolchain which delivers awesome smoothness and is packed with a custom kernel built from ground-up to ensure good performance [WIP]. Needless to say, this project is a product of our hobbies and the love we bore for Android.

Hi guys! As promised i'm sharing with you this new Rom, Slim-Based, RRO-Theming, and it seems very good! I wish to thank all xda-friends who donated some bucks to me, i recently got a new SSD, so i can build more roms for our device.... STAY TUNED!
ROM is UP
Thanks for sharing/making this rom! It's really hard to choose which rom I should flash as there are like 5 different AOSP roms out there and I'm unsure of which one is the most stable and battery efficient.
thanks,I will flash the rom!!!downloading!

The good news and fun part of it is that you have the opportunity to try them all and decide yourself.
Really promising rom, only feature I'm missing is bottom lockscreen shortcuts switcher. Really good alternative to Tesla and XenonHD.
Unn.
Been using this ROM since release and all is good here
Nice work
uploading new version guys (37% up...), now i'm going to sleep. Dirty flash should be ok. :highfive:

Any chances for next build the alucard hotplugging system can be introduced? The alucard governor is there, seems strange why it's not. It's very efficient on other devices

Thanks man, alucard and mako hotplugs were my favourite from lg g2 and lg g3 camp and the battery consumption went down significantly, and GUI was fluid

there's also another thing. Recently installed UKM(universal kernal manager ) and tried to install synapse and found it wasn't compatible. I'm going to guess synapse is SE-linux permissive and since orion is SE-linux enforced it's preventing me from using synapse. Also discovered that installing pirated apps doesnt work, I mean hey it doesn't really affect me cuz I'v'e always paid for my good apps, but I would like to know what gives here hehe.
I like synapse, the gui isn't as well structured as kernel aduitor's but kernel aduitor sometimes misbehaves. Under CPU settings it loves to stick to 300 Mhz as the max freq and this bug becomes quite annoying from time to time.
turning to other kernel managers theyre not as feauture rich as either synapse or kernel auditor
All in all I can't complain, things are very stable for note 3. Your kernel is pretty decent and it's in my opinion almost on par with arter's. I'm liking this one more though.
A few more hotplugging alternatives such as alucard(apparently amazing for listening to music while phone is in a low powered state) or mako hotplugging system, KCAL(really helps clean out that annoying yellow warm tint issue that affects certain note 3 displays without chewing up processing power)
and maybe throw in the trip-n-driod I/0 scheuler and kernel would have what it takes to destroy arter.
But I understand adding too many things increases overhead
NB = I love how it supports fastcharge. CF-lumen works to get rid of warm display issue but it uses more raw processing power from what ive been told. I could be wrong
I know about the Mako and alucard hotplugs cuz I came back from a lg g3 running nebula kernel and was very impressed. However never truly enjoyed it long run because of issues with my lg g3 i owned at the time. It was defective hardware-wise but that's a different story and won't ramble about that

next version will have alucard hotplug for sure, try flash this if you want https://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=...//www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=36770
Man I'm having a nerdgasm, alucard hotplug on PACMAN ROM is running exactly as how I expected. Battery life is stellar and music doesn't chew a lot either. I'd like to thank you lord ecko and encho for these changes. Its about time there was a kernel to compete with what arter97 is dishing out. He's made it perfectly clear, from posts I read, he won't add features and I understand, it adds overhead but still sucks because there are some amazing hotplugs, CPU governors, I/0 controllers etc....
I'll be testing these new kernels across all AOSP ROMs.
Orion, euphoria, PAC-ROM and slimLP are fav's. They each have their quirks about them them that makes it so enticing to switch back in forth. I think I have ROM flashing fever lmao
NB = I don't expect a kernel to have everything.
new version is up (1.4) - new kernel inside. try and report
