Rom for xt1033

Hi all xt1033 user. I'm looking a rom for dual sim moto g. I don't mine its only one slot working. And which model 1032 or 1034 should I flash?

Hi,
I have the same model. I think it's possible to flash the 4.4.2 FW but it's a question if you can then flash the old 4.3. I read somewhere on the forum that is possible but do note that if you flash the 4.4.2 US version only one SIM will work.

[Q] Is Stock 4.4 included qualcomm optimization?

I saw many thread talking about qualcomm optimization, I wonder that our Stock Kitkat is included these libraries ? Or have to root and flash this libraries?

You must unlock the bootloader first.

By doing it on the moto G, what are the before and after results on antutu and stuff? I saw some results improving alot on the N4.

Has anyone here tried these optimizations on a Moto G? Is it worth the trouble? How does it affect ? life?

I may be very wrong but aren't those dalvik optimisations only for Krait type processors......moto g Is cortex so ?

Has anybody got firm confirmation whether moto G has the Qualcomm optimizations or not? Have been searching high & low & every site or thread I cone across only say things like moto g should have or likely has or may have but none have confirm it which drives me crazy

Hi guys,
I have just tried this and no difference at all. Benchmarks shows similar results.
I also compared files content and only two files were different.
The good thing is it doesn`t cause bootloops
It seems we have already optimized stock rom.

Hi fabus when u say u tried this do u mean u actually flashed the optimization files on your G & then compared the flashed G with the stock G?

that`s right
Benchmarks before and after flashing.

Unless the optimised files did not work on the G because it's not using krait & essentially both were stock GS being compared with each other.

this week there will be official release of miui v5 kitkat based rom for nexus 5 with weekly updates. this should be ideal rom for porting to moto g rather than tablet centric v6

My moto g broke over heated they sent me a new one. I rang them back and said will it be sim free no but we will send you a new sim free one got Mr new phone locked then two days later another phone came in the post but can not unlock boot loader so I am stuck

Today I got news on Motorola's fb page that update for 4.4.4 has began in India
I have xt 1033 and still not got 4.4.3 update
Will I get 4.4.3 update or directly 4.4.4 update
Please help me

it will most likely only update to 4.4.4 if its coming to india, samsung did this with the galaxy s3, while they had kitkat already for the s4 they skipped 4.3 all together.

Motorola said that all moto G's bought online would receive sooner updates.

It was declared on Motorolas fb page that 4.4.4 update in India has started rolling out a week ago and I still not have got the update
Please can anyone tell me what's the estimated date ???

I received the OTA update (4.4.3) a few weeks ago, but manually reverted to 4.1.2 because none of the root methods worked for 4.4.3.
Bootloader is still locked, however. Hoping that wolfgart will deliver good news soon from LG regarding the D686
I'm in the US.

Excuse me, I have LG G Pro dual lite (D686) and i can't connect on phone's internet... i have money on phone,i search all things in phone and nothing! I have full signal and still nothing:crying:. M i must to download something?app or something like that? I beckup him 2 and still dosent work i have him 3 moths,he still can send SMS, call and go on wi-fi.Please some 1 help me!!
