I believe Nsdcards is building for us! But perhaps he'll just wait for a bug free Tipo ROM, and then port it. Dunno.

Yeah, I'm syncing the repos right now, but this is my first time building a ROM from source, so it might take a while to get the thing to actually work!

Hi, could you also include support for the dual sim variant of Xperia Tipo???
The highest version that Tipo Dual had ever seen was Ice Cream Sandwich.

One Question : Xperia J got a illumination bar,will it work in this rom?
Since Year(s) ago Xperia J got a CM10 rom and
the illumination bar gone crazy while a notification came (imagine disco light)
Hope not to happen on this rom.(is it a CM?)

I am looking for ROM's for Sony Xperia E Dual, but can't find any for this phone, only for Tipo Dual, etc which I don't know if they work in Xperia E Dual.
Also, can't find this phone in the foruns, it only says E, not E Dual, is it the same thing?
Anyone who have tried successfully a ROM on this phone, please post the link.

Count me in...I'm also in search of this.....since the number of people buying this phone increases I'm sure the devs will find a solution in near future...
Yet there are cyanogenmod available for xperia e(not dual)...a friend of mine in xda told me that there won't be cyanogenmod for dual Sim mobiles...yet u can flash the cm10 from fxp website(fxp217,218)...there are nanhu versions available.....but might not be very stable and will have to sacrifice a sim.....
Do it if u really want to..

Nope, you will not have to sacrifice a sim, in fact, you will not be able to use any sim because there is no GSM support yet for Xperia E single (see FXP's CM10 changelog), let alone dual

by the way i found a website named techgeekal, they uploaded the xperia z-fusion rom for e dual.. based on cm 10 so you still need the cm10 installed.. not yet tried for that :silly: but the cyanogenmod 10 are awesome

Hey guys
can you give me link to forum/thread specific xperia E dual.. where I can find ROM available for Xperia E dual and other development ...I can't find one
I checked development section but there is not a single sticky..no index thread ..nothing seems to be organized
by searching in xda and google, all I could find is the there is CM 10 available for XPERIA E dual but that too is in alpha stage (I thing video decoder doesnot work)
So any other development aroung.
A little headstart is appreciated.

Currently the ROM status for the E Dual is: CM10, NoZ and XboosT.

Hello Everyone it might be bit irrelevant but i was looking for Cyanogenmod 10 but not able to find any where almost all links are dead.... i tried flashing jim34's nanhu-CM10DS-0.8.1.36-ota cm 10 rom... but battery was not getting below 100% and also no charging... can anyone please give me link for any stable cm 10 rom or a way to fix 100% battery problem... a bit help will be appreciated... nd also i know that there is cm 11 for xperia e but camera is not working in it...

Try to flash Hades CM10 Kernel (through Flashtool) after that you have flashed the ROM. I have tried it with this CyanogenMod and work well.
If you have other problem, follow my guide it work for me.

I do not want problems and much less spam in this publication but nAa is one of the best with MiniCM, yair but the only thing he can do is steal rom rename the appearance and publish what hey XDA noticed more than once and for something you have closed a lot of post on XDA

i also think that you're self proclaiming yourself as the dev of the besr rom for x8? i dont think so, and yair is not stealing, he uses linux to compile a rom and even kernels! much complicated than building a rom, stealing, on the other hand is just a mere zipping of the rom, with 7zip, you can be a dev, but yair builds his roms from source, so i think you have no right to point this out to anyone

Source code for Xperia J hasn't been updated for a half year, I think it won't be updated in future.

If that supports cm us could spend cm10.1 or cm10.2 for 2012 (not that got unofficial)
Kit kat less required but cm could help me with a black screen in cm10.1 but whatever I can handle this I do not know how but I have not forgotten that I have a good deva of teaming

You know, it's actually looking quite positive to me. Just do a Google search on "site:cyanogenmod.org nanhu" (insert your device codename there) and you'll see. For the Xperia E, the search shows that CM has merged the firmware 11.3.A.2.1's drivers into their code.

Why dont you try to fix bugs in other CM?(Not that I would use CM10.2 if there arent too much bugs but even CM10 that is sayd to be almost bug free dosn't have things like video recording.)

I understand what problems you're facing. The first and the most important one is that you clearly don't know where to post questions like these! This should be put up in general section with a new thread as a question. Secondly, I don't think you need to unroot it prior to the update. And finally, if you have already unrooted it and installed the update, find out a way to root that firmware. Towelroot works like a charm for xperia devices but i've not tested it on E. Kudos!

I'll build CM9 too. Just help me find out how .elfs can be repacked into .imgs.
That's all I'm waiting for. If I get it, I'll be able to start generating the skeleton files needed to proceed.
I think Xperia J needs CM 10.2 too. Please port this ROM on Xperia J too!
