Flash recovery again if you are in recovery bootloop
No need to flash stock rom or any other rom
Use new cwm or twrp touch recovery for better results
If you can access recovery go to recovery and wipe dalvik cache and do a factory rest.
If still not fixed install a newer version of recovery.
If you're stuck at CWM recovery then flash THIS
And if you're stuck at GT-S7500 logo for more than 10 minutes, try this:
1. Wipe system, data, cache, dalvik cache partitions in recovery mode (better use TWRP).
2. Flash CM10.1.2 (& GApps if you wish)
If it didn't work try this:
1. Flash stock rom through Odin.
2. Root your phone.
3. Follow the steps above one more time.

Do you mean this S5 Mini ported ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-neo/development/rom-s5-mini-rom-s3-neo-duos-t3047638?
If yes, then you need to flash a custom (TWRP) recovery first to be able to install it.
From what you wrote, I guess that you are still on stock recovery.
Here you can get TWRP recovery for your device: [ROOT] [RECOVERY: TWRP] [GT-I9300I] [4.4.4] for Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo by christianrj.
If you have questions about flashing TWRP recovery, you can ask in the corresponding Q&A thread.
If you need help about the S5 Mini ported ROM, its Q&A thread is the best place.
Thread closed. Thank you!
