I see there is one on this forum for the 7 inch version,
I'm wondering if anyone has or is working on one for the 8inch version,
It's particularlyneeded for overclocking.

Dear friends,
I am looking to purchase a new tablet. I would prefer to purchase win 7 table with 3G. But i also love android.
Q1. Is there any good tablet which has dual boot facility or interchangable (Android or Win at one time).
Q2. If android thinking of Asus Transformer Pad TF300T + Docking 3G 32 GB? Any better alternatives? Can win 7 or Win 8 be installed on this?
Q3. If Windows thinking of Acer Iconia W501P 32GB Wi-Fi + 3G? Will it be upgradable to win 8? Any alternatives? Can ICS be installed on this?
Sorry if some1 finds these questions stupid.
Thanks in advance

When you say 'upgrade' to Windows 8, I'd argue that that's more of a downgrade, but I guess that's not what you care about though. Also, it obviously wouldn't be an official upgrade.
TF300
Desire S • Fallout V2.0.0 • xda premium
As above. All the tablets use the RK3066 chipset with similar hardware. I have flashed the M1 version to my M3, but the screen is garbled. Could any developer tell me what I would need to change to be able to support a different resolution?
I`m no stranger to ubuntu etc. All I want to do is change the resolution so it is viewable on a 10.1 inch tablet rather than the 9.7(?) inch of the M1.
Thanks in advance!
I'd recomend posting it on the ROM page.
So i have an Evo Litepad 8 as seen here
http://www.unbox.ph/gadget/evo-litepad-8-unboxing-quad-core-aluminum-tablet-for-php5999/
I believe its similar to an "Onda" tablet. Its stuck on 4.2 and runs bad
Can i use cyanogenmod on it? How do i find out exactly what type of rebranded tablet it is? I think its probably onda but i am not sure
hi!
i have the same tablet and so far it's ok and seems to work well.
I wouldn't recommend using any other firmware on it. vanilla android is still the best when it comes to our tablets.
this isn't the same as the onda tablets. it just has the same specs. there are number of factors that make it different from other brands even if they have the same specs.

I would consider the Teclast X98 Pro, here's a video review on it:

Other options, a little smaller at 8", include the Chuwi Hi8.
Yes I know, they're Chinese makes but they're dual boot Android & Windows 8.1/10 which you won't find in American and large foreign tablet manufacturing due to licensing issues.
The Samsung Galaxy tab s is a great tablet.

My young nephew has this tablet, branded as It UK 10.1" Quad Core.
Does anyone recognize it, I guess it's possibly a re-branded tablet. I am looking for the possibility of updating the ROM on it, I of course won't be surprised if there isn't anything .
Thank you for reading.
From looking around it looks like its not a rebrand and instead just a tablet designed for IT.
I was not able to find the kernel source code for the tablet or any form of a stock rom.
