During what process you got this ?
Have you unlocked the bootloader ?
Or Flashed something ?
If No then Install Sony Update Service ( SUS ) on your PC. I recommend Windows XP OS on PC for doing this process.
Choose your device in the Software and it will install firmware again in your device and your device will get refreshed completely.
Go Here --> http://www.sonymobile.com/in/tools/update-service/
If you have your bootloader unlocked.
Try flashing the stock firmware using Flashtool.
Here I give you the complete guide for this. Download the firmware .FTF and follow the installation guide.

here is screenshot, when xperia e c1504 is connected to my pc

So now Use SUS or Flash the stock firmware directly usinf the Flashtool.
LOL Trust me it will work. It will just refresh your whole system.
Whenever you are flashing your stock firmware it doesn't matter whether your bootloader is locked or unlocked.
And next time research on the apps which effect hardware before installing them that whether they are compatible with your device or not.

Why? Why did you?
It does not work on E.
The exact same thing happened to me too when I installed Pimp My Beats (beats audio).
I fixed it through SUS.
But you can simply flash the stock FTF using Flashtool, they're available for download on xda. A simple search will lead you there.

Xperia E (Single Sim)

Hi All,
I have been a samsung user from the last 2 years and quiet familiar with rooting, custom Roms and flashing, recently i got a samsung xperia E (Single Sim) and using the official sony boot unlocking method tried unlocking but sadly after the whole process went smooth i ended up in boot loops.
Can anybody help me as to how do i review the phone back or go back to stock rom again? Unlike samsung where we only have Odin and Sammobile for all firmware in sony there are so many different version of flashtools floating around and i can't seem to find a stock Xperia E firmware.
Can anybody be kind and post links to the tools required for flashing and the site where i can get a custom rom if any or stock roms to get the phone working back.
You can try sony emma. Its still beta, but some people say xperia e firmware is in there. You did unlock bootloader from sony, so it should return the phone to unrooted, but unlocked phone. As for flashtool ftf, if you can remember what version it was, you can try search google. Most important, charge the battery by other way (another phone, clip-based battery charger)
Sony Xperia Tipo ST21i
Hello,
Did you get your phone working again? If yes how did you do so? I wondering this because i have the same problem as you and I installed the firefox via emma but there was no original update available.
how i solved xperia e bootloop after unlocking bootloader
Ah finally after the million times xda has helped me time to give something back....
first i bought my shiny new xperia e a week back..
used the official sony bootlocker unlock method (which ran smoothly) only to
find myself in a bootloop!
after a lot of exhaustive research i finally fixed it ...
first download sony`s superb "Update Service" its totally free a google search and ul get it.
next get the latest flashtool( androxyde.github(dot)io)
now ur going to need a locked bootloader for xperia e... incredibly luckily i was able to find this ( forum.xda-developers(dot)com/showthread.php?t=2212259 ) which is exactly what u need but for xperia e dual (which is not a problem at all.. its stable and works perfectly on single sim also)
now that u have alll this...
install flashtool.. put the ftf file u got in the flashtool/firmwares folder..
start ftool click the thunder icon.. flash mode.. select the ftf file .. click ok.. then unplug ur phone and boot into flash mode ( vol down key + usb cable insert)
now if all went wel lur phone has a locked xperia e dual sim bootloader..
now all u have to do is install update centre and update ur phone..
Peace.

I've been a Samsung user the last years too, and i just got my brand new Xperia E. I was following Sony's guide on how to unlock the bootloader, and I had the same problem you are talking about. I found out, after unlocking the bootloader you have to flash a ftf file (at least, that has solved the problem in my case).
I turned it off by taking away the battery (I had to) and then used flashtool (google it) for flashing the new ftf file. I followed Vasudev99 's tutorial (thanks, by the way). I'll give you the link, in which you can find all files you need and all steps you have to follow.

Way to debrand Xperia L c2105

Hello everyone!
I'm wondering if it's possible to debrand my xperia and install an original Sony firmware just changing my costumization number in the build.prop file and connect the phone to PC companion and make a repair installation.
Everything with bootloader locked and phone rooted.
Finally using this guide step one and two http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-l/general/guide-download-firmware-customization-t2355982
Is it possible? Can anyone confirm that? Or twill there be some problems?
Thanks a lot!!

i dont know if repair via pcc can solve this kind of problem, but i can say the simplier way to do that is flashing fw ftf via flashtool without any build.prop editing because after this youll get fresh fw without any bugs but you can try the way you mentioned here, it cant harm your phone.
repair is not 100% solution

You can use SUS to 'update' your firmware, however it's more easy and simple by just flashing an FTF file which can be found here

You can/should use the worldwide FTF file mentioned in the reply above.
I'm from the Netherlands myself and most of West-Europe should simply use the worldwide file.
EDIT
About SUS, it stands for Sony Update Service, it's just like PC Companion but only the updating & repair of Xperia devices. It has no programs to transer files etc.

1. You don't need to unlock your bootloader to flash FTF files
2. Yes, you'll need to root your phone again
I've flashed EuropeCE firmware via flashtool and Vodafone branding disapeared from my phone, along with a bunch of bloatware.

Then your next solution is grabbing a program called Xperifirm. It's like Flashtool, but this one supports our phones. It will have the update you need from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/cro...perifirm-xperia-firmware-downloader-t2834142/
thnks a lot xperifirm is good app and it contains the firmware for the z3v; the problem is that flashtool doesn't have the z3v in devices list for updating or reinstall the firmware
i think i should wait for update (flashtool) and them i flash it with the 23.0.E.1.44
i just want to remove or fix the flashing Red Frame/Border in my device (the Strict Mode method does not solve it)
i found a way but rooted devices only and u knew; no root available for z3v

Ok, I know, but my purpose was to change form Customized-ES to Custominzed-IT.
Once done that I would have downgraded my phone to Kitkat in order to root it.
Some minutes ago I managed to run 23.4.A.1.232 on my D6603 but I have some compatibility issues, preinstalled GAPPS don't run and the screen back illumination never turn off. I really don't know whats going on on that phone...
Now I'm using sony companion tool to repair the phone, if all goes right and I'm not going back to Customised-ES later I'll try to root it.
Basically all of this was a trial to understand if a was able to root it.

Phone stuck in bootloop after update to nougat

Hey everyone,
Yesterday I installed the new 32.3.A.0.376 update on my 100% Stock Z5 (E6653) via the xperia companion.
After the update it was stuck in a bootloop (crashes and restarts shortly after the android animation finishes)
Here is the full timeline:
Update via xperia companion -> bootlop
Remove SD Card and SIM -> bootlop
Repair via xperia companion -> bootloop
Second repair via xperia companion -> bootloop
Flash Nougat with the flashtool -> bootloop
Flash latest non-nougat firmware -> it boots!
This time I did the update to nougat via OTA -> bootloop
Flash different nougat firmare via flashtool -> bootloop
Back to marshmallow...
Factory reset & Install update via xperia companion on a different computer -> bootloop
Install marshmallow, factory reset & Install ota update -> bootloop
So basically i tried every possible combination of installing the update without unlocking the bootloader or other things that might void warranty. It just won't boot!
What do you guys think might be the cause for this? And what can i try to get nougat working on my device before sending it in for a repair? Thanks!
how about cables? have you tried using different usb cables? how about non sony cables? or any other authentic original cable! like samsung usb2 ?
Cables? Sounds more like voodoo too me I mean I did the whole thing without any cables attached, too (OTA).

when you tried all these possible combinations of flashtool, MM, N, repairs via sony pc suite etc even on different computer,

and when you say you have tried different version N, can you be specific what build you tried?

I flashed 32.3.A.0.376-R4D and 32.3.A.0.376-R5D (one is with provider customization, one without).
And I just tried it with a different cable on a different usb port. But I'm afraid it's still the same result.

To answer your questions:
1. I currently don't have one but I do not recall any errors appearing in the logs.
2. I'm using windows 10 and yes, drivers were installed correctly (by booting the system with signature checks disabled)
3. I did successfully flash marshmallow (32.2.A.5.11) multiple times after the failed nougat update.
4. My version of flashtools matches 0.9.23.2
I tried to update the the phone multiple time using official tools (OTA, xperia companion) before resorting to flashtool.
This, and the fact that flashtool works well otherwise, means the issue is with my device and/or the update itself and not with flashtool.
Is it possible to get some log files out of the device to see what's causing the crash?

after asking so many questions and reading all your answers ! i feel like saying i wish i could get hold of your device to see what actually got wrong in OTA flashing!
the reason why ask all these question is that it happend with my friends Z1 years ago when by simply updating to news OTA , device got stuck in bootloop! and the only thing he could do is unlock the bootloader and installed cynogenmod. at that time i could not find any possible reason why this has happend!
the ultimate solution for you could be unlocking boot loader OR wait until we get some sense on the internet about this issue! ( i will research more)
btw, I always flash my device on win7 64bit. if possilbe try flashing via win7 , just in case.
also i couldn't help thinking , it might have something to do with FSC script! even on the flashtool download page! they have mention how few devices get bricked if flashtool is used! but then you tried updating via xperia companion also!

Yeah, I already feared that this would be the only solution :crying:
Next week I'm gonna try to get a refund/replacement, so let's see how that goes first before I unlock the bootloader.

to be honest there is nothing wrong with your device! you had rooted 5.11 easily! this means the stock android .372 or .376 having N kernel is not working properly with your hardware!
if you are replacing your device then no need to unlock your bootloader! unless u want rooted phone!
REMEMBER to research all about DRM KEYS and TA backups before you even think about unlocking in your dream.

When you were making .ftf ,did you delete fwinfo and exclude .ta files ?
If not, that can lead to bootloop.
Hey guys, I just want to give you a quick update on the issue:
Last week I brought my phone to a local retailer, they sent it in and today I received a completely new device with Android 7.0 pre-installed!
So it seems like the issue was covered by warranty.
All in all I'm surprised how smooth everything went.
And thanks to everyone who tried to help me here!
