Sorry, but for now Gimlo is the only way to have nxt framework on tipo dual & nxt framework is mandatory for the lockscreen.
If u want to try it for stock rom, in addition to the files in original post replace your framework with the one in the zip attached here.
But make a backup, coz i dont know it works on stock rom or not.
unable to change wallpaper for some reason even though I do have a Settings.apk that support NXT lockscreen.

Its surprising, i never encountered such problems in gimlo rom... but anyways give some more details about that.

No, this framework wont work.
u can use the nxt framework & settings apk that come with gimlo rom for tipo dual.

i'm using gimlo ron 2.1 with vengeance kernel
my phone is TIPO DUAL
i really can't change the wallpaper from NXT Lock Settings. I have noticed that I can only change the wallpaper on lockscreen if it will come from Xperia Wallpapers but I can't do it on Album's folder. Whenever I choose a photo from the Album it directs me to crop it and after cropping it I tap on a check mark thinking that it will set as a wallpaper for locksreen but it did not. There's no option as to set it as lockscreen wallpaper.

I have tried to port it on tipo dual, but due to alot of diff between 2 systemui's i was not always sure wich smali code was for the mod or different by default. There is anywhere only the code for the mod to try it again?
ps: i have edit the xmls, adding values one by one, so i will like to finish it at last..

MOD wit Icons
Well.. I just played with a few png icons and modified d SystemUI.apk.. I dunno coding stuff.. So I dunno how to add toggles.. I have attached the screen shots.. If some dual users are interested.. I will upload the apk.. Will be great if someone continues the mod..

Here you go..! This is my First MOD.. So pls bear with the mistakes I have done and give me suggestions to improve..
Do it at your own risk and dont blame me in case you bricked your phone. But it works 100% fine in My Rooted Tipo Dual.
1. Your Tipo Dual(not for Tipo Single) must be rooted.
2. Using Root Explorer Go to system/app/ and rename original SystemUI.apk to SystemUI.apk.bak.
3. Download the attached apk file and move it to the system/app/ folder.
4. Set permissions to rw-r--r--.
5. Reboot and you will get the modded SystemUI as in the screenshots in the previous post.
ImpNote: Do not rename or delete SystemUI.odex.
If anything goes wrong your phone will be booted without the status bar. Dont panic. Now just restore the original SystemUI.apk which you had backed up earlier.
My Device: Xperia Tipo Dual
Stock ROM.
Rooted.
Bootloader Locked.
ICS 4.04.
Build Number: 11.0.A.1.8

You can find Original SystemUI.apk in the first post of this thread. I have cant attach SystemUI.odex as it is not a supported format..

I have renamed .odex as .txt
Download it and rename it as .odex
And place it in system/app
Try it.! All the best..!

I have changed animations, buttons, and so many another things...
My friend has tried it and told that some buttons are changed, animations are changed and some few things....

i tested this mod on Miro and it does not seem to work! only change i could see was the toggle button for wifi bluetooth etc. now the blue part(when u turn it on) comes like a rectangle.
and im not able to take screenshots anymore. it says "could not capture, storage may be in use"

1. Rooted phone

PROCEDURE:-
1. Download Settings.apk and then copy (your phone must be rooted/using Root Explorer) to /system/app.

can u tell me what these apps actually do cause when i installed them they installed without any effect
i mean are they custom apps for settings statusbar etc or something else

Actually its normal themes.....
They change the system baclground image...
For example if your settings backgroung colour is black then you will notice some image...
And if it is white like mine then it will replace white color by am image as u cam see in the screenshots...
Also it changes the system accent color..

okk just tell me does it also replaces any apps in system folder orthey are standalone apps which can be removed as desired.I mean if i remove them they will not cause any harm to my device.
one more thing does it change the status bar and back home keys icon too??as seen in ur screenshot

Yes, they are standalone apps...even if you remove it nothing will happen.
It doesn't change any icons like statusbar,home icons or nav bar icons...
You can use gravity box for that.

Do not install them.
Copy the themes in system/app via root explorer with correct permissions..
Then reboot and apply from theme...

Hey buddy thanx for replying. I have a query that if I put those themes into system/app, is that going to affect my mobile's original OS. Bcoz my mobile is still in warranty.
No it wont just remember to remove them before going to services center

The bootloader on my device (Sony Xperia C2305) is locked and it doesn't allow to unlock. can you help me with that so I can apply those themes.....
And do I need to backup my device before doing it???????
No need to unlock bootloader to install the themes
