My small bro today buy 2nd hand micromax a110
Android version 4.1.1
I need to root this cell BT my frd tld ke I have to downgrade jellybean to ICS to root this cell is this true?
Plz give me any good tutorial with wrkng downloading contact I tried Sp tools method BT after switch off battery when I click on download button and connect mble via USB its show charging
Is thr any recovery mode option to downgrade jellybean to ICS ?
If yes plz give me tutorial plz plz asap

Noo need to downgrade u can root ur jb too not necessary u need to have ics

UNLOCK ROOT
http://www.unlockroot.com/download.html
then install it .
after installing open the program
and perform the root.
note: do not forget to install drivers.
then connect your phone.
I have attached the drivers and PHOTOS.

but i do not have karbon a27 insted i have a micromax a27.
but still i will try to search for the phone and get you the firmware or stock rom any possible thing for you.
just confirm is this is phone

Yes this is the phone ! We really need the dump of its rom ! Because karbonn a21 and a27 have the same qualcomm chipset and same amount of ram and internal storage also ! We might get jellybean for karbonn a21 if we get the dump of a27 jellybean !
Same accounts for karbonn a9+ as well !

So, my brother has a Canvas 2 A110 which he got it a month back so now as u people know it ..recently micromax released official jellybean firmware.So, now my bro wants to update his device with the official STOCK jellybean by micromax.
I read through a lot of threads ..I din't exactly understand them .. I don't know why
I use a Galaxy Ace and I have rooted and stuff ..so basically I'm not a noob
So moving back to Canvas 2 ..so his phone is not rooted or neither he has CWM on it !
His device is running on ICS now ..so can someone be kind enough to tell me the exact procedure to put stock micromax jelly bean on his device ?
With the correct download links !
and ..will his data be wiped after updating to jellybean ??

Dude don't Use custom firmware because it's avoid you warrenty....
And if you want jelly beans in you're canvas just root your phone with bin4Ry method....
It's very easy
1.enable USB debugging in application development.
Download bin4ry root method... on root thread...
2.click runme.bat
3.on your device screen click restore
Wait for process done..
Your device rebooted few times...
Ignore it....

Bin4Ry is for ICS,
For Jelly Bean.. Flash CWM.img via SP Flash Tool, and then Flash SuperSU.zip..m
there you go rooted! kaboom

camera upgrade
one more question about the camera. i have installed raven rom it says that 12mp back camera and 1.3mp front is that true??? if yes how can i upgrade it ?? any software or something else is required i have checked it my option it is still 8 mp .. will be glad if some 1 can help ... thnx in advance :laugh:
Yes but it dosen't support 12 mp camera because of hardware of mmx is only for 8mp camera .. but you can install suvi rom v7 . it will help you and better perfoemance wuthout any bugs hit thanks if i helped

i was also tired to root after update of jb 4.1.1 then accidently i tried this step its succed
1.install cwm recovery by sp tool tutorials are in (http://www.droidiser.com/2013/02/root-jelly-bean-updated-Micromax-a110.html)
in step 7 remove sim and memory card also then connect it will be done

currently am having ics rom stock..phone is rooted..so can you tell me the exact step to do this..

Successfully working
All u need is 5.0 running mtk phone and a working data connection
Download n install kingroot V4.0.0(latest)
Now install n open the app(make sure have turn on data)
Press the root button (u can see below in the app)
Now wait until it complete to 100%
Now see in u r apps u can find "kinguser"
This means u r rooted
