Hey guys,
Some questions from a newcomer. I have already searched the forums but could not find a straight forward answer so your help is really appreciated.
1) How to check if my bootloader is unlocked or locked?
2) Once my clockwork recovery mod has been flashed, device is rooted and I have cyanogen mod installed, how do I go back? I mean that how to get the stock recovery, stock android, stock kernel back so it is back to normal in all aspects?
Thanks for your help guys.
1. When you turn your phone on, you should see a picture of an unlocked lock under the Google logo. If there's no pic, then its locked.
OR
Boot into ur bootloader and it says the status there
2. Odin or a nandroid

Hey, I've recently dropped my Nexus 5, running Kitkat 4.4 rooted, with USB Debugging disabled.
I really need to recover my photos, as the screen no longer works, and I cannot get to them because of a passlock(Pattern). Can anybody here help me recover my files? I have some photos in my gallery, but some in https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai...e&hl=en_GB KeepSafe. Is it possible for me to recover anything? If so help out please.

If you have a custom recovery boot just into it and use adb pull
You don't have to have USB Debugging enabled in Android to use adb while in recovery.
Unlocked bootloader or not?

So you have a custom recovery?
If yes, you can adb pull the data. Click link in my signature to sticky roll-up then read my "adb and fastboot. What is it?" thread.
Keepsafe may be tricky though
