Android phone copy for less than 100$

Hi guys, is there a place we can buy some copy/clone, Chinese phone for less than 100$, that we can root and put cyanogen mod or stock google rom?
Is there a wiki or some place I can found the info all in one page?

Check network lock by IMEI?

Is there a way to tell by IMEI on what network the phone is locked, or original network the phone was released?

SMS not possible for one person only

Hello
With my new mi4c I can't receive SMS from a friend of mine. When I got the notification the message saying " SMS from an unknown number" . In the SMS native apk the message is not here.
When I send a sms to this friend, he receive it, but the SMS sended is not in my phone.
I try with an other sim card ( not the same provider) and I have the same problem.
This friend is not in a black list. With a other phone there is no problem

I have found his sms. It goes directly into the cloud. Even if I stop the synchronization.

I have found.
If someone has the same problem : the sms are in the privacy box of the sms application.

Issue with copy paste S7

Hello guys,
I have an issue when after copy a text, I try to paste but it doesn't work!
It happened since last week with every apps, not only fb messenger...
Any ideas please?

Do you have an bluelight blocking app or another overlay app? If yes try disabling them.

Weird. I use galaxy button lights with no problems associated to copy paste

Unable to set notification with Google Message

Hi everybody!
First you have to know I'm French so I'm sorry for syntax.
My problem : I can't set a custom ringtone per contact in Google Message.
When I try to choose one ringtone for a specific contact and then save change. It's ok for the contact.
But ringtone is applied for all contact.
So I change for another ringtone and another contact, ringtone is applied for this contact and all other contact...
