[Q] Phone won't bootup after 4.2.2 OTA Update - HTC One SV

Hi guys,
My phone was previously rooted with 4.1.2 JB. After the OTA Update 4.2.2 phone is now stuck at the bootup HTC quietly brilliant screen and won't go in at all the normal desktop. My phone is only rooted. S-On and has TWRP Recovery.
Anyway to fix this? Or has anyone have a stock 4.2.2 JB with Sense 5?
Thanks

you need to flash the boot.img thru fastboot. boot.img is inside the OTA.zip>Firmware.zip you should find the boot.img

[Q] Will ota update overwrites my root and custom recovery

I have stock htc sensation s-off rooted and flashed custom recovery but is still have....... shipped stock rom would the update install and will it wipe out everything
it will not apply the OTA update bcoz OTA needs original recovery, it wont work on custom recovery
I tried it with an old ROM, an it stuck on the first reboot with an attention-symbol.
After restarting it again it was the old ROM - so nothing happens.

revert back to stock to update to ICS

Hi , few months ago i rooted my phone ( did not install any custom rom) only the clockwork recovery mod (somethin like that) i think , so now i wanna go back to stock so i can install ICS, i download my RUU and a pg58IMG.zip file(what is that for) , so the problem is that my phone is connected in charging mod to my pc , and debugging is on , but adb devices cant read it , what should i do ?
Please any additional info would be appreciated , thank you alot
as far as i know, if you want to install stock htc ics, you just download the original RUU, run setup and plug in your phone, you don't need clockwork recovery or anything else like that, just follow the steps from the HTC RUU setup...
If you have received the FOTA updated just changed the recovery to stock HTC Recovery. And flash or run the OTA update. I use this guide to get back to stock HTC Recovery it may also help you [GUIDE] Get Stock Recovery/Install OTA Updates without losing data.

Try flash latest cwm via fastboot
do you think flashing latest firmware of cwm then flash jelly bean will help?
Yes, assuming u try to flash stock JB and stuck at boot screen (google or jb? ), and can't go back into cwm (replaced by stock jb recovery).
Try rebooting into recovery and doing a factory reset/fullwipe

Can anyone help me to make this work PLZ
Greetings en already thnx

try TWRP. There are some known issues with CWM.
Just unpack the zip from Asus one time. Put the file on your internal space and flash it like every other rom.
After that you will have the stock recovery back. So you have to flash TWRP once again.

[Q] Request

I rooted my ville c2 and installed twrp. And after that i downloaded OTA 4.1.1 and clicked the install button. But it ended up in twrp. And i can't even flash the ota.zip through twrp and fastboot. It always said error. status 7... So somebody show me a way and if you have stock recovery.img, share it please.

you need the stock recovery for installing OTAs,
flash the stock recovery and install the OTA (you dont need to relock your bootloader)
after installing the OTA you can flash your custom recovery back again.
It could be that you will loose your root after installing the OTA so you have to root your phone again.
I dont have any experience with root-keeper etc. so I cant tell you anything about it.
you will find the stock recovery for the One S C2 here:
