I would like to downgrade from 2.3.6 (GRK39F) to 2.3.3 (GRI54). The phone is not rooted and never was. How can I do it preserving warranty like it were never updated? I would like to do it to test front camera error.
download the 2.3.3 ROM from this forum (for your device model) to your PC
reboot into recovery
unlock the bootloader
install CWM recovery
Use CWM recovery to format SD card , format system , format boot (never reboot after that).
Copy 2.3.3 ROM to SD card
Choose install zip to flash
reboot
Yes, but unlocking bootloader voids warranty... unless there is a way to lock it again and remain the same and official updates are shown again in settings..

ihave my nexus 5 rooted and wanted to improve camera so i flashed the n5 camera fix zip rebooted phone and camera was black and eventually forced closed.any ideas how to fix???thanks
restore the twrp/cwm backup you made after you unlocked, rooted and installed a custom recovery.
When I was on my stock ROM -GT - I9082 (4.2.2) snap chat worked very well. After flashing custom ROM (CM 11 ) it was working for a few days. Then just my front camera stopped working in snap chat. But front camera still works in system camera and other apps. So I did wipe cache /dalvik cache , factory data reset and everything. Flashed RR ROM , Aosp ROM & different roms. Nothing worked. Please someone help me for this issue.
( Latest TWRP recovery is used for flashing.)
I am trying to install the app of camera from sony, and it always gives me error in the installation. I have the rom RR version 6.0.1. someone have an idea because it is not installed?
You can't. If you need stock app, flash Stock ROM. If you want RR, stick with this app.
