Hey guys, after few days of reading and reading opiniongs, and some help of you , I didnt manage to fix my problem which is :
I installed Maximus HD 10 rom but used the .bat file , which causes really big problems (there is nowhere written NOT to use this .bat) that I didnt know will happen. So i have Hboot 2.16, relocked bootloader ( relocked it because someone sayd, so I can install official RUU but i cant ) , CWM revovery, 1.11 radio (which I wanna upgrade to 1.20) , my sd card cant be mounted in CWM recovery. My phone is S-off, didnt super CID it. All I wanna know is how to flash the new radio, how to fix the sd card mount problem. I cant reflash TRWP recovery from Maximus Rom because it says failed: remote not allowed . I guess its because of the relocked bootloader. So .. any help is welcome , who helps me wins few beers. I really need help guys, thanks in advance.

as i am no expert some opinions:
- does your phone show fastboot usb when connected to your pc?
- as far as i know beeing s-off overrides locked bootloader, think i read something like this
- does it help to format everything within cwm? maybe then you can mount it, push the rom file and install everything
- you tried this ? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1630459

yes , it does connect with adb and fastboot with no problem
I cant format the sd card via CWM, it says something like format canceled, cannot mount sd
and yes, I tried the stuff from the link you gave, it doesnt work , thats where it shows that problem with failed: remote not allowed, when I try to push the file .
Maybe I should use sideload ..

You just need to to unlock your bootloader again. Then reinstall, by that I mean follow the instructions on the first page of Maximus thread.
Be sure to unzip that recovery file so you can put the recovery.img in your fastboot folder to flash it. It is the only recovery that is going to work.
---------- Post added at 05:41 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:36 PM ----------
And you will not be able to mount the sd card in this new firmware. adb sideload it, which doesn't always work.
Or the more stable way is to put the ROM.zip in your adb folder and:
From recovery
adb push filename.zip /sdcard
then wait for it to transfer over, then install
I already tried that and the result is the same. I will try to push it via sideload, but i hope i will have the proper radio and mounted sd card . ..if not, just tell me to choose another ROM

Because the radio is still 1.11 the firmware did not flash properly. Reflash and then try to flash the modded twrp again. If it fails unlock bootloader and try again. Then use adb push filename.zip /sdcard to push the rom to your phone.

Hi there. I've read some advices for similar problem, but i couldnt find any solution to this.
My girlfriend tried to flash her rom in Sens and i think she made it bad
I know, that she unlocked her bootloader (1.27) with htc dev page. She flashed touch CWM as a recovery.img and she used partitioning function on her SD card by CWM. It earased her backups etc (yea, cool , isnt it ? ). Form this moment she couldnt mount usb storage and connect phone to the pc in CWM mode. She rebooted system and copied OrDRoid and Sharpy ROM's to the SD. Rebooted to recovery, and she... did full wipe and dalvik cache wipe. Flashed with Sharpy ROM and now... it's the best moment
She forgot to flash the radio, and she didn't read any of instructions in the topic of rom. She just did it like I do it in my desire
So, the question is, how to bring it all alive ? Now there's unending bootscreen loop and i rly donno what to do... I hope u guys will help me with this coz she's now shou ting etc all the time

If bootloader is still accessible, i would recommend the following steps
1- Get superCID (i would recommed but its not neccesary)
2- Flash the latest firmware 3.32.x.x (Put the PG851MG file on root of sd card)
3- delete the PG851MG file from sd card
4- do a full wipe and then flash the ROM. (which should be on the root of sd card)

Use the link. Its quite usefull.
Yeah. She did all that but she needed you to post this question. This question that's been asked a billion times and answered 2 billion times already.

Please follow this guide.
Skip the HTC Dev step since you have already done it.

i tried it, but it's all ending at parsing, rebooting the phone to bootloader, parsing and phone goes off ;] with no effect

you're right, there is still s-on coz she only unlocked access to flashing the rcovery
i'll try later to do it

Tell your girlfriend, I.e. yourself, to start the phone in boot loader, click on fast boot, plug in her (your) phone to the PC and run the proper ruu. And next time make sure your girlfriend (you) pays attention to what she's (you are) doing. Maybe she (you) shouldn't flash anymore phones.
man ... the computer won't see my phone in fastboot if it doesnt work in usb storage mode in cwm so i can't use RUU. this is the reason why i'm here writing these posts
maybe u're schizophrenic and you can mistake hand with another person, whatever, i'm not you .
I didn't have problems with flashing any of MY phones but i can't (yes u're right, i can't) fix up someone's mistakes if i don't know the phone ;]
I think when its plugged into the computer in fastboot mode the computer should install the drivers automatically. Mine did.

Ah lol caught you. It is your phone. Haha LMAO!!!
Who's a schizophrenic?
Another possible problem might be that you don't have the appropriate firmware.
Do you have 3.32.x.x firmware? If not, follow this, Use 3rd method:
Step 1. Flashing 4EXT recovery touch
To dowload and install the newest version of 4ext recovery TOUCH (v1.0.0.5 RC3). Use one of the following methods provided:
Third method: Download this file, check the MD5 of the zip and install it following the steps 4 and 5 from post#1 in this thread.
NOTE: File used in third method WILL NOT install the needed 3.32 firmware in any way, only contains the recovery.img to flash 4ext recovery touch.
Updating the firmware
This step is MANDATORY otherwise your ROM will not boot.
After updating the firmware you will have the 3.32 firmware with unlocked bootloader. Which basically means that you can use advanced fastboot commands, such as: flash new radios and splashscreens
Download compatible firmware from here.
Copy the PG58IMG.zip file you've downloaded to the root of the sdcard. Root of the sd card mean that you can't put the file inside any folder. Also, you can't rename the file. Please keep the PG58IMG otherwise the bootloader won't recognize it.
Power off your phone or remove the batt and put it back again.
Hold volume-down + power button to boot into the bootloader
Wait for the firmware package to be found and confirm to update as prompted
Once it completed successfully and prompted you to reboot, pull the battery out.
Connect your SD card to the PC and remove the PG58IMG.zip file.

Perform a SuperWipe. It can be found at the end of this post.
Now, just flash a compatible ROM & you're good to go.
If you follow all these steps, I am a 100% positive your device will boot perfectly.
yea we have another problem
it's completely disharged and when i try to connect and charge it only blinks the orange light ; o
Well princess, you're **** outta luck.
Do you have any other way of charging it?
Try plugging in the charger elsewhere. Remove & re-insert the battery.
Also, I have edited the previous post with steps for you to follow since you can't use adb or fastboot. Please read through that and follow it.
k. not bad. i''ve got fully chargd battery and 4-ext recovery touch. firmware 3.32.
now i need any rom for that firmware and s-on... xd

That is due to corrupted sdcard. Anyway, you can unlock the bootloader, flash a custom recovery and root without the Hack Kit (take into consideration that is has been discontinued as so has the files and support) Check my signature for doubts

OK, I try to unlock bootloader now. But I got stuck to this (same problem with other guy in this forum, but no lead):
My ROM Software Numbre is 3.13.707.4, and the RUU tool (PD9810000_Ace_Sense30_S_hboot_2.00.0029.exe) displayed the same number. The option I was given was "Update the current ROM version." So I clicked update and it says "From Image Version 3.13.707.4 To Image Version 3.13.0.0". I clicked next to proceed. Then I get:
ERROR [190]: ROM IS NOT UPDATED
Your ROM version is not the latest version.
Please upgrade to 3.13.707.3 to apply this RUU to be able to unlock your bootloader. On your phone, go to Menu > Settings > About phone > Software updates > Check now. After you have updated, please run the RUU again to upgrade your HBOOT to unlock your phone. Click Exit to quit.
At this point I went back to the phone and performed the "check now", but there are no other updates.
I have google for this (ROM 3.34.707.3) but leads to nothing... no problem solving at all...
Stuck again now....
Updated :
Finally I can root my phone...
Problem described above, can be solved by update the Hboot version manually check this :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2252161
I can download update Hboot files from the link in there...
Then I continue with unlocking bootloader as describe in your signature (using easy unlock tools) then continue to flash CWM and SU using easy ace hack tools... Wow your tools is very easy to understand for a noob like me
Now, since i already have root access, it should be enough for me...
But just curious, how to gain S-Off access from here... I still not clear enough about S-off and S-On difference, what exactly advantages to have S-Off?
Please help me!
Hi Victasa:

Hi Decasys, follow this step :
*Unlock boot loader with htcdev/bootloader
see your HBOOT version : you face problem describe on this thread if your hboot ver is 2.00.0027 you have to download file as below to achieve version 2.00.0029 because it support token key for unlock.
1. download this rom copy to your c:\ drive : http://www.mobfirmware.com/dl/behtash/imei dhd/rom.zip
2. then download : http://www.mobfirmware.com/dl/behtash/imei dhd/dhd update hboot by behtash.rar
3. run hboot update by behtash.bat in normal mode ,waiting until flash hboot complete
at this point your HBOOT will be upgrade to 2.00.0029 (check it)
*Then continue to use :
Easy unlock tools, follow insctrution in this therad : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2133336
at this point, on your bootloader, it will have "unlocked" notification on the top
*Then continue to use :
Easy Ace root tools, on this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2169515
When you run it, just choose to flash CWM (as I remember it was option #2)
And then continue to flash SU (as I remember it was option #3)
That's all, you gain root access.

Update again...
Seems the way I get the root access can't use to install custom ROM.
I try to install cyanogenmod as in this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2073992
But seems after do all the steps to install a custom rom there, my phone was stuck on HTC logo...
Fortunately, I have do nandroid backup, so I can restore to stock roms...
What i want to ask is, why my phone can't install custom ROM now? I know that I still has S-ON, but is that the cause? If yes, is there any possible way for me to get S-Off and install a custom ROM?
glevitan, i need your help again I think
Update again :
After checking on some place, apprantly i still left some steps
this one :
Flashing roms with an unlocked bootloader
Unlock your bootloader and flash a custom recovery (CWM or 4ext)
Download the rom zip file you are willing to flash to your PC.
Extract the the boot.img from inside the zip file (do not extract the whole rom)
Put the zip file in your sdcard.
Boot into recovery and do a full wipe (wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partition, format system)
Flash rom (install zip from sdcard)
Reboot into bootloader again and plug the phone to the PC.
You need to be in fastboot usb (if you see HBOOT USB PLUG in the phone, just press power to toggle)
Open a cmd/terminal and navigate to where the boot.img file is located.
Type: fastboot flash boot boot.img
Reboot and now you should be enjoying your custom rom
Finally I can enjoy my custom rom
Finally.
Finally.
I did it. I followed your instructions and I have root my phone.
I'm using the Custom ROM JellyTime and works perfectly.
Many Thanks for your help.

I got into rom i wanted finally after three days of no sleep lol well first i flashed stock recovery and then "clear storage" on hboot after that i flashed twrp and mounted usb and this time it worked and simply flashed my rom via twrp. Part i was messing up was where I had to flash stock recovery.
but thnx alot your awesome
I am at a loss here...I tried installing a new ROM and flashed the boot.img and everything was going good until I tried to Restore my original ROM and came back with an error that the storage/sd card count not be mounted in TWRP. So, I can get into Recovery and Bootloader, but from there I cant get anywhere because I have no OS installed now, and cannot mount the sd card in Recovery.
This is messy, I dont believe I bricked my phone, but I'm stuck. Any help would be appreciated. Please let me know if you need additional info.
I did this once and had to format sd on my pc in windows then recovery saw my sd
Allso if that don't work u could ruu to stock and start all over

Yes, it was helpful in that I have hope. I attempted to install the RUU through the boot loader and came up with an Error boot loader version error. Again, i have an AT&T One XL and I tried to install both the 1.73 and 1.85 RUUs with no luck. It hangs on the signature steps. Any advice? Thank you again, you guys are brilliant!
Never factory reset in bootloader. You need to boot in twrp and mount sd. Right click on removable storage, format sd. Drag Rom onto sd when its done. Extract boot.img on comp and drop it in adb/fastboot folder. Flash entire Rom in twrp. Boot into bootloader immediately. Choose fastboot. Right click adb/fastboot folder, open cmd prompt here.
fastboot flash boot boot.img
Success, reboot system

No luck, after trying to install the RUU I have no more TWRP...I'm sorry for all of this, but there has to be a solution, I feel that I'm close and my only option at this point is to completely restore the phone to stock and start over.

Relock the bootloader, or re-install the HTC drivers. Also try a different USB port. RUU fail is almost always one of these reasons (or wrong RUU).
Or just try to plug the phone into your computer and format the SD, as already discussed on this thread.

Of course you have no more TWRP after running the RUU. RUU re-installs stock recovery.
Can I format the SD even if I can't mount the SD? How would I go about doing that? I can mount system or cache... And what should I format as, FAT23 or something else? Thanks in advance.

Even though it can't be mounted, it should still show up in Windows as new hardware. Select it and format it FAT32.

It either sees it or it doesn't. Saying it doesn't "seem" to see it is not helpful. Type "adb devices" (no quotes) and you will either see it listed as an attached device or not.
If it doesn't see the device, you can't relock, and its probably a driver issue. Re-install the HTC drivers, and also try a different USB port.
Will try that and update this. Thanks for the hand up.
Got it running. Thanks a million.

If you can at least go to Download (bootloader) mode, I recommend you go back to Stock by following the instructions in this post:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2542219
Otherside, if you don't want to start over and can go to CWM, you can sideload a ROM...
Good luck!
Thanks for your reply neozen
i searched for sideloading tutorials..
In that it has been mentioned that mount /sdcard
How do i do that..
in our cwm, twrp reoveries there is only mount system.fsg,firmware...etc bt not sdcard..
can you or someone mirror me the latest asian dual sim firmware to google drive..??
Becoz that site gives me slow speed..

No no no... you don't need to mount anything if sideloading!
All you need to sideload is a working adb connection while in CWM or TWRP.
Sideloading is using your computer to send the .zip file you want to flash without having the file on your phone!
I don't use it much myself, because in CWM/TWRP, you could just use ADB to push the file to your phone as well..
I don't know what ROM you trying to use for your phone, STOCK or custom?
But I think you can find the latest (Android 4.3) Dual-SIM ASIAN ROM here.. http://www.filefactory.com/folder/c6cdedc45a775d27
It's the last one on the 1st page in the list: fastboot_falcon_asia_ds_user_4.3_14.10.0Q3.X-84-7-LCG-4_4_release-keys-cid7-AsiaRetail_03.tar.gz
Follow the instructions carefully in the guide on how to restore back to stock!
