[Q] [REQ] Stamina Mode for X10

Hi All,
My current phone is Xperia Z but my Other phone x10..
I wanna port Stamina mod for X10...
maybe you can help me on this issue developers? sorry my bad english..

Its good if any chance to get stamina mode as xperia z

If there's any apk file available then we can try to change the build prop and make it working...
Thats my idea though.. as they are lot of developers who can make this possible.. or we have to wait until someone ports the xperia z for the x10.

Unforunately guys porting will not be possible because of the big difference between GB and JB. As Stamina mode requires a lot of files found in jb framework gb can not provide them. Changing build.prop won't help either. The best i come accross is to use the power save app that came with the stock 2.3.

I'm using the xperia z hd2 rom from zahid5h and its one of the better JB roms along with vashista's rom. But the problem with the zahid5h's rom is the powersaver app always force closes when i turn it on... We need some power saver app for the X10's running JB roms coz the batter's life is poor compared to GB roms...
I'll try to replace the powersaver apk from diff rom and see if it works on this..

its not working for some reason.. when trying to install that it just says "app not installed" in the end....

This is a system app so it can't be installed like a normal app. You have to open system>app and place power saver.apk there.

YW bro, but i think THIS BATTERY TWEAK by Hero (aka PureMotive) is much better than any apps.
We will lost the overall performance a bit (~ 5%) , but it's normal though.

Is that really save battery or just save battry by disabling wifi ,data when battrt at 25% or adjustng brightness??

It just disable things. I'm testing " one power guard" and it does work well. 50% remaining after 1 day and 3 hours with data use.

[Q] Lockscreen Problem

My galaxy tab 2 just displays portrait lock screen
However earlier it used to work in landscape mode as well
I have tried everything
Please help

first extract ur framework-res.apk and then decompile the apk then in the file find book.xml
change the Boolean value from false to true which says lockscreen.autorotation=false
iam not exact in the above instruction but im sure that there is a thread out thread
but wait a minute are u in stock or custom rom becoz stock rom already has auto rotation

I am on stock and there is no auto rotation
Plus I cannot apply your method my device is not rooted

see go to download mode and while in download mode just turn off ur tab and open it ur prob shud go

see turn off ur tab then w8 till its off completly tthen hold power and vol down button together untill screen opens then click vol up once done just shut off ur tab and thats it but if.this doesnt work u have to flash an aokp rom

NO, this has nothing to do with download mode. DO NOT GO INTO DOWNLOAD MODE. It sounds like you aren't very well versed in Android.
First, see if auto rotate is on in the toggles. Is it already on and it still won't rotate?
Did you update it to 4.1.2 and it caused this problem or have you been using 4.1.2 already and it just happened? Look in the settings, possibly in Display or Security. There's probably an option there to rotate the lockscreen and it's unchecked.

When I updated to jelly bean 4.1.2 this problem started
Toggles are on
No such option in any menu...

read it till the end and I knw we have no batteries that can be taken out but I think closing the phone will do the same trick

Hi I am an owner of gt p3100 . My previous preloaded stock 4.1.1 does not support auto roted lock screen mode , even after ota update to 4.1.2 ,lock screen remains in portrait mode , no rotation . Help pl. Thanks in advance .

do as I said just try it wont cost u a thing go to download mode and then close tab and open it into normal mode

How can I go to download mode . I guess , first power off, next pressing power button +vol down key , finally restart from there by navigating to restart option ...if I am wrong , pl, clarify the steps .

It is brick or not ? Really weird situation.

my tablet was working so good until yesterday.I had installed the android revolution rom with root three mounths ago.There was no problem at least 3 month.However yesterday when ı was using whatsapp i close the screen by pushing power button then,after 3 minutes i tried to open it again but it didint respond to any try.ie: power button + volume down or up,charging .... I connected it to pc but even odin or pc didn't see the tablet.Please help me is there anybody experienced this! (

try leaving it to charge for some time then try ... you may try holding the power button as if turning it on (Power on)

1st Method--Take The Battery Out And Reinsert It Again The Phone Will Start
2nd Method -- Try To Get Into Recpvery Mode And Restore Ur Backup Or Flash The New Rom
3rd Method -- If Also Not Starting After first Two Methods Then Use Sp Tools And FLASH The Stock Rom By It
JUST A QUESTION (By The Way Which Rom Are U Using)

When I pressed volume up key to go in recovery mode screen gets off..
Then I pressed volume down to go in factory mode again screen get off ..

Problem with charging.

My phone is only charging in switch off mode.
I cant charge it while it is on.
And it is not connecting to PC as well.

Hello..me too face the same problem..my phone is charging..but it is only charging in switch off mode..the charging goes off when i switch on my mobile..do you have a solution for that..were you able to get out of this issue..waiting for your reply:good:

goto cwm nd wipe battery stats...
then calibrate your battery one time nd done...
