I am proud to present to you BeanStalk Builds put together by myself. This is a build composed off of the CM builds and i have added alot of features on top of it. So you get speed, stability, and ultra customization ability. Many of the additional code additions came from slim ROM and also Derteufels build and have been modified to work with my current setup. A huge thanks to Derteufel and the Slim ROM guys for their work and dedication. Also a big thanks to everyone involved with CM as that is the building stone in this project. Thanks to skyliner33v for the bootanimation and upcoming wallpapers!

omg i love this rom, but i faced this now on everyrom, i reboot my phone phone battery goes down by 50%. i just now rebooted my phone the battery percentage fell from 70 to 25%. any solutions for this?

No it works fine. But rebooting is the serious problem. Ok just now I found gallery can't play videos. Any 3rd party apps can't either. Any kernal to fix that?

Hi. While developers have not updated the MX Player, I have to use Nightlies-VLC Players. For me, it works relatively normal. I also store video files on the external memory card, in the folder / VIDEO /. You need to go to the settings of the player and the path to the root folder where you have stored video. I it looks like: / storage/sdcard1/VIDEO /. The player will quietly find your video files. Sorry for bad english.

Here is the solution. You have to calibrate the battery the right way. Charge your battery to 100% without disturbing the charge or using your device. Unplug and use your phone normally until you completely drain your battery and the device turns off. Then plug in your charger and turn on your device and let it charge back to 100% without any disturbance. Repeat this cycle 2 to 3 times. When this is complete the % of battery life you will lose is very minimal, < 5%.
Then you have to maintain your calibration. To maintain battery calibration, always plug in your phone to charge when there is about 30 - 40% battery left and let it charge to 100%. This also improves battery life. Carry out the full battery calibration once in a month by draining it from 100% to 0% and charging it back to 100% only once.
P.S NEVER use your phone while charging as it heavily decalibrates your battery.

Instructions:
I would recommend using CWM recovery 5.5 as I have had users using the upgraded version 6.0.1.2 and because of some issue with it, it was not wiping the data properly. And caused problems with rom. Not sure if it was just the user or the Cwm so just a precaution,
Steps
Copy Zip file to internal or external SD card
Wipe/Data factory reset is a must ifyou 100% dont want any FC. I mean it may work if you dont but to be on the safe side do it.
Install zip from sd card
And run through the aroma options - Take note : If you make a mistake on an option and want to re-do the installation ,Complete a Wipe/Data reset before doing it!
Be aware it may take Longer depending what you choose in aroma (It is normal to take several minutes at times)
Take Note: If your ExtSD card is playing up or has a bug or faulty directory or file, this is going to cause problems when installing the rom as many aspect of the rom uses the vrTheme structure, so if you have followed the above instructions EXACTLY aswell as using the 5.5 CWM recovery, and also checking the MD5 Checksum with the file you have downloaded and things are still playing up, Then I recommend you try format your ExtSD card COMPLETELY and then re-install the rom after you have done a Full factory & data wipe. Actually I do not recommend I insist you do this if you want to successfully use the rom

As Agreed by Pandoriams main users and myself, We agreed that an update is best of to be released every last friday of the month Unless a new version from samsung has been released, recently an update was happening every 2nd day and was basically becoming abit too much work for myself and even the users as they had to keep reflashing the new version. If you want to use my rom with another theme just choose stock theme and then when the rom is installed just flash the other theme over the top and make sure the theme supports 4.1.2.
-Multi CSC - I am experimenting thanks to Wannam for the data. Although i am finding hard to automatically change the csc over. It can be done manually tho. I have even tried the Playstore app I am able to select the new CSC but on the reboot it doesn't change it, Other devs also having this issue on the I9305 something may have been changed by samsung.
- If you have not completed a FULL Data wipe & factory reset then expect to have random FC. If you don't then consider yourself lucky
- If you have just installed the rom and went through the setup wizard and something doesnt seem to work correctly then reboot the phone manually and see if that fixed the problem before querying.

I am assuming you are rooted if you are looking at custom ROMs, so take a nandroid backup and you can hop between ROMs very easily without loosing anything

Thanks man. Think this will be my first rom I'm going to flash. Any chance of adding apps to sd capabilities if possible? Also I'm not quite sure what that script does as I'm pretty much a noob. I tried reading that post but it just confused me more. What is it in layman's terms?

And as far as the testers feel, it's the most beautiful rom made for our device yet.
I know that you all are quite frustrated by the bugs you are facing on the ICS roms and the super lags...huff.
No worry now as you have got this rom......Download and enter the night.
Always keep an eye on update number, it'll let you know if something new came up.
Don't blame me if your rom becomes too fast and jumps across space and time.
Read every subpart and every reserved post carefully. I won't take responsibility if you don't follow what I say and mess up with the rom.

REQUIREMENTS:
Although it will work on any ICS baseband we have, I've provided the baseband files to increase your internal memory to 227 mb.
You can increase more but this is recommended.
Just replace the contents of this file with any of the ICS baseband's.
If your phone becomes slow or hangs or eats battery and you are on other baseband then i dont take any responsibility.

HOW TO INSTALL:
1. Download NightShade-Final.zip and place it on the root of SD card (preferred).
Non A5 users:
Open NightShade-Final.zip with Winrar or 7zip and replace boot.img with that of your phone (use that of any other rom or take it from CWM backup)

2. Backup your data.
3. Boot into recovery.
4. Wipe cache and Dalvik cache....If you are on TWRP then wipe System also.
Dont wipe Data/Factory reset ever.....Neither before nor after installation
5. Select 'Install zip from SD card and choose NightShade-Final.zip.
6. Now flash it.
Keep your eyes on screen during installation.

7. Now flash the File Explorer.zip
8. Repeat step 4 and reboot.
9. First boot will take much time so be patient.
9. When you see the screen, don't use yet....Reboot.
10. When the phone is booted, install root explorer, go to system/etc/init.d and delete LoopySmoothness
Now the rom is ready to be used.

Q. Which baseband should I use for this rom?
Ans. This rom is so small that it'll work on any official baseband but I've provided files which will increase your internal memory to 227mb.
Q. Where is there no Fm,clock or stock browser app?
Ans. Hardly anyone uses those so I removed them to reduce rom's size. You can use apps instead of them. Eg. Use Precision Timer in place of clock. Don't worry about the ram.
Q. I don't like the stock launcher. How to change it completely?
Ans. I have included Zeam launcher so that the rom's size become less as it's just 300kb. To replace the launcher, install titanium backup and your new launcher. Open titanium backup and long press on your newly installed launcher. Select the last option 'Convert to system app'. Now switch to your new launcher. If it works then open titanium backup and touch Zeam launcher and select uninstall.
Q. The lock doesn't appear sometimes after heavy usage./The lock screen hangs sometimes.
Ans. When after heavy usage you unlock the phone, it'll just be black even when you press power button twice or thrice. This happens because android is now compressing the open apps. The solution is- press power button and wait 2-3secs.
Q. I don't like your status bar, notification toggles or other systemUI thing. I want a one with _____
Ans. The rom was built for my taste so you may not like some part but I'll take your request into account. Post your request in this thread with all details and screenshot(if possible) and required files(if possible). Be sure to add 'REQUEST' (all caps) on the top of the post you make the request.
Q. I don't like your systemUI in any way. I want it of XYZ's rom.
Ans. Ok. Open up the rom.zip of XYZ rom with winrar or 7zip on pc/Es file Explorer or root explorer on mobile. Go into system/apps. In the apps folder, you will find an app called SystemUI. Extact and copy(Pc users) on your phone. Use root Explorer to copy the SystemUI and paste in YOUR system/app. You will see the system folder at 4th last line when you open root explorer. Check that on top it displays 'Mount R/O' or you won't be able to paste. Now reboot. Now no need to change rom for minor things.
Q. Aaaaaaah. I found a bug. What should I do?
Ans. Well this rom is free from bugs but if you say so post it here.
Q. I don't get battery backup as the pic you posted in the thread.
Ans. Calibrate your batter using app called Battery Calibration along with another app called greenify. It's the only way to get.
Q. Notification pulldown seems to lag on home screen.
Ans. The launcher I've used causes the problem. Infact any launcher will cause this which has option to bring down notification from any swipe. Means not necessary to touch status bar to drop it.
Q. Why haven't you added audio mods? Everybody is adding it.
Ans. I believe in complete freedom. Each has his own taste of music. I like surround sound with bass boost and equalizer so I use Noozy and included that. As this rom doesn't contain any other audio mod, you are free to choose what you like. It won't cause any issues. There are many mods out there- Beats audio, V4droid, Pure Audio, X-Loud and Clear audio etc.
Q. Dude I like your rom very much. What can I do for you? Just tell me. You made my phone a graphic bomb.

Q. I faced a low network problem and sudden network drops which I never faced on other roms.
Ans. Might be due the mod I added...it works good for me....or due to network power of the baseband which you have used or changed the files of. Anyway, if you want to revert, go in system/etc/init.d and delete everything that has network written.
Q. Why does Noozy stays in the notification even when I completely get out of the player?
Ans. Noozy has automatic controls. It will quit itself when you are not using it. Just exit the app and forget it.
Q. Opera mini font analyzing takes forever to load.
Ans. Replace the "fonts" folder with that of XION by Akshay...

HOW TO FLASHNEW USERS
-follow this step by step guide if you are:
A new user. Completely zero know-how about flashing
An old user but coming from stock firmware and wants to do a complete clean flash
An old and lazy user who likes complaining rather than reading
Requirements:
Temporary CWM by Doky
-this is a recovery for flashing flashable zips such as ROMS, KERNELS, THEMES, ETC
Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360 device
-if this is not your device, stay away!
Hyperion ROM package
-obviously, please get it on 1st post
RIL Fix flashable zip: HYPERION-08.GM-RIL.FIX
-this is required if you will use a kernel that doesn't have a new RAMDisk. If you don't have a clue what it is, just flash this. Better have what you don't need than to need what you don't have.
Prepare for flashing:
Backup all your contents, contacts, messages, notes, recording, porns, etc
Drink a glass of water and no matter what happen, never ever ever freak out
Flash Hyperion + RIL Fix
Boot to Android System Recovery mode by pressing volume up key + home button + power key for 3 seconds or until you see the Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360 screen
After that, immediately release the keys and press it again until the recovery shows up.
In recovery, select install zip from sd card.
After that, select TempCWM.zip from the list.
After that, you will then see ClockWorkMod Recovery with texts in yellow color.
In ClockWorkMod Recovery, select mounts and storage.
Mount /system, /data, cache.
Go back by pressing the power button or the back key.
Select advanced and debugging.
Select wipe dalvik cache and wipe batterystats.bin (optional).
Go back by pressing the power button or the back key.
Select wipe data/factory reset.
Select wipe cache.
Select install zip from sd card.
Select choose zip from sd card.
Select Hyperion zip package (HYPERION-08.GM-FINAL.zip).
Go to mounts and storage
Mount /system, /data, cache.
Select install zip from sd card
Select choose zip from sd card
Select RIL Fix package (HYPERION-08.GM-RIL.FIX.zip)
Go back by pressing the power button or the back key.
After that, reboot your phone.

Boot to Android System Recovery mode by pressing volume up key + home button + power key for 3 seconds or until you see the Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360 screen
After that, immediately release the keys and press it again until the recovery shows up.
Mount /system, /data, cache.
Select install zip from sd card
Select choose zip from sd card
Select RIL Fix package (HYPERION-08.GM-RIL.FIX.zip)
Go back by pressing the power button or the back key.
After that, reboot your phone.

Lost IMEI | Emergency Calls Only | Not Registered to Network
-New firmwares for GT-S5360 such as DXLL1, DXMA1, DDMD1 have new RIL file which supports new kernel with the latest RAMDisk. The thing is, most of the kernels we have here does not have the newest RAMDisk which causes the issue. Your IMEI is there, it's not erased or went to a mall for shopping, it's hidden. It doesn't want you to find him. He's bad and I bet he feels bad by now.
SOLUTION
-Flash a kernel with latest RAMDisk that supports new RIL. There is a good reason why Hyperion does not come with a kernel aside from the sticky thread over there about GPL. Seriously, can't find this GPL crackdown thing in GS4 threads. Perhaps we are that special, but that's the rule. We live by the rules. :angel:

Scrolling Bug
-Let me get this straight, this is not a bug. It's called SuperSmooth Scroll tweak. To achieve this, we disabled ScrollingCache in framework.jar. This is a system-wide tweak and affects almost all apk you installed as well as all the stock apps that came with the ROM.
-We removed scrolling cache to eliminate scrolling lag on apps. I don't understand why there are people who are annoyed by this. But if you insist that this is annoying and you want to fix something that's not broken, here's the info you need:

-ABS_LIST_VIEW: createScrollingCacheEnabled: 0x0
-ABS_LIST_VIEW: initAbsListView: v2

Jumping Music Playback Volume Level
So lately few folks are reporting about jumping volume level when changing tracks in music player. We are not really sure whether to consider this as a bug or just plain lack of media file management.
The thing is, accept it or not, almost everybody in the world didn't purchase the music tracks they're listening too. Most probably it's from torrents or plain web rip of MP3 files but who cares? Does it have anything to do with this issue? -YES! Indeed!
On final build we re-introduced the a modified sound equalizer (forked from CyanogenMod) and on this build, there is an option to enable and disabled dynamic ranged compression. This option is most noticeable depending on your MP3 file's bit rate and/or acoustic sound level. If the volume jumps when a certain music track is played, that is most probably caused by higher acoustic sound level or lower sound level.
SOLUTION
To resolve the issue, you have 2 options:
Disable Dynamic Range Compression as the effect of this option is barely noticeable if you are not using studio quality headphones.
Adjust the song playback level using iTunes
This is the only tool/app I know that can batch adjust your music files playback sound to the same level. To do that, follow the steps below:
Open iTunes (10.x or higher)
Drag all your MP3 files to iTunes's Music Library
At the upper left corner of iTunes you will find menu bar
Select Edit > Playback tab > Sound Check (Automatically adjust song payback volume to the same level)
Wait for it to finish adjusting the playback sound level of your files
Close iTunes and copy the files from your computer to your device

I am using cloudy flex rom.. But every time I want to flash a Aosb rom for example, oak, beanstalk, carbon, roms, I have to flash JB base zip or if I want to come back to flex rom or stock KK I have to flash a KK based zip before.. I am using latest TWRP recovery and have no problem flashing.. So my question is just about the base.. Thanks for your response

You will need JB baseband for rotation and compass to work. They are available in the forums. Make sure you have the correct one for your model.

I flashed this yesterday afternoon, came from cloudyflex 2.0, auto rotation didnt work, flashed jb radio, had a bunch of errors and fc's, flashed the kk baseband with working rotation posted by dr87, and all is good. This rom is slammed full of features, but yet it is so fast and smooth. I know i'm probaly just being picky but its missing the google stock alarm clock, can you please add it back in?

Couple questions I have is when I bring up the recent apps, is there a way to kill all open apps at once rather than only individual apps one at a time? option doesnt seem to be there. Also, what about a menu button, like maybe a long press on home button or something...
Just installed last night and running good. Had to switch to furnace kernel. Seemed the stock kernel felt a little laggy. Quick question....I see there is expanded desktop but are we able to have the status bar stay visible while the Navy bar dissappers?

Pre-requisites: unlocked bootloader | latest TWRP recovery
1. Download ROM, Gapps and put it on the phone's internal storage.
2. Boot into TWRP recovery.
3. Coming from a different ROM? Perform a factory reset using TWRP. If you're upgrading from Chroma ROM, proceed to dirty flash (nandroid backup before flashing is a good idea)
4. Clean Installation: Flash ROM, GApps
....Dirty Flash: Flash ROM, no need to wipe

Before you submit a bug report, please check the following before you submit a bug report.
1. Are you using Xposed? If you are, then you're on your own as I do not support Xposed as it causes too many problems (e.g. reboots, force closes, instability, etc). Disable Xposed and see if you can reproduce the problem.
2. Do a clean installation and see if you can reproduce the problem. Do a nandroid backup before doing a clean installation if you wish to revert back easily.
3. Does the problem still persist? Read THIS POST and post in detail on how to reproduce the problem.
If a user does not follow these simple instructions, the bug report will be ignored as there is nothing I can do without logs.
Why is it when I flash the ROM, my settings isn't the same as the screenshots shown in OP?
What you're seeing are themes which utilizes Layers which takes advantage of Sony's RRO commits to AOSP. Read on how to apply layers HERE or read further below on the steps I use for layers.

Only the BaNkS GApps (the ones listed in OP) are the ones supported, if you're not using that particular GApps then you're on your own when it comes to any problems that you may have with Google applications.
I flashed BaNkS GApps, where are all of the Google applications!?
BaNkS' GApps is a minimal google applications package that contains only the essential applications from Google that you need (e.g. Google Play Store). You can download all of your favorite Google applications (e.g. Google Maps, Gmail, YouTube, etc) from the Play Store.
I have a feature request, how do I let the developer know?
The developer (me) does not take feature requests as Chroma is a ROM that is suited to my needs. I may add features that are not beneficial to me but to others if I believe that the feature would be widely used by the users. I am always actively looking through repositories to see what is available, so for the most part it is not needed to request a feature. If you think it would be strongly useful and a lot of users would use it, then feel free to make a post.
HELP! I just got a force close with a app and I'm using a layer for that app
If you're using a layer for a particular application that is force closing, the overlay could be ultimately responsible, remove the layer and attempt to reproduce the crash. Otherwise clear cache and/or re-install the application as this is typically not ROM related.

Also, I have added a method for people to apply Layers more easily than the application (in my opinion).
1. View your preferred page and find a theme/layer that you like.

2. Extract the .zip
3. Inside the .zip you will find a variety of .apks
4. Copy all of the apks using a file manager of your choice (the file manager needs to be root compatible)
5. Paste all of the apks into /system/vendor/overlay/
6. Verify that the apks have the permission rw-rw-rw (if you use Root Explorer you do not have to check permissions as Root Explorer does it for you)
7. Reboot.

It should be noted that the zips posted are blind test builds, @sykopompos currently maintains it for N7 2012.
Do a nandroid before flashing.
Report back any problems that arise and Syko should fix it up.

Only tilapia is blind built. Grouper has been tested but I don't know anyone with a tilapia
Flashing it when I get home.

I know that Franco kernel supports F2FS for /data and /cache.
Does Chroma also support F2FS for /system?

Confirmed: flashed Franco 82 after flashing the rom and gapps... and now this is super smooooth with f2fs!

You mean Franco r82 isn't already included?
As per OP, it should be included.
Edit: Bloody the ROM is just 140MB?? We have gapps bigger than this

Sadly Tilapia doesn't work.

Flash a grouper version of TWRP and you can flash it, only the 3g functions will not work anymore
A humble request:
Nav bar on the right side when device is rotated. So many roms, none with this.....

Wow... thanks for advising Man. Didn't notice they updated their gapps. I'm using the ones from 28th March here on my N7 and N5!
I have banks 4-4 on my n5 no issues. I'm about to flash Chroma on my n7 but don't have previous banks.
