Need help rooting/temp root Craig cmp745d tablet

hi guys ive been looking everywhere on a google to root or temp root this tablet. any help would be nice. its a craig cmp745d tablet with a rockchip 2918 or cortex-a8 SoC RK2918 and also says ARMv7 processor rev 2 (v71) @1.3ghz cpu identifier also say Rockchip 2918 board/protab 25/gpad/newsmy t3. please help would like to install ubuntu on this tablet only reason for needing root. thanks

i use Superoneclick 2.3.3.0 & Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v17 (& v18) but i can't root. I lost imei number so i can't used 3G

this happen after jelly bean update,
i tried UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.04 and Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v15 both are not working please help me friends

The manufacturer´s website (AZhuo Digital) don´t offers the stock firmware to download.
