Root qmobile A5

Dear xidians
Apologize me if i posted in the wrong section. its my first post in this huge forum.
I very am new to mobile rooting and related things. i want to root my mobile to remove system apps etc.
i am using a local company mobile. it's qmobile noir A5. please search on google.

Its Android OS 2.3 Ginger Bread. I search a lot but couldn't get help.

Bro I havent been able to root it either... no ones helping...

try this since this uses a generic method to root an android phone it shpuld work....but make sure u read it properly and i dnt take responsibilty for any damage .....

yar mera pass bhi same problem ha!! main na bhi Micromax A75 ke rom flash ke the qA5 par same error araha ha!!! [error] 3g load can not run on 2g phone!!!! agar tare problem solve hogaye ha yar to mugha sirf UBOOT ka back bana kaar da day!!!

bro... its nand is locked... No ADB Script will work on it...

Guys you should have read the fact that MicroMax a75 is a 3g phone where as Qmobile is a 2.5g phone...
Its Boot Rom needs to be patched so that its nand can be unlocked... a patched boot.img will do the trick...
Im trying to get the boot image from the phone but SP tools is not letting me do so...
Please Post the Link of the Tutorial.

Same problem here!!! i tried sp tool many time read back method but sp tool always show BROM_ERROR: S_BROM_CMD_STARTCMD_FAIL (2005)bc, i flash my a5 with micromax rom on 27 oct and my phone brick, give error [ERROR] 3g cant run on 2g-phone.... .... after many rom download and try many method flashing!!! i go to service center!!! andd after 15min my phone return in my hand in full performance condation!! my data contact, sms etc lost!!!!

Lol great bro... I have contacted the qmobile to provide me oringnal recory and boot image to develop roms and recovery for it. Lets see if they reply :banghead: ... chances are nil though

Qmobile a copy of gionee phone!! not GN105, its TD500, i search all chines web and search engine!! the all said TD500 hard to unlock for root!! stock or dump rom needed!!! do some Pakistani harami pan and get original rom copy akhir quaid e azam kab kaam ayengay

After searching and searching, i found Qmobile A5 Original Rom, dump with volcano box, many thanks to GSMHOSTING Forum and their user Qaisar Mahmood, Problem is, this file not extract without volcano box or some tool, i try many software to extract this file but failed, anyone know how to extract this file, please extract and upload it some where!!!! and thanks to me also !!! :good::good::good:

Need help for my Xoom Motorola Tablet
Hi all I am lost i bought Xoom Motorola Tablet Verizon. My issue is my friend erase everything now it only shows me M Dual Core screen and I did every thing like wipe everything and reboot no luck
finally I am trying to install Jelly bean as i assume OS has been deleted from my tab so when i install OS which is update_US-Xoom-wifi-4.2.1-JZO54K-staxhre_vo1.zip through TWRP v2.3.3.0 and I followed all rules like wipe everything first FR, Cache n Dalvik cache. No luck I am getting error E:/failed to verify whole-file signature
E: signature verfication failed like that
Please let me know what I am doing wrong. I will be so thankful to you guyzzz

If you Have CWM Backup then u can restore as well otherwise you must need stock firmware ....... or its impossible to alive your TAB mate...

just ask your reseller for Stock Firmware or give your TAB to service center and restore it....
or give me full details of your TAB i try to find firmware for your TAB n give u link
firmware means device OS ( Operating System ) which are corrupted in your TAB

Hi Mate I figured out and now my TAB is working awesome I am back in business.
BTW thanks for your help man I realy appreciate
Let me tell you what I did so if anyone else has issue they will resolve it.
First I install this EOS-stingray-20130108-163
second gapps-jb-20130105-EOS-XOOM-ONLY
and finally Jelly Bean 4.2.1 and its done after that I hve big on my face

Hello Bhardik.......bro u can give a try to Micromax A110's jellybean rom.
Bro do something for our A90S.......i m dying to try JB on my device......and if not JB then atleast a kernel which supports overclock and swap......coz now in A110 these things are available in its forum.

Well We Guys Have Already Got CWM Recovery And Also Have Rooted Our Phones But If U Want More Than CWM Recovery Here I Present U A Ported TWRP Recovery For Our Beloved QMobile NOIR A2.
Okay Firstly Its The First Build It May Have Bugs But I Have Not Encountered By Any If U Find Any Bug Please Inform Me Here.
The Recovery Seems To Work Also U Can Use Touch Screen While Using The Recovery.
DO NOT MIRROR THE DOWNLOAD LINK ! Sorry For That But People Often Copy Work And Give No Credit To The Dev. (If You Still Want To Ask Me First)
You Are Allowed To Share My Work But Don't Forget To Credit Me.
Installing The Recovery:

thread updated i have tested the build they all work fine but if anyone is using V2.5 or V2.7 if you encounter any bugs tell me. the other versions work fine

cant change the recovery to twrp
i have tried flashing using sp flash tool for this verison but the recovery from cwm CWM-Recovery-6.0.2.7 is not changing to TWRP_V2.5_QMobile_NOIR_A2_By_LPCRJ or version 2.7 either i did that before i remember the red download bar goes to 100% not the green one but no use please help

unless it specifically says it can be used for your model, i wouldnt try it.
just because it has the same hardware, doesnt mean it has the same software needed to be compatible.
it is just a bad idea to try something that hasnt been confirmed working by the developer.

Finally I have rooted my Micromax Canvas XL 2 A109 (July 2014 version)
Today I have rooted my Canvas XL2 A109 using Kingo android root. (kernel version 3.4.67)
Install Kingo android root on your PC and try to connect your device (turn on usb debugging). If it doesn't connect, install mobogenie pc manager and connect your mobile. Once your device get connected, close mobogenie and open kingo. It will be connected and now click root button.
Don't waste your time by using mobogenie root option. It won't root canvas xl2 A109 (July 2014 version)

And also it requires Internet connection in the computer

These things are done by the users of the device. Most developers don't touch these devices. So unless someone comes up with something your gonna be stuck.

First off posting that it is Urgent doesnt mean anything here. This is not a support forum or a help desk.
Those devices are not sold outside of India so unless you find some developers that have the device (as any real developer wont touch them) Then you will never get root. I suggest learning to do it yourself.

Root is Done. CWM is Ported.

Use kingroot.. its a chinese rooting tool.

Maybe you can use framaroot, is a very simple method to root your device
