> New Layout for reviews and ratings. People images are circles than square in review section
> An activity feed. Allows you to share your google play activities via your Google plus profile. Your +1 and ratings are shown in the feed and also you can browse a G+ profile of others.

A Google Play Store 4.5.10 update will soon be rolled out to your handset, but you can sideload it as an APK file right now from the source link below and enjoy the benefits. It is a rather significant update, bringing above all an in-app purchases indicator. Here's the full changelog of today's 6.63 MB update:
Activity Feed
Stars are green instead of blue
Avatars are circles not squares
typography change
New layout for reviews, including your own
Indicator for in-app purchases
The other big thing, besides the warning note which apps contain in-app purchases, is the ability to edit or completely delete your app review. You also get to share your activity feed on Google Plus, with all the comments, +1s and ratings you've given to apps.
