Yep. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1887070 or my personal favorite: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2211579
There were some requirements for recovery to be able to flash android 4.4 so you need to update. Not sure if CWM for Q was actually updated to support 4.4

Photon Q xt897c is deprecated for CM11 - use single build from now on (XT897).

Aren't you maintaining your own UNOFFICIAL build this time with all those goodies for us? just like you did with CM 10.2 ?

The xt897c builds will just stop being built entirely.
You should be able to "switch" right now, so long as we're talkin CM11.

Miracast / WiFi Direct? I don't think our devices support that.
Oh, nvm. You're probably talking about the Wireless Protected Setup (WPS) - some routers have a button where you can press it, and it will "auto" setup the client.

Anyone run into issues installing over the top of 10.2 to maintain data? Or is everyone doing a full wipe?

CM10 4G issues

Why do I have so many issues with CM10 and 4g just dropping. All at once ill reboot and it tells me it cannot activate and I have to reboot again. Is there a fix to this? I am running Clean Rom 5.0 now and its working perfectly. For some reason the CM10 roms give me problems. THanks

What radio are you using? I experienced shoddy reception on the later radios on AOSP myself (K1, J1). G7 and F2 generally worked fine on any rom for me.

[ROM][DEV][CM 10.1][ALPHA] Cyanogenmod 10.1 userbuild

Hi,
Update:
Codeworx started developing for the i9305 and gave it a huge push towards a usable rom.
Big thanks for that!
Old: (so i've created a Cyanogenmod 10.1 Port for the gt-i9305 based on the cyanogenmod sources, the work winxuser did, and the sources and config of the perseus kernel.)
Whats working:
-radio(2g,3g,4g untested)
-wifi
-bluetooth
-camera
-call audio
-microphone
-what's not listed in the "not working" section(?)
Known Bugs:
-No 4G support in UI(settings, network symbol), but 4g connection works
-Microphone/Audio input quality
Not working:
-?
I'm currently uploading cwm-flashable zip.
Install instructions:
-wipe userdata!
-install zip using cwm
Thanks to:
-Codeworx
-ABorgh for starting thread:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2074149
-winxuser for his previous work
-rekoil for some usefull hints
-AndreiLux for Perseus kernel (i hope it's ok to use your work as a base for the cyanogenmod kernel)
Warning:
This rom is for the GT-I9305 and just tested on an GT-I9305(not T or N).
Flashing and usage at your own risk!
I'm not responsible for you bricking or blowing up your device.
THE CURRENT DOWNLOADBLE ROMS ARE NOT BUILD BY ME AND NOT BASED ON MY WORK.
So no credit for me please!
Download:
Please look for the latest download link by codeworx
Google Apps:
http://goo.im/gapps
take the version for cm10.1(android 4.2)
Going to download asap! Won't be able to confirm if 4g is working tho, there isn't any 4g where I am now.

I would add USB HDMI since it is not working on the i9300 and never will. Most likely the same on the i9305. NFC has its issues on the i9300 too. Will test that ASAP

I'll go to sleep for today, maybe i'll take a look at the rom and continue development tomorow evening...

adb shell
mount /system

Mine as well...
As usual, I'm only tested on Sprint - but should work on GSM as well.
I found BT is broken - looking into it, I assume something is missing.
Edit -- seems after flashing gapps and rebooting, BT turns on....
Edit 2 -- kb backlight issue seems an issue, it's always on (when the screen is on)
The DPI also seems "off"... at least everything is really tiny. But it's fast!
Enjoy!

It's just that Slim (and many other teams) like lower DPIs in their build.prop... But seriously I don't get it, it makes all the beauty of AOSP look out of place.

I have flashed this rom with CWM recovery without any issues. I'm not sure why one recovery is recommended over another sometimes, but if you like the rom and want to stick with it, you can always switch to the TWRP recovery. There is a flashable zip available on here that works just fine.
