Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to update rooted tab from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4

Go to samfirmware or Samsung updates.download latest firmware and flash it.instructions are given there.

i recently update my GT-P3100 with JB 4.1 and im not at all happy with user interface so i want to go back to ICS 4.0.4

Just download the 4.0.4 firmware from http://www.sammobile.com for your model and country and flash it via ODIN.That's it

Actually, make sure you have do backup your ICS Rom in CWM before replacing the new one. So you can get back to fast restore them without any download again .

When you say stock what version stock are you running? The ICS stock or the updated Jellybean 4.1 stock?
