Xperia L TA restore - Sony Xperia L

Can anyone tell me how to restore TA ? and where i can download TA restore file ?

I hope by "TA Restore File" you mean the program that allows you to do the restore. From what I've read on this forum, a TA is specific to your device (only). So to restore your TA you would have had to make a backup of your TA in the past!
I think that if you searched more, you would find what you're looking for. Backing up your TA (and restoring it) is mentioned in the top-most thread (the sticky thread) in the Xperia L General forum. That thread links to this thread, which likely holds the information you seek: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2292598

TA file is distinct to every phone.. You should have backed it up before unlocking bootloader.. Don't try to restore any other phone's TA file to your phone.. It will brick your phone.. Hope it helps..

The important things to do? (like to save the EFS folder)

Hello XDA,
I have my nexus 5 and before i start hacking, I would like your advice on what to do first.
For example, save the EFS folder (I did a full backup with TWRP) .
What else?
The most important thing to do is read the pinned (stickies) threads in the general forum. That way if something does go wrong you'll know what to do. Sounds like you've already made a nandroid, good

[Q] Backup TA

Naive to think of me as no one came on it but it would be possible to secure the TA with ROOT GNU wheezy?
Sorry for my bad english!!!

DRM Keys / Files from Backup (not nandroid)

Hey there,
not sure if this is the right forum but I'll try.
Before unlocking the Bootloader I created a backup using PC Companion and MyPhoneExplorer.
Please take a look at the Filesystem and let me know if there is a chance to get the TA.img out of this.,
Thanks and best regards,
Oliver
Pretty sure there's no way to do so. Otherwise the whole "root - backup TA"-procedure would've been obsolete.
I guess your DRM keys are lost.
PS: This is a question so next time please post in Q&A (even if you're unsure about that, a dev section is nearly never the right place )

I would post in "backupTA_v2" original thread
https://forum.xda-developers.com/crossdevice-dev/sony/universal-dirtycow-based-ta-backup-t3514236,
but I can't since I'm not (yet) a developer and furthermore I have 2 posts only (forum rules)...
I thought an app to restore the same one to backup, but I don't realize how and no related info found.
However trying your appreciated addressing it does seem that even running a different app (iovyroot) the backup seems to succeed, but no way to verify that and the bootloader is still unlocked and security services info is just as the s.shot in attachment.
Furthermore if now I wanted to take a backup running "iovyroot" and then another one running "backupTA_v2" in order to compare their "compatibility" then I should first downgrade to lollipop (Xperia E5 here), but I don't want to do that...
Thank you

NAND REstore of single app - Any tools?

If this belongs in another thread I can move it. Couldn't find the exact topic covered although I'm sure it must have been discussed and answered somewhere:
Is there a recommended tool for partially extracting and restoring a single app from a full NAND back-up (made via TWRP)? Assuming that's possible.
Thanks.
