I have developed a live wallpapers with animated digital clocks (like htc style, and other styles), some customization :
- select location for forecast weather (may be simple current location);
- animated weather icons at clocks;
- select static background wallpaper;
- use animated effects at background like neutron links;
- colors and transparency at elements;
- show forecasts with animated effect show and hide (by clickind on current weather icon);
- show external data: battery level, cpu temp, next alarm;
- show humidity, wind, current, minimum and maximum weather temp;
- translated at many languages.

I have a wildfire , and there's no flip clock in the official rom in it , so i searched xda and found a zip file that can be flashed to make the clock flip , it didn't work neither in the official froyo or the cyanogen mode , it was as a widget ..
your idea to make the clock as a wallpaper is great
i think that the official flip clock of htc has a better skin , so i suggest you to mix that style with your beautiful idea ?

Eh not really going to pay for this one.
New versions on the market (trial and full), new video will be upload later:
- much better and faster graphic
- selectable weather provider (google weather or weather channel)
- no freezes
- animation of show forecasts, reloading weather
To do at nexts version:
- animation of weathers icons
- effects on touch wallpaper (like waves)

You beat me to it. I was going to develop the exact same app, but I had not gotten a chance to look into it.
One suggestion is to open the clock app when you touch the clock and the weather app when you touch the whether (Like the HTC widget). I don't even know if it is possible to open an app through live wallpaper (again, I haven't gotten a chance to look into it), but it would be great if you could.

That's the stock Analog Clock widget that comes with 2.3. I think an app called Analog Clock Collection has a replica of it if you're on 2.2 down

Just sharing what I found in general android apps & game, this widget created by Yngwie Malmsteen and has weather animation too
in this widget app you will get htc wp8 clock tile too but for launcher 8 only

**11-9-14** "Ultimate Weather" Weather Clock Widget 2014 UI for GS4, GS5, GN3, GN4...
I've never was a huge fan of the stock Galaxy S5 Weather Clock Images (AccuweatherPhone14.apk)
So here is my version of it with "Real Weather" images and a redesigned UI for the full screen weather.
Already have this posted in some carrier forums I just thought I would bring it these forums for you to enjoy.
All background images have been replaced with non-flat high quality weather conditions. This includes the widget, list and fullscreen views in both portrait and landscape.
A lot of time and work went into creating this so please if you want to include it in a mod or ROM it is OK but you must let me know through a private message AND link to this thread with appropriate credit given. That is all I ask.
Should work on ANY rooted galaxy s4 and probably really any KitKat touchwiz device running 4.4.2 (S4, S5, Note 2/3?). Let me know how it works out for you. Please back up your old clock just in case you don't like this one)

I figured most S4 users are over here as opposed to the att/vzw forums.
Unfortunately you modded the old version of the S5 weather widget. The newer one has min max temperature in the widget. Also more transparent would be nice.

Yes im well aware of that.
The newer version with min/max gives an FC when opening city list view which is why I chose to use this version as its fully working.
I prefer not to post anything with problems but if the min/max on widget is important then give me a few and I'll add that version to the OP.
Not sure what you mean by "more transparent" you can adjust the transparency from the widget settings.
