Hello
I've just bought 4 of the quick chargers for in the car.
They are the Incipio car chargers.
They were not cheap but I can't find any in the UK.
I have bought 4. I'm thinking that some of you UK note 4 users/lovers will want one of these, considering how they are just not available over here in the UK at all yet!
Let me know if you are interested. £30 including postage.
£30 for a car charger seems a tad steep......
A tad steep indeed
They are costing me that much. I did think that myself but then I thought I'd buy 4 and spread the shipping cost to bring the price down.
Actually I've just checked and Incipio have charged me 132.96 US dollars.
So I think that works out at about 20 each. I'll sell them for £25 Inc postage within the UK. If I don't sell them then I'll just get a mains adapter for car adapters so that I can use them in the house.
Arrived and working great. I'm looking for £25 each plus postage - basically cost price (give or take). UK requests only
I'm trying to convince the seller to allow me to be a UK distro but we'll see on that one!
At 25 quid a pop i can't see you distributing too many of them.....
Agreed. I bought the 4 just to have one myself in the car, use one with a mains adapter as a substitute fast charger at work, sell the other two at cost price (see earlier post). I'm hoping that the price will come down. The thing is that the tech is different. These use 5v and 9v output. It is this which is the fast charge element.
I have tested the charger. With sat navigation on it charges at 55 to 65% an hour. With the screen off this goes up to 85% an hour.
These figures are achieved when the Note 4 is at 30% battery.

How much for one if I collected mate? I'm working in London all week this week. Cheers.
At £20 I lose money and at £25 I make a little. I'm not interested in making money so £22 if you're collecting. I'm at a conference in Moorgate today but can meet after. PM me.
PM sent.
Can't get a rise out of you on PM. Do you want my money!? Either way, let me know so I'm not awaiting a reply and I'll look elsewhere. Cheers!
Received on Monday. Many thanks mate. Notice an immediate improvement in charge time over my old Proporta 2amp bog standard charger.
Do you still have any up for sale?
Yes there is one left. Still sealed in the box. Email me marcyspark at gmail dot com
Incipio car chargers i dont find that good at all because they are picky with what devices uou are charging. If you use any adapters to charge other devices the charge rate drops considerably
It's charging my HTC ONE M8 just fine at 8v (probably actually 9v but accounting for loss through the pass through multimeter) steady with current varying from 2.0-0.5a largely depending on how full the battery is. Seems QC2.0 will alter the current at stages. <=80%ish it pulls a higher current. >80%ish it starts decreasing to almost 0.1a at times. Not sure why exactly but what I can say is QC2.0 is noticeably faster then a bog standard 2a charger. Like, really noticeable. I'm impressed.
still hunting a QC 2.0 car charger

Any Still Available ?
Now that the aftermarket Qi stickers for the LG V10 have hit the virtual store shelves, (I ordered mine but have not yet received it), I was wondering:
Does the LG V10 support fast wireless Qi charging or is that something that is particular to the Samsung S6 and Note 5?
I was persuaded that the Qi chargers from Choetech offer the best value for the money. There are two particular models in which I am interested.
Standard
CHOETECH Mini Qi Wireless Charger for all Qi-Enabled Devices (Black) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B013AB63YW/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_RJDtwbSV0HENH
Fast
Fast Wireless Charger-CHOE Circle QI Fast Charge Wireless Charger Charging Pad (with Smart Lighting Sensor)for Samsung Galaxy Note 5, S6 Edge+ and All Qi-Enabled Devices https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015351VC2/ref=cm_sw_r_other_awd_QNDtwbE1343CE
In the description it states:
Two modes for wireless charging: Fast Charge Mode(10W Output Max) for your Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge+, Standard Charge Mode(Output 5W Max) for your standard QI enabled device.
The extra cost of the fast charger is certainly, but only worth it if the phone supports it. So my question is, do only the newest Samsung phones support fast Qi charging, or does the LG V10 support fast Qi charging as well (only that this charger came out before the LG V10 is the reason it's not mentioned)?
This is the official LG wireless charging back. It does not mention Fast Qi charging, so I'm inclined to say it does not at this time.

The CPR-120 does not work with choetech FAST CHARGE pad, I have tried it, did not worked.
No, it does not.
I ordered 2 of those (leather version) from China, it's RMB$55 each, that is around USD$8 each
I recently acquired a newly updated choetech wireless fast charger. I was pleased with the updated design as it was not circular anymore. It charges in approximately 2 hours for 0-100%. I was very satisfied with this charger and would recommend to anyone on here looking for one. The one drawback of this charger is you have to have an extra wall brick that supports fast charge. The phone comes with one but for people not like me that will only use the phones charger this would become a problem. They run about $10 on amazon so not a huge deal. At 23.99 this is the best fast wireless charger you can get. The Samsung one costs like $70 and is arguably designed worse. If you guys have questions about it just ask me. Here is a link to amazon.

Interesting this one costs about the same as the yootech fast wireless charger I have, mine is triangular though and works just fine charging the device from 0-100% within 2 hours like the one you have. Amazing how much Samsung can charge for their wireless charger when there are now cheaper alternatives out there that people will actually buy because of the money they will save compared to Samsung's and it works nearly the same.
yea with the samsung charger your paying for the name
IMHO best quickest general purpose USB chargers are the Motorola TurboPower 15 / 25 / 30.
I had one with my Motorola Nexus 6, then bought 2 more refurbs on Groupon. I've used them on just about every usb device, tablet, phone I've own and have had solid fast normal charging.
I seem to always sell or gift them away with devices, so I had to get some more.
Currently some seller refurbs (used) on ebay at a $7 each -$5 if you buy two items off this vendor, I have no affiliation, just passing along the deal on awesome chargers.
Motorola Original TurboPower 25 Charger with micro-USB plug - SPN5886A in bulk packaging

What is the actual charge amperage in accubattery, ampere or other app? The max this tablet charges with is 1800 mah i think.
It looks like there are a batch of counterfeit OEM 6P 5v fast chargers.
I have ordered from different sellers, both on Ebay and Amazon. In both cases, they were inoperable right out of the packaging. Also in both cases, the sellers immediately chose to refund despite my request for a replacement. Very shady..
Just to add, I contacted Huewei support and they have confirmed that they do not have any OEM chargers available to purchase.
Search for this, it works good with fast charge

"Question: Does it support fast charging for the Nexus 6 P
Answer: I have it and it charges slow, used the checkr app and the cable shows to be not type c compliant. Does not show rapid charging with my nexus 6P
By Amazon Customer on October 18, 2016"
I found a good OEM charger for the Nexus 6P, it works flawlessly, even with fast charge.

Mine quickcharges like a boss
I bought this one (below) from Amazon. Paid a little more for it, but it fast charges my 6P, my wife's Le Pro3, my daughter's iPhone, and anything else I've connected to it so far. With multiple ports, I only use 1 wall plug instead of many.

Has anyone used a current testing app to verify you are actually "fast charging," I'd be interested to see the actual amperage results based on charger type. My understanding is that the official Huewei charger was proprietary to the device and other chargers will not provide true fast charging speeds..
