I don't think so, you'll have to buy a CTIA handsfree set

I'm looking for a port of the Sony Xperia Timescape app/overlay. I think it would be a neat feature to add to our phones...
Can someone confirm if this is possible, or maybe something similar to it?

Hopefully this goes somewhere interesting. That watch has been nothing but a battery draining turd thus far.
I'm going to leave this link for developers.

Looks like this won't matter on the latest version of the watch as the new one has been announced for fall sometime. Shame:thumbdown:

Yes, BUT...
Sony has not released and has said they cannot release the stock firmware as open source.
The code released is for a minimal "Arduino" environment.
This Arduino environment might be fun for a bit of hacking, but it would take a HUGE amount of reverse engineering and development work to replicate the stock Sony smartwatch "OS".
The oh so important Bluetooth stack would be a big pain, IMO. But I haven't looked at the code to see exactly what's there.
As for the Smartwatch2, allegedly coming out in the UK as early as July 15, I would not be surprised if the basic hardware, SOC & BT at least, are pretty much the same as the 1st smartwatch. And it is likely very similar to the newest BT headsets with NFC.
Not the stock firmware. I am working on that though. Check out my thread on it.
there's something like that for J Lo? i'm so interested

well, now we have somenthing to think about, but I'm not very good at it, haha
Does anyone else would be willing in the project? rs
Hmm I thought it was possible cos the X8 Xperia shared the same screen with the other phone (don't remember which lol) that had multitouch support, and that's why it was possible?

Hi everyone!
I've just bought a new Xperia E1 and I saw yesterday in a video that the XPeria Z2 and ZR2 will come with a Digital Noise Cancellation system with a pair of special earphones, the MDR-NC31EM.
Do you think this could be ported for our Xperia E1 although we need to buy this pair of earphones? I'd really appreciate it because I go work everyday in the underground and it's very uncomfortable to hear a lot of noise of people and from the underground itself, instead of just listening to music, you know...
Any ideas on how to port it?
Men that Xperia E1 is new one! You can post in android general forums, they could be helpful to your question!!

Ok, but I've also asked this in the Xperia Support Forum, and they told me that Xperia E1 doesn´t has a 5 pole 3.5 mm headphone jack, so because of hardware reasons, they can't add this feature to next kitkat update
If anyone is interested the post is this: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-E1-E1-Dual/DNC-for-Xperia-E1-please/m-p/678087/thread-id/285
Guys, is there a way to use the Throw Feature in CM11 (FXP) for Xperia L? Couldn´t find it anywhere.
Thanks.:good:
In my opinion, best 3rd party app for DLNA is BubbleUPnP. It's a remote media server. It have option similar to Throw in Sony or AllShare Play in Samsung.

Great, Aleksander. I´m gonna give this a try! Thanks.
Just grab your phone, move your hand back then move it goats quickly then release the phone from your hand.. That's how you throw
