When i give ma details of FB login it waits for some time and says "some error is there will try later...?"
because of this none of my contacts are getting synced with FB updates and other info
if not is there any other way to get fb updates and sync with maa acconts????

You have to extract friendstream.apk facebookengine.apk from system/app from a sense based rom and place into your nands system/app and give permissions.

hmm yeah i have extracted them from rom's but i could get only friendsstream.apk ,htcfacebook.apk and htcfacebook.odex (can i know what is this odex and what does it do.....)
after extracting them how to i give them permission after placing in maa present rom....????

It means i dont need to copy those odex files right....???
and when i copied the facebook.apk it stopped showing traces of fb itself now i cant even add fb account(means those no option now, previous which it was)...
even i have rebooted even though the problem is same.....!!!!

You have to change permissions with rootExplorer or other program
No, i just change read/write for /system to copy the new apk, with root explorer.
Is ihe permission 644?

No. I dont have nandroid backup it was deleted while I was partitioning my card using com recovery , if i had nandroid backup , i wouldn't have posted my prob here . Btw , if Ur on stock Rom then pls post Ur vending.odex file here. I guess if Ur on Any gingerbread Rom , it would work , so pls if u have then post it here or pm me.

Well most people here are for get new or better roms for his devices, so most people like me don't have stock rom to get the file you need.
But maybe you have luck :fingers-crossed:, if you can wait.

Can a ruu be opened as a zip?
I thought it's not possible...
And jaggy Rom will not help..coz it's deodexed to begin with..

Tell you what..
Step 0. Make a nandroid backup
Your market is probably updated..
Your updated market (may have a different name.. )will be in /data/app
While your original market (vending.apk will be in /system/app)
Make a copy of data /app market in /sdcard.
Now delete both vending.ask in system and in data/app.
1 Fix permissions, wipe cache and dalvik cache
Reboot
2.Now put the updated market (of which you have a backup in sdcard) in /data/app using fx file manager
Give it permissions rw r r
3.Using fx file manager create symlink of that updatedvending.apk in /system /app
If you have enough space in /system (skip step 2 and 3), you can just copy that updated apk to system/app itself..
Repeat step 1
Please do google and test every bit and no silly questions without research.

Extract the zip and put them to their right places... Just follow the folder locations
Set Permissions for files to rw-r--r-- and for the folder, rwxr-xr-x
Delete all files from /system/lib/soundfx before replacing them with the dolby ones... Also delete dspmanager.apk at /system/app
And add this at the end of build.prop at /system
ro.config.hw_dolby=true
After installing the mod, reboot to recovery and clear cache and dalvik cache...
After that, reboot and enjoy the new sound changes
Tested on CM10.2, works great! Should work fine too on ICS and other JB roms too...

updated the zip file to mount automatically.. i.e it will now delete DSPmanager properly!

Edit: this works with latest weekly (cm 10.2 weekly 4.1)...
update: fixed issues with not deleting stuffs properly!... (and it works with latest weekly i.e 5 & flashed using TWRP v2.6.3.0)

may be yes!! but if you wanna use the flasher zip you must change the directories accordingly!
Creates problems with proximity sensors in ICS. It's confirmed!

to the dudes having problems and new update!!!
To the dudes who are having problems on this audio mod, make sure you delete all files inside /system/lib/soundfx before replacing them, and delete dspmanager.apk at /system/app, that conflicts dolby mod...
Also download the latest zip now, updated my post... added the apk I forgot (didnt noticed it lol) and deleted unecessary conf file at zip... again, not a flashable zip. Sorry guys, my laptop is dead

No it wont. Same a MusicFX.apk, it will only run at the background to make the dolby service to work...

yup! i installed Beats and then this mod in cm10.2 and the rom didnt boot

I placed the files in the correct locations, fixed permissions, and renamed old files.
I rebooted and it didn't work.

It worked for me on n900 stock Russian rom. The thing is lib must be in the same folder as apk i.e, system->app-> SamsungIMEv2 with correct permissions.

Yeah..
Can someone please tell us how much of change it is over the previous Galaxy smartphones? I always hated how small the spacings were between each key on my Galaxy S4, makes it very easy for typos.
