It was easy for me to do because this is two cutscenes from COD:GHOST.
I exported a video to image...resized and cropped.

Yes. There is only the background wallpaper that you can change really without getting in to xml editing.

I can't seem to get rid of that little line up top on the sig, I created this one from scratch and it still shows up. Any idea?
I also added the png of the sig I worked on so you can see if it's something in photoshop I might be screwing up

Well no. Since it contains a framework-res.apk which would instantly give you a bootloop if you don't have the same device model.
It would only take little work to "port" it though, ask someone to do it for you in your forum, I'm sure they'd be glad to.

Did you set permissions correctly ? if not,
Set the permission to -rw-r--r--
This MOD is based upon the existing mod in Nexus 5 Section.

I see (also what I saw in the preview but I thought that was just the gif) that the animation is not running very well because sometimes it goes back to an previous image and it's very shocky sometimes.
Can you maybe fix that?
In general I like bios bootanimations (also have one on my tablet) so if you can fix what I just said it will be an awesome and will use it.

Your desc file has it a 7 FPS, which is fairly slow tbh, maybe try 15, it should feel smoother, but it may be too quick as well.
