HI, I have ported Back Street Mod.V4 to Karbonn A9, its fully functional rom on A9 with zero bugs, every thing is working excellent on A9, camera is fully functional, Lcd is fully functional, you can set Lcd as you like, just no problem. The default size is 240. Video and sound quality is superb...I must say this is the...the...the best rom for A9, Yes This rom is more than Ics for sure, A9 lovers will be dancing after using this rom....now we are not bothered about Ics update....This rom has surpass the Ics...Back Street Mod.V4.1 have bugs..it needs more work but Back Street Mod.V4 is beauty, an excellent rom for A9.. Lastly all the credits goes to the original developers of this rom ...good work...This ported rom is Nuclear on A9..

Installation made easy : Copy zip file into memory card and insert the memory card in the phone and boot the phone into recovery mode by holding VOl up + power button (first you will see green screen then after some time red screen.When you see the red screen leave the vol up and power buttons. Then 1.Wipe the data factory rest 2.format partition cache 3.select install zip from memory sdcard 4.choose zip from sdcard. It will take about 2-3 minutes to install. After installation go back and reboot the device and its done..

bdw in screenshot of notification contains your name at top right. Is is dynamic(i.e depend upon users name) or static(that is just a string containing your name and will not change at all.??

one bug. when you slide out any notification the systemui crashes. sometimes only reboot is the option
Tried it on Gmail notification.

Before installing this rom make sure that you format cache,boot,data,system clear dvlk etc....reinstaal it..

clean installed by formatting everything separately multiple times.....notification bar force closes on swiping to remove notification....only reboot is option to restart it....please solve this problem...

Keeping presed home you can close apps but not their processes so use auto clear includded in apps

It didn't boot, but I took a look at your system through twrp and it looks promising, you've adaway, matlog and many other important application inbuilt.. Hope you release fix and perfect symlinked ROM soon.. Waiting for your updates..
