I flashed cm 10.2 on nexus s.. but after flashing the rom and gapps.. its only on the boot screen with cm logo rotating.. its been like this for 10 mins.. should I wait more?

Is the crack on the whole screen? Do you have a case,accessories, etc? Or is it just phone and charger?

No its only cracked at the bottom left corner. And one line extends to middle of the screen. Comes with USB and sdcard

If you were planning to fix it the LCD and digitizer cost $177 . You can buy just the top glass for $10 but the old one is fused on with clear rubber cement. Tried replacing just top glass and it didn't work.

Ok sorry!! I was flashed my Samsung galaxy s plus GB 2.3.6 (Official firmware) successful change to CM9 and CM10, at that moment I also installed the GAPPS (google play, gmail and so on) before that I wipe the cache and wipe all my data (factory reset) after reboot my phone. It can't appear the GAPPS on my phone. So I guess was something wrong my step... So anyone can help guide me flash the rom?? In fact I follow the step.

Look at it this way. ICS rom. Get ICS gapps. JB ROM. JB gapps
Try to send us your phone logs, search on forums for how to do it.

I I flashed stock jellybean in odin. It succeeded but it boots to the att logo and is now not doing anything...

Good idea to factory reset and do cleanup

did the 1/22 CM11.0 nightly update, with the 3.2 test kernel. phone was stuck in a home screen loop. I don't know any other way to explain it. it kept resetting the home screen.

Do you mean a homescreen redraw? Where the phone is booted fine but your icons keep redrawing?

it seems that the CM11.0 =1/22 nightly is bad. it is stuck in the boot screen.
did this update without the kernel.

no the CM11.0 1/22 nightly didn't boot. it stayed on the boot screen.
with your kernel it did boot, however it kept resetting on the home launcher. over and over.

Hi,had to sign up to post this...I started having charging problems after flashing sultan-xda 4.4 ROM,it only charges when powered off but doest charge when on .
Here's what I did
Wiped data
Wiped cache
Wiped dalvik cache
1)flashed rom
2)flashed gapps
3)let it to boot
Recovery used: philz cmw 6.41
ROM: sultan xda cm11 4.4
Please help...I beg cause I need to use ma phone while charging at times...
Ps:I am rooted/not a newbie in flashing ROMs
Pps: battery drains as fast as it charges
Really appreciate your help...

Kinda sounds like a weak charger, dieing battery, kernel problems (most likely), failing USB port or something else entirely

Other ROMs are kinda unstable that's why...most of em either have a major problem (WiFi or bluetooth) and I know they are working hard for it,I just want this
