Hi!
Just bought me a couple NFC-tags and i'm trying to make a task to start Spotify and play the next song. I have no problem to open spotify but the next part is not working as intended.
The task:
1: Wait 5sec
2: Run Shell, Command input keyevent 87
The task works, but only if i'm inside Tasker. If i'm on my homescreen nothing happens. Tried to make a widget on my homescreen and press it, then quickly open tasker. The next song plays. If i press it and wait, without going into tasker it won't.
tasker log:

Wanted to let you know about a small app I've been working on, which I use to not miss my bus stop when watching youtube, reading reddit etc.
The idea is you set your destination, then it displays a floating progress widget over your other apps (think chatheads or battery bar), which increases as you get closer to your destination.
I created it as a lot in the morning on the way to work I get absorbed in some article and suddenly have missed my stop. With TravelBar I don't even have to look out the window
I'd love to hear if you find this useful, dumb, or had any feedback.

Hello, is it possible to continue playback of a video while I am working in another app? I swear I saw that setting somewhere and I have used MX Player previously and I believe that it did that at that time. I don't know if Android has made a change or MX Player but it is really essential I have that capability to hear the sound even when I am working Elsewhere on my phone.
Thank you
David
I think you mean this option:

It's resizable.
If you have the gestures enabled, instead of the bottom bar, you will need to press the pip button or the android gear settings in order to use it.
