nope no app is harmful for android

not necessarily! some apps might be removed because of copyright other apps might be removed because they contain porn!!
the reason varies from one app to another!

No, it's not a problem. The Android ID is a randomly generated thing when you first boot the device. Normally, apps do not care about this ID, but some paid ones do lock onto a single ID so it cannot be shared by posting the APK.
This is an insanely outdated copy protection method though, as many people has more than one device (tablets), so you can just ignore it. Either press yes or no, it does not matter. If you're afraid to break anything, just say no to the restore.

Keep all xposed module or xposed installer in internal memor moving to sdcard creates a prblem
And yes u can greenify system apps bt be careful hibernate only those wic are nt required by ua phone or as in words by ua rom
