Can't seem to upload photos to Facebook. Anyone else having issues?

Are you using ART ? I couldn't upload photos then turned off ART and they upload fine now.

When I first got the Nexus 5, the FB app would FC uploading a picture. It would start itself again, try to upload the picture again and FC. The cycle would go on until I cleared the app data. This was on the beta version of the FB app and I haven't tried again since. Is that the problem you're having?

I haven't been able to either since the app update before this one... I'll try turning off ART but it worked fine until the previous app version. Glad I found someone else having this problem.

From what I found out is the newest Facebook Update 4.0.0.3.3 broke the ability to upload pictures if you are using ART runtime. I have switched back to dalvik and it works fine, but I am back on ART now and I hope Facebook fixes this issue.

Nope, I do not use twitter. (Believe it or not). Did see on Google help forums that might cause a confilct but it really did not apply to me since I do not have the twitter app installed.

My YT app wont even open running Humble 1.5, so I'm switching to EP1Q.
I play YT all the time on Humble 1.51. No issues at all.
I can play regular videos but I can not play hq videos and just says there was a problem touch to retry something. Tried going back to previous version did not fix.
Now I am having this issue with my Thunderbolt with the latest FB update. On WIFI no issue, but no go on 4G, wifes HTC Rezound has no issues with the updated version either. This is very frustrating for sure. I have uninstalled the app, cleared cache, pulled battery, etc. I have reported to FB too, but wanted to see if others here are having same issues.
Here's what works for me, I NEVER use the facebook app, I delete it from my phone completely and log on to facebook mobile with my brower and then add it to my bookmarks.
Interestingly enough mine is actually working better than it has been in a while. The only issue I have is when my 4G flutters up and down. I am currently unrooted and stock as if my 4G keeps having this issue I am going to be doing some yelling down at Verizon.
Have you tried using another app like Friendcaster?
Remove, install older version from backup, disable auto update.
Backup often! Airdroid is the bom for that.

Are you rooted and using a ROM? Might be ROM related. I know this is the first time Facebook has worked for me this flawlessly.

Thanks for the replies, not rooted - i didn't have the back up so I'm SOL and will try friendcaster.
Is it legit for me to dropbox it and share?

Don't see why not as its not a paid app. So not like fb is losing money.

I haven't seen it today, but it is something that appears to crop up from time to time in the Play store with purchased apps. If rebooting doesn't fix it try clearing the cache and data in the Play Store app, or re-install the Play Store app.
It looks like you changed your DPI, I believe doing that can break things with the play store.

Went back, tried again and had no problems :/

So, yeah. Anyone else getting black after filter on instagram or black after photo with snapchat? Regardless of front or back camera.

The latest snapchat update was broken for the s3. It is now listed as 'incompatible' on Google Play. If you have a backup of an older version then use it, or do not delete it or you won't get it back. This is stock ROM and every single ROM I've tried, all the way to CM 10.2.

Ah, I see. It seems like app developers are slow to fix stuff these days. Instagram is having a similar issue. Bummer.

A fix for IG is by unchecking Advanced camera. The only way I have found to fix SC is to revert back to the last version(http://db.tt/EooOsNyb)

It was listed as incompatible until tonight, now it's showing as an update again but it doesn't seem like there's anything new listed in the changelog. I emailed their support but haven't gotten a response yet, anyone else have any info?

I have the Evo 3D and I'm running CM 10.1 also, same issues as you. Hopefully they will fix this soon!
Reverting to a previous version of snapchat worked. Same with going into the instagram settings and turning off "high quality processing". Sweet.

Was it also causing screen Flickering? like today all of a sudden my screen start flickering, weird colors on the screen after using the APP. but it was then happening on the Lockscreen and everywhere
I noticed some people leaving reviews saying the latest update fixed it... I'm not seeing a new update. I tried reinstalling 3.0.4 and it's still broken. Anyone else have any luck?

Are you using ART or Dalvik Runtime. The newest update doesn't allow you to upload pics if you are using ART runtime. I switched back to Dalvik and it worked again, however I like ART a lot better so hopefully Facebook gets their $hit together and fixes it.
